Thursday night on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin talked about how the Republican-controlled Senate should respond if the Democrat-controlled House votes to impeach President Donald Trump.
While the Constitution itself doesn’t require the Senate to take up an impeachment case, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said that the Senate would have to take up an impeachment case sent over from the House due to one of the upper chamber’s rules:

It’s a Senate rule related to impeachment, which would take 67 votes to change. So I would have no choice but to take it up. How long you are on it is a whole different matter, but I would have no choice but to take it up based on a Senate rule on impeachment.

Levin responded that the Senate should respond to this rule as it has to others in the past: Go nuclear.
The “nuclear option,” as it has become known, is when the Senate votes on a precedent to get around its own rules.

It has been used in the past to lower the thresholds for the confirmation of federal and Supreme Court judges and merely requires that that a majority of senators overrule the parliamentarian’s interpretation of a Senate rule.

And that, the host argued, is what the chamber should do to decline to take up an impeachment case if Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and House Democrats are successful in impeaching the president over the whistleblower controversy.

“The Senate must not allow itself to be the plaything of Pelosi and the House Democrats, who are violating every rule” of the impeachment process, Levin said.

“And only the Senate has the power to police what House Democrats are doing. No other body. No court, not the executive branch, only the Senate,” the host continued. “That’s why the Senate has such a prominent role in this process.”

But under these circumstances, Levin explained, the Senate must defend the Constitution, the office of the presidency, and itself from the Democrats’ partisan impeachment effort, “or it will destroy its own reputation as an institution.”

Pelosi rule changes ALLOW permitting depositions WITHOUT minority REPUBLICAN notification.

Republicans will be in the dark about the impeachment process by design.

The  democrats are going to act fast.

Pelosi has set up the fast track impeachment process by design in dec 2018.

There will be NO republicans participating in the assembly of the articles of impeachment of President Donald Trump. They will only be able to give lip service during some hearings.

There will be NO minority ability to change articles of impeachment  in the impeachment process under the new pelosit rules changes from dec 2018.

Republicans will likely have NO idea what is happening in the impeachment process because pelosi has changed the impeachment rules in dec 2018 to just allow the democrates to write the articles of impeachment!

Republicans will have no ability to participate in the subpoena depostiion process!

The subpoenas are part of a 2 pronged strategy by the democrates. Get the information to help tailor the articles of impeachment, or convert a refusal to comply into an impeachment article itself.

When the 116th congress returns from the brake on Oct 15. 2019 the articles of impeachment will have already been assembled.

Any house committee debates on the democrates pre asembled articles of impeachment will give the impression of minority participation by you and other republicans. Lip service republican debates only!

It will only be for optics because  republicans will not have participated in the assembly of the articles of impeachment! Only democates will have assembled the articles of impeachment!

Once pelosi is certain the max political benefit has been achieved by media exposure she will announce a date for the full house vote on the articles of impeachment that the democrates will have assembled without ANY participation by  ANY republication because of the pelosi house rules changes in dec 2018.

Earlier this year, a report surfaced that Amazon workers listen to and transcribe recordings. In response, the company said it only annotates an “extremely small number of interactions” in order to improve customer experience.

Last year, Amazon’s Alexa Echo reportedly recorded and shared a private conversations.

The transaction will be processed via Amazon Pay, using the default payment method stored on a users’ Amazon account. An email receipt will be sent to the donor.

Reporters for "driving this narrative that I am using race as a dividing card," in a statement Sunday, in response to two recent headlines.


Hayes called outThe Connecticut Mirror that said "Hayes has 'heightened sense' about security concerns," and a Republican American headline that said "U.S. Rep. Jahana Hayes claims to have received racist communications since taking office."

"I am appalled at the continuous attempts by journalists to drive this narrative that I am using race as a dividing card. This is clickbait journalism at its very worst - in order to drive clicks and boost advertising, these outlets are making reckless assumptions without thought for the consequences,"

Hayes said. "To be clear: while my office, like all congressional offices, has received the occasional harassing email or phone call, I have not been directly threatened."



"In fact, when asked directly by one reporter if any threats had been received, I responded, 'No, I have not received any direct threats.' The reporter then repeated and confirmed that statement in the recap of our conversation," Hayes said.

"In the second interview, I stated repeatedly that this discussion of security threats was taken out of context, which is not reflected in the article."

Jeffrey Epstein found dead in Manhattan jail cell

It wasn't a suicide.

He was killed because of the many other people who are involved in the  sex trafficking minors
operation the billionare and his friends used which included bill clinton and other national figures.


The 66-year-old Epstein was found unresponsive inside his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City around 6:30 a.m. Life-saving measures were initiated immediately by responding staff. He was transported to the New York Presbyterian-Lower Manhattan Hospital and was dead on arrival, officials said.


Epstein's death comes two weeks after the 66-year-old was placed on suicide watch after he was found nearly unconscious in his cell with injuries to his neck. At the time, it was not clear whether the injuries were self-inflicted or from an assault.

He had been taken off suicide watch before he killed himself, a person familiar with the matter told the AP. It wasn't immediately clear when he was taken off suicide watch.


Epstein allegedly created and maintained a “vast network” and operation from 2002 “up to and including” at least 2005 that enabled him to “sexually exploit and abuse dozens of underage girls” in addition to paying victims to recruit other girls. Prosecutors said that victims would be escorted to a room with a massage table where they would perform massages on Epstein.

At the time of Epstein's arrest, prosecutors said they found a trove of pictures of nude and seminude young women and girls at his $77 million Manhattan mansion. They also say additional victims have come forward since the arrest.


His death also comes a day after thousands of documents were unsealed Friday in connection with a defamation case against his alleged recruiter that revealed dozens of high-profile names including former Maine Sen. George Mitchell, ex-New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and Prince Andrew, Duke of York.

High-profile people in politics and finance are likely “breathing a sigh of relief” after disgraced multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein was found dead from an apparent suicide early Saturday morning inside his Manhattan jail cell, said Fox News contributor Deroy Murdock.


Murdock told “Fox and Friends” Saturday morning that the shock death raises questions about how Epstein, who was already once found in his cell with thumbprints on his neck, ended up dead.

“Apparently he was supposed to be on suicide watch. Given how high profile a suspect he is, you’d think there would be a doctor in there …. and cameras and lights to make sure nothing like this happen,” he said.
