White House staff tried to 'un-ring the bell' after revealing CIA chief's identity

The "White House" blew the cover of the top CIA agent in Afghanistan on Sunday, when the person’s name was included on a list given to reporters during a visit to the country by President Barack Obama.

The name was then emailed by the White House press office to a distribution list of more than 6,000 recipients, mostly members of the US media.

The agent in question, listed as chief of station, would be a top manager of CIA activity in Afghanistan, including intelligence collection and a drone-warfare programme under which unmanned aerial vehicles mount cross-border attacks into Pakistan.

The name appeared on a list of attendees requested by White House officials for the president’s visit to Bagram air base to mark Memorial Day, the national day of tribute to fallen service members. The list of 15 people was drawn up by the military, written into a routine press report and sent to Washington. The Obama press office then sent the list, unredacted, to the larger group.

The mistake did not come to light until the reporter who had filed from Afghanistan, the veteran Washington Post correspondent Scott Wilson, looked more closely at what he had sent and noticed the name and title.

“I drew it to their attention before they had noticed what had happened,” Wilson said on Monday, hours after returning from the 33-hour trip overseas.

Wilson said time pressure, a high level of activity tied to the president’s visit and the relative inexperience of the military officers involved could have contributed to the mistake.

“My impression is these were very junior people trying to follow an order, that they don't fully understand or get the ramifications of,” he said.

Chris Cox has taken cleanup around Washington's memorials into his own hands.

Most everybody complains about the government shutdown, but Chris Cox is actually doing something about it.

With many government operations shuttered by the political standoff in Washington, Cox took a lawn mower to the National Mall this week and began cutting grass areas between the Lincoln and World War II memorials.

"These are our memorials. Do they think that we're just going to let them go to hell?'' Cox told Washington radio station 99.1 in a story recounted by Columbia, S.C., TV station WIS.

Cox carried a blue South Carolina state flag as he pushed a standard gasoline-powered mower. He is a native of Mount Pleasant, S.C., living just outside Washington in Alexandria, Va.

He calls his one-citizen effort the Memorial Militia, aiming to keep things tidy and trim the grass that failed to halt its growth when the U.S. government issued furloughs and suspended many official functions last week.

"If they shut down our memorials, we're still going to take the trash out, we're going to clean the windows, we're going to cut the grass, we're going to pull the weeds, we're going to do the tree work,'' he said.

Cox was spotted with his flag at work Wednesday.

Cox had taken it upon himself since our visit last week to keep up the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam and World War II memorials and surrounding grounds.

He bought a lawn mower, a blower and spent the days and evenings picking up trash, cutting grass and blowing leaves to keep walkways clean.

There's no official sanction for his work. Cox said a U.S. Park Service officer had approached him an hour earlier and told him he was no longer allowed to do so ... though the park service would not maintain these monuments now.

Cox told the station that he's not motivated by politics but wants to keep the memorials looking tidy as veterans arrive for a planned Million Vet march on Washington.

Harry Butler is not someone that you have heard of, but you will. You do not know the story of his arrest by federal agents, but you should. He should not have spent a year in prison for trying to defend the US Constitution, but he did.

Harry and I go way back—in the early 1970s we served together in the same Underwater Demolition (UDT-21) platoon, and later served together in SEAL 2 (in different platoons).

After leaving the service Harry went on to fly as a Captain for Gulfstream Aerospace. I could name-drop here like you would not believe (sultans, former presidents, movie stars, etc.), suffice it to say that Harry has flown VIPs all over the world, and acquired a rock solid reputation for dependability and trustworthiness along the way.

So how does a former SEAL and world-class pilot end up being grabbed by federal agents and locked away for a year? Good question. I will try to answer it in this article. (The prisons that Harry spent time in were “in the middle of nowhere” with few inmates. He has described them as looking brand new—“mostly vacant and eerie; possibly FEMA camps”).

I have known about Harry’s experiences for a while now, but I have been reluctant to draw attention to them because of his less than good health, and the fact that he has already paid a pretty steep price for attempting to defend the US Constitution. When I say that Harry is not in the best of health that’s the truth of it, but you might want to take that with a grain of salt. He informs me that when the Secret Service showed up to arrest him (at a hospital) “it took 12 agents, security guards, and hospital aides half-an-hour to subdue me—they were just lucky they caught this old, sick, clapped out SEAL on a bad day.”

Recently Harry called into a radio talk show that featured Mike Zullo as a guest, and spilled the beans, so to speak. That being the case, I told Harry that probably the most prudent thing for him to do at this point would be to disseminate his story as widely and quickly as he can—and that is why I am writing this article now. (As many of you know, Mike Zullo is the lead investigator for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s (Joe Arpaio) Cold Case Posse which has been investigating Obama’s birth certificate(s).

