The fraud president obama is not just commander of the armed forces, but the CIA and NSA both answer to him as well. They MUST follow his every order as long as it is not illegal.

He does not need Congressional approval to dispatch the military or to give the CIA/NSA orders. They can, however, hold him accountable after the fact but it would have to something particularly egregious for them to successfully remove him, which gives him a LOT of room to play.

(Did ya notice the senate hearing putting out the cover story and asking if the president was told that the riots in Egypt were about to happen. The hearing made it look like obama was in the dark about what was going on in Egypt. The cia testified that the white house was told.

Brzezinsky was National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter from 1977-1981 and a professor at Columbia University 1960-1989 where he taught at the Institute of Communist Affairs. He’s a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, trustee of the Trilateral Commission and has attended Bilderberg meetings. He’s still a predominant presence in Obama’s “inner sanctum” and conveniently located near the White House at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies where he’s Professor of American Foreign Policy.

Word is, the White House Press Corps members will have their credentials yanked if they were to ask Obama about his Oxy or Columbia days, his work at BIC, a well-known CIA front, or his trips to Pakistan. Also on the list of banned questions is the birth certificate, his name Barry Soetero and his Indonesian passport of that name.

All the FOX News folks have gotten the word as to what’s off limits, too. Beck can go as far as linking all the players destroying our country but can’t mention the birth certificate. He “busted” Obama’s mother for her involvement with Shore Bank but doesn’t talk about her working for Asia Development Bank in Karachi, Pakistan while living in a five-star hotel for years laundering money to aid Mujahadeen and Taliban. Oops, that’s CIA and Pakistan; can’t go there. If you do, the FCC will shut you down so fast your head will spin.

Every once in a while, though, Obama really blows it and states a falsehood that sends the CIA into a panicked frenzy to cover his misstatement. As we all know, mistakes are made when you hurriedly try to fix an error. Obama’s error was saying that he signed up for selective service when he graduated from high school. That would be 1979 when there was no draft. The selective service was reinstituted in 1980 and so a record for Obama had to be created. Unfortunately for Obama’s “fixers” creating a record after the fact is a difficult thing to do and faced with time constraints they were forced to settle on a flawed document and probably unwittingly forever linked that document to another fraud, his social security number.

Brzezinski has been there for Obama all along and their secrets have to stay hidden because of national security measures. It’s really sad that America has been hijacked by wicked people like Brzezinski, Soros, Kissinger, the Clintons, Obama and all the godless members of their One World team.

If our country is to survive, we only need one brave patriot to break through the CIA’s code of silence into the mainstream and let the treasonous pieces fall where they may.

U.S. in Contempt Over Gulf Drill Ban, Judge Rules

The Obama Administration acted in contempt by continuing its deepwater-drilling moratorium after the policy was struck down, a New Orleans judge ruled.

Interior Department regulators acted with “determined disregard” by lifting and reinstituting a series of policy changes that restricted offshore drilling, following the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history, U.S. District Judge, Martin Feldman of New Orleans ruled yesterday.

“Each step the government took following the court’s imposition of a preliminary injunction showcases its defiance,” Feldman said in the ruling.

“Such dismissive conduct, viewed in tandem with the re-imposition of a second blanket and substantively identical moratorium, and in light of the national importance of this case, provide this court with clear and convincing evidence of the government’s contempt,” Feldman said.

President Barack Obama’s administration first halted offshore exploration in waters deeper than 500 feet in May, after the explosion and sinking of the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig off the Louisiana coast led to a subsea blowout of a BP Plc well that spewed more than 4.1 million barrels of oil into the Gulf of Mexico.

Feldman overturned the initial ban as overly broad on June 22, after the offshore-drilling industry and Gulf Coast political and business leaders challenged it. U.S. Interior Secretary Kenneth Salazar said later that day that he would “issue a new order in the coming days that eliminates any doubt that a moratorium is needed, appropriate, and within our authorities.”


In July, Salazar instituted a second drilling moratorium that was also challenged by an industry lawsuit claiming the ban was harming the Gulf Coast economy, which is heavily dependent on deepwater drilling activities. That ban was rescinded in October, before Feldman could rule on its validity.

Feldman later ruled that enhanced drilling safety rules Salazar imposed to permit companies to resume offshore exploration violated federal law, and he struck down those as well. Opponents of those rules complained to Feldman that regulators were continuing to block the resumption of drilling after Feldman’s rulings.

Informal Moratorium

The Offshore Marine Service Association, a group representing offshore service vessels and shipyards, urged the president to end what it called an informal moratorium on offshore drilling.

