DO YOUR PART TO SLOW THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS

Even if you are young, or otherwise healthy, you are at risk and your activities can increase
the risk for others. It is critical that you do your part to slow the spread of the coronavirus.


Work or engage in schooling FROM HOME whenever possible. 

AVOID DISCRETIONARY TRAVEL, shopping trips, and social visits.

IF YOU WORK IN A CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INDUSTRY,  DO NOT VISIT nursing homes or retirement or long—term  as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, such as        care facilities unless to provide critical assistance.

Healthcare services and pharmaceutical and food supply, you   have a special responsibility to
maintain your normal work schedule.

PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE:

You and your employers should follow CDC guidance to protect your health at work.

Wash your hands for 20 seconds, especially after touching any  frequently used item or surface.                                                                       .

AVOID SOCIAL GATHERINGS in groups of more than 10 people. 

Avoid touching your face.  Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow.

Avoid eating or drinking at bars, restaurants, and food courts

Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces as much as possible.

DiFi, Burr among senators who dumped millions in shares right before coronavirus mauled market

Sens. Richard Burr, Kelly Loeffler sold millions in stock before coronavirus crippled markets, reports find

Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California and three of her Senate colleagues sold off stocks worth millions of dollars in the days before the coronavirus outbreak crashed the market, according to reports.

The data is listed on a U.S. Senate website containing financial disclosures from Senate members.

Feinstein, who serves as ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and her husband sold between $1.5 million and $6 million in stock in California biotech company Allogene Therapeutics, between Jan. 31 and Feb. 18, The New York Times reported.

Senator Blum (Feinstein's husband's name) should be frog-marched out of Washington.

For years she has profited from her husband's business with China. Does anybody think his investments had nothing to do with inside information he got from HER?

Then we learned that her chauffeur driver was a Chinese agent.
Everybody looked the other way.

 NPR reported that Burr made ominous comments about coronavirus behind closed doors last month.

Two Republican lawmakers are under intense scrutiny as reports show Sens. Richard Burr and Kelly Loeffler sold millions in stock before the coronavirus outbreak sent the markets in freefall.

Both senators attended briefings on the growing coronavirus outbreak for weeks leading up the national emergency that was declared by President Trump days ago. Burr and Loeffler are each members of the Senate Health Committee, while Burr also serves as chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

ProPublica alleged Burr "sold off a significant percentage of his stocks, unloading between $582,029 and $1.56 million of his holdings on Feb. 13 in 29 separate transactions" in filings listed in the U.S. Senate Financial Disclosures website as he was regularly being briefed on the rising threat of the virus.

This followed another report by NPR, which alleged Burr warned "a small group of well-connected constituents" at a luncheon in late February about the potential impact of the virus, according to a secret recording of the conversation that NPR obtained.

"There's one thing that I can tell you about this: It is much more aggressive in its transmission than anything that we have seen in recent history," Burr says in the recording. "It is probably more akin to the 1918 pandemic."

How to make your own toilet paper

How to Make Toilet Paper

Toilet paper is a resource that you may have but you will eventually run out.

Things You'll Need

• 8 large sheets of a liberal newspaper, 1/2-pound copy paper or non-glossy magazine pages
  
  
  
• Bucket or tub
  
  
  
• Water
  
  
  
• Large pot
  
  
  
• Leaves
  
  
  
• Grass
  
  
  
• Heating source (stovetop, open fire, propane burner)
  
  
  
• Spoon or ladle
  
  
  
• Baby oil
  
  
  
• 2 large bath towels
  
  
  
• Rolling pin
  
  
  
• Rubber mallet
  
  
  
• Wooden board
  
  
  
• Weights
  
  
  
• Scissors
  
  
  

Step 1

Soak
the paper in a bucket or a tub of water. This will help remove the ink
from the paper. Remove the paper after the ink appears to be 75 percent
gone.

Step 2

Place
the paper in a large pot with a couple of handfuls of leaves and grass.
This will help the paper fibers remain together. Fill the pot with
water so the paper is covered completely. Place the paper on a heating
element and let simmer for one hour. Do not boil at first so the dry
materials may absorb the water.

Step 3

Raise
the temperature on the heating element and bring the water to a boil.
Let the pot boil for 30 minutes. Add more water, if necessary. Remove
any foam with a spoon or ladle. The paper will turn into a pulp during
this process.

Step 4

Remove
from the heating element. Pour or ladle out as much water as possible
without disturbing the pulp. Wait for the water and pulp to cool before
removing the rest of the water. Do not let the pulp dry. Place the pulp
back into the pot after all of the water has been removed.

Step 5

Add 4 tablespoons of baby oil to the pulp. Mix with a spoon. This will prevent the paper from hardening.

Step 6

Spread
a towel onto a flat surface. Scoop out the pulp and place it onto the
towel. Press the pulp with a rolling pin to flatten and spread the pulp
into a thin layer. Use a rubber mallet to gently hammer any lumps.

Step 7

Place
a second towel on top of the pulp. Place a board on top of the towel.
Set heavy objects on top of the board to weigh it down. This will
squeeze out any excess water. Leave the weights on top of the pulp for
30 minutes.

Step 8

Remove
the weights and the board. Flip the towels upside down and remove the
bottom towel that is now on top. Place the other towel with the layer of
paper on it out in the sun to dry.

Step 9

Peel the dried paper from the towel and cut into strips.





Add essential oils to the pulp for a scented paper.