I won’t be going into Harry’s case in any depth in this article. My main concern at this time is to raise public awareness about him, and what he has gone through—and why. The “what” is harassment and intimidation by the US federal government, including being locked away in a cell for a year. The “why” is because he attempted to defend and uphold the US Constitution, as he, and I, and millions of others have solemnly sworn we would do.

Specifically, Harry challenged Obama’s legitimacy to be POTUS, and he did this before Obama was sworn in as President for the first time in 2008.
The controversy surrounding Obama’s “birth certificate(s)” has been covered widely and in depth, so I will not delve into it here. Suffice it to say that behind all of the obfuscation and ridicule thrown into the face of “we the people” by The Powers That Be, Obama’s constitutional right to be POTUS remains shaky at best, and his past continues to be “a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.” Who is this guy? I mean really.

“We the people” continue to be told to “move along, folks, nothing to see here” by pundits and puppets, fools and frauds, but few folks are buying the lies anymore…except for those in on the fix, the willfully blind, and “low information voters” (a trendy euphemism for the clueless, apathetic, and indoctrinated).

Who is behind Obama’s phenomenal rise to power? Answers run the gamut from NWO heavy hitters to big banking cartels; from mega-corporation syndicates to communist and/or fascist conspiracies…. Harry believes that the Saudi Arabians have been deeply involved. I’m no expert on Middle Eastern affairs, but Harry knows the area well, so I believe him. Those billions and billions of petro dollars can and have purchased a lot.

Speaking of Saudi Arabians…If you wish to get a quick, painless lesson on the inner workings of, and collusion between, the Federal Reserve and Saudi Arabia, then you will be hard pressed to do better than read “Hidden Order” by Brad Thor (currently selling very well). It is a prime example of the saying “a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down.” Thor manages to deftly mix in hard to swallow truths with a rip-roaring yarn. In any event, let me return to Harry’s story as I wrap this up. Please keep an eye out for details and particulars of his story in the future—at Canada Free Press and other venues. I promise you that you will not find it boring. He has been through the wringer for a good cause and deserves every patriotic American’s support. I will end with a quote from Harry.

I have come to the conclusion that the rule of law in the US has been trumped by the tentacles of corruption. Just how we get out of this mess is a good question, but I feel that it is doable. Remember Congress cannot, and will not, fix the problem. The fix will require other methods.

This is only one of a number of suspicious activities in the Supreme Court of the United States. Previously a case Lightfoot v Bowen A-084524 by the same attorney Taitz was deleted from the docket of the Supreme Court on inauguration day January 21, 2008, ostensibly to give an impression that there are no more challenges to Obama’s legitimacy. Only after the enormous pressure from the public, media, State Representatives and sworn affidavits from attorneys the case was reentered in the public docket.

Clerk in charge for STAYs Danny Bickle repeatedly made incorrect statements claiming that all files were deleted due to some type of computer malfunction, which was not the case. Later, in March of 2009 during a meeting with attorneys and book signing in Los Angeles Taitz was able to discuss the case with Justice Scalia, who was absolutely clueless that the case even existed, even though according to the docket he was a part of the conference of justices who denied that case dealing with the legitimacy of the U.S. President and he voted to deny that case.

One can believe that a judge would forget a case about some trivial dispute, but not a case dealing with the U.S. Presidency he supposedly discussed in conference only a month and a half earlier. It is clear that the case Lightfoot v Bowen was decided by the clerks, the names of the justices were printed on the order when the justices had no clue the case even existed. In a case at hand dealing with the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency this is HIGH TREASON, for which guilty parties should be getting a life in prison or death penalty and the nation is entitled to know who these people are.

In a different case Rhodes v MacDonald 10A56 (entered by the Supreme Court as Taitz v MacDonald) a docket entry showing Justice Clarence Thomas denying an application for STAY was made retroactively on a weekend when Justice Thomas was thousands of miles away giving a seminar in Utah. When Taitz demanded to see an actual signature by Justice Thomas on the order to deny stay or on the cover page of the application, she was referred to Eric Fossum, the same employee, who signed the denial letter in the Taitz v Astrue case, who admitted to her on the phone that there is no signature of Justice Thomas either on the order or on the cover page of the petition. As such, there is no proof justice Thomas ever saw the petition or ever read a word written in the petition. When citizens went to the Supreme Court and requested copies of the pleadings in aforementioned cases, they were told that there are no such documents available.

Noonan v Bowen is a case which provides an undeniable evidence of usurpation of the U.S. Presidency by a criminal, a citizen of Indonesia who claims that his name is Barack Obama, who is using all forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number and a last name not legally his. Allowing this usurpation to go on is an act of HIGH TREASON.

The nation has a right to know who is committing high treason: 9 justices of the Supreme Court of clerks, who hide the pleadings and sworn affidavits from justices. For that reason plaintiffs respectfully demand signatures of the justices on the order or on the front page of the application. If there are no actual signatures of the justices the plaintiffs and the nation as a whole will know that the justices never saw a word of pleadings an the case was “ruled upon” by court employees with unknown allegiance.