“President Obama claims to have lifted the Gulf moratorium, yet not a single deepwater permit has been issued in nine months,” Jim Adams, the association’s president, said in a release after the ruling. “As a result, thousands of workers are out of jobs, Americans are paying more for gasoline and heating oil, and our nation is becoming even more dependent on unstable nations for our energy needs.”

Feldman also ordered the government to pay the legal fees of Hornbeck Offshore Services LLC, which filed the initial lawsuit. The company had described the fees as “significant.”

Hornbeck “was put to considerable expense, after Judge Feldman issued the injunction, contending with the government’s litigation posturing and defiance of the court’s order,” Sam Giberga, the company’s general counsel, said today in an e-mail.

“The government was not at liberty to impose its own will after the court struck down the policy,” Giberga said. “The government, like any citizen, had to obey the ruling, even if it didn’t like it.”

Osama Bin Laden rejects and disassociates himself from CIA and strengthens his ties with Al-Zahawiri of Jihad Islami (Muslim Brotherhood) [xix] . Empowered by defeat of Soviet Union, Bin Laden turns the Afghani Jihad against the West and becomes its foremost leader. He creates the Al Qaeda, a strongly anti-Western network of ex-Mujahedeen.

Al Qaeda means ‘the Base’.

Osama Bin Laden, founder of Al Qaeda, leaves Afghanistan for Saudi Arabia. Then continues on to Khartoum, Sudan. He works with Al Zahawiri and Hassan Al-Bashir of Muslim Brotherhood. Sudanese Jihad under Al-Bashir will claim over four million lives. In 1996, Bin Laden is repatriated to Afghanistan.

1994

Taliban regime is founded by Sheikh Omar in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Goal is to implement strict Islamic law over Afghan people, under the guidelines of Wahhabi Islam. Civil war breaks out between the ruling Northern Alliance and the Taliban regime. Taliban call themselves “God’s Students”.

1996

Bin Laden returns to Afghanistan from Sudan with lessons of genocide (see Sudanese Jihad). He joins the Taliban regime and becomes central to the regime, which offers him protection.

Bin Laden uses Taliban stronghold to further strengthen and expand Al Qaeda’s international network and Jihad against the West.

September 1996. Taliban army captures Kabul, Afghan capital. Taliban regime overthrows government of Burhan-Ul Din Rabani and establishes Islamic dictatorship. Taliban military heavily supplied by Pakistani army and likely financed by Saudi dollars.

United Nations condemns Taliban regime for its repressive measures on women’s rights and its ongoing violations of human rights.

Taliban regime is only recognized by Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and United Arab Republic.

1999

United States imposes economic and political sanctions against Taliban regime in response to ongoing human rights violations against Afghan people.

September 11th, 2001. Al Qaeda strikes at the heart of America. Thirty five hundred civilians perish under sword of Jihad. Bin Laden denies involvement but praises terrorist act. Fifteen of nineteen terrorists were from Saudi Arabia.

In closing, I will simply observe, once again, that my conclusion in this case
is based on an application of the Commerce Clause law as it exists pursuant to the
Supreme Court’s current interpretation and definition. Only the Supreme Court (or a
Constitutional amendment) can expand that.

For all the reasons stated above and pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules
of Civil Procedure, the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment (doc. 80) is hereby
GRANTED as to its request for declaratory relief on Count I of the Second
Amended Complaint, and DENIED as to its request for injunctive relief; and the
defendants’ motion for summary judgment (doc. 82) is hereby GRANTED on Count
IV of the Second Amended Complaint. The respective cross-motions are each
DENIED.

In accordance with Rule 57 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Title 28, United States Code, Section 2201(a), a Declaratory Judgment shall be entered
separately, declaring “The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”
unconstitutional.

Moreover, the defendants have conceded that the Act’s health insurance
reforms cannot survive without the individual mandate, which is extremely
significant because the various insurance provisions, in turn, are the very heart of
the Act itself. The health insurance reform provisions were cited repeatedly during
the health care debate, and they were instrumental in passing the Act.

In speech after speech President Obama emphasized that the legislative goal was “health
insurance reform” and stressed how important it was that Congress fundamentally
reform how health insurance companies do business, and “protect every American
from the worst practices of the insurance industry.”

To be sure, the words “protection” and “affordable” in the title of the Act
itself are inextricably tied to the health insurance reform provisions (and the
individual mandate in particular), as the defendants have emphasized throughout
the course of this litigation.
