Contained in petition to the supreme court the pleadings noted that if Obama is not constitutionally eligible, it will create a crisis.
"If proven true, those allegations mean that every command by the respondent Obama and indeed every appointment by respondent Obama, including the appointment of members [Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor] of this and every other court, may be only de facto but not de jure [by right of law]," stated the pleading.
"Further, his signature on every law passed while he occupies the Oval Office is not valid if he is not constitutionally eligible to occupy that office de jure," it continued.
"Thus, it is not hyperbole to state that the entire rule of law based on the Constitution is at issue. Moreover, it would indicate that the respondent Obama ran for the office of president knowing that his eligibility was at the very least in question," it said.
(I agree. Every command, appointment, and signature on every law passed while obama occupies the Oval Office is not valid if he is not constitutionally eligible to occupy that office.
The entire rule of law based on the Constitution is at issue.
Obama not only knows he is not constitutional eligible to be president, he knows he can't provide ANY valid documentation to validate his US citizenship.

The question is why would obama and his "people" fake an online colb?
(1) If obama applied for a late birth certificate and it was never validated by the state of Hawaii because the online colb indicates "filed with registrar' which means it was filed with a local Hawaiian registrar only and never validated/accepted by the state registrar.
It was never accepted by the state registrar, if it was it would have a stamp with the state registrar's signature.
The online colb obama's people indicate is his has NO stamp with the state registrar's signature. This alone invalidates the fake online colb.
The online colb obama's people claim is his also has NO raised Hawaii state seal proving it was issued by the state of Hawaii. This alone invalidates the fake online colb also.
(2) Obama's people have presented an online colb that has been altered and is therefore invalid and worthless.
It says at the bottom of the online colb, "any alterations INVALIDATE this certificate".

(3) If all the information was valid on the online colb, it is information that can't be verified.
It has no hospital, doctor or signatures of doctor and parents.

Either a real COLB was scanned into Photoshop and digitally edited or a real COLB was first scanned to obtain the graphic layout then blanked by soaking the document in solvent to remove the toner. After rescanning the blank page to a separate image the graphics from the previously obtained scan could then be easily applied to the blank scan after some editing and rebuilding. It would also explain why date stamp bleeds through the paper and the various bits of toner located around the image as well as the remnants of the previous location of a security border.

The continuing battle to enforce the rules of political correctness
It's simply politically incorrect to be a "birther."
It's simply politically incorrect to force presidential candidates to prove their eligibility for office.

It's simply politically incorrect to question why the political system broke down in 2008, leaving most Americans deeply suspicious that the man in the White House does not meet the simple requirements of office.
It doesn't take any courage to malign the reputations of good people who look at the facts and come to the logical conclusion that Barack Obama is hiding something.
But because of the vicious rules of engagement of political correctness, it does indeed take courage and conviction to stand up to this onslaught
There seems to be an unwritten rule among Republican presidential candidates and leaders to downplay the significance of the issue of constitutional eligibility – with Mike Huckabee, Sarah Palin, House Speaker John Boehner and others distancing themselves from a concern held by a significant majority of Americans and an overwhelming percentage of Republicans.
The local, state and national media are running scared now – in full attack mode on state legislators across the country who have the audacity to insist that future presidential elections conducted in their states should actually live up to constitutional qualifications for office.
They insist all questions have been answered, that we've all seen the actual birth certificate, that Barack Obama's life is an open book.
But now that the integrity of the Constitution has rightfully become a state issue, because of the abject failure of all controlling legal authorities at the federal level, media at the state and local level are jumping into the act, attempting to enforce acceptance of Obama's story on an unwilling public through the sheer tyranny of "political correctness."
(Let me add that there is, as Rush Limbaugh points out daily, a concerted effort by politically correct people to cover for obama and the fact he can't provide any documented proof he is a US citizen, that can be validated. The fact that on the front of his "birth certificate" states "filed with registrar" instead of "accepted by state registrar" is proof positive the colb posted on the web is not a valid birth certificate.
Obama has ONLY applied for an amended or late birth certificate and Hawaii has issued nothing to him or his campaign. Hawaii does not issue certifications of live birth that do not have a registrar's stamp/signature and raised state seal.