Plaintiffs also demand to know the names of the court employees who summarized the case, provided it to the justices and compiled the list of approved or denied applications. Plaintiffs, U.S. Congress, law enforcement and World Community at large deserve to know who committed HIGH TREASON, who should be tried for high treason, who should be getting a penalty which is customary in such cases, which is a life in prison or death penalty.

Conclusion:

Plaintiffs and their attorney are demanding an immediate investigation of both the actions of the employees of the Supreme Court of the United States in hiding pleadings and exhibits from the Justices and Barack Obama’s use of forged IDs and a stolen Social Security 042-68-4425.

Not addressing this case represents high treason against the United States of America and people of the United States of America

Orly Taitz - an attorney for the plaintiffs - conveyed some additional allegations against the president beyond what was included in Noona's case pleadings. This week, an unidentified source has informed the California-based lawyer that the reason why Michelle Robinson Obama (a graduate of Harvard Law School) ceased to have a law license in Illinois is because she got in trouble for letting Barack Obama use a relative's social security number (Harrison J. Bounel).

The SSN 042-68-4425 is simultaneously tied to Obama and Bounel in background check systems.

The plaintiffs also protested lower-level clerks' decision to withhold the Supplemental Brief and other case pleadings from several of the Supreme Court justices. Taitz had vouched for a thorough review of the arguments to as many of the high court's judges.

Court records show that on Dec. 26, 2012, or three weeks before Obama's second inauguration, Chief Justice John Roberts reversed Justice Anthony Kennedy's rejection and ordered the case distributed for conference on Feb. 15.

However, on that day SCOTUS released its list of granted petitions and Noonan v. Bowen was not included.

This is critical information that obama will not reveal. Why? Where was obama born? According to Hawaii law he could have been born out of the country and Hawaii would still have issued a birth certificate. So this is crucial information that would reveal if obama was born in Hawaii or not.

* In 1982, the vital records law was amended to create a fourth kind of birth certificate for children born outside of the Territory or State of Hawaii. HRS Chapter 338 was amended to add a new section authorizing the Director of the Department of Health to issue a birth certificate for a person NOT born in Hawaii either as a Territory or State, upon sufficient proof that the legal parents of such individual had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth of such child.

*( This means obama could have been born in Kenya or anywhere else)

**This also is possible scenario for obama. Obama could have requested a certificate of live birth HIMSELF years later. Any ADULT could have requested a colb also. It just says ADULT. It doesn't say relative. So Hillary Clinton or ANY adult could have requested and been issued a colb for obama if the Lieutenant Governor of Hawaii was satisfied.

**If a child born in Hawaii, for whom no physician or mid wife filed a certificate of live birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon testimony of an adult (including the subject person) if the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied that a person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year. (See Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).

***Any ADULT could, upon testimony, file a "Delayed Certificate", of which an endorsement, item (23) would be required on the LONG-FORM CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH which obama rufuses to produce. A summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the ACCCEPTANCE for delayed filing. This EVIDENCE must be kept in a SPECIAL PERMANENT FILE. Also a judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence must determine if the evidence is valid. Who if anyone reviewd obama's evidence? Who determined it was valid if he or someone filed for a 'delayed certificate'?


***In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or mid wife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, an adult could, upon testimony, file a “Delayed Certificate”, which required endorsement on the Delayed Certificate of a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing, which evidence must be kept in a special permanent file. The statute provided that the probative value of the Delayed Certificate must be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence. (See Section 57-18, 19 & 20 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).

This is not indicated on the 'certification of live birth' obama says is his evidence he was born in Hawaii. Because obama has not provided valid proof of where he was actually 'born' it is just more evidence of deception. No hospital or address where obama was born but on the original colb. But as I have indicated above, ANY adult could have asked for a certificate of live birth from Hawaii and if only 1 offical determined it was valid documentation for a delayed colb it would have been issued indicating obama was born in Hawaii. So the CRITICAL information. if it exists, is in a "a special permanent file". THIS IS THE INFORMATION THAT MUST BE REVEALED TO EXPOSE THE IMPOSTER OBAMA. Also if the a 'special permanent file' contains information on a rejection by Hawaii of the delayed colb documentation. A disagreement letter or file. This MUST BE REVEALED ALSO TO EXPOSE THE IMPOSTER OBAMA.

*****(18a) Certification of information, Parent or other informant. Only the 'certificate of live birth will reveal this signature. Who's signature is on obama's original colb? Maybe his own? It could be ANY adult. Anybody.

Who is Eligible to Apply for an Amended Certificate of Birth?

As provided by law (HRS §§338-17.7, 338-20.5), the following persons may apply for an amended certificate of birth:

* A person born in the State of Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health and

1. has become legally adopted, or
2. has undergone a sex change operation, or
3. a legal determination of the nonexistence of a parent and child relationship for a person identified as a parent on the birth certificate on file has been made, or
4. previously recorded information in relation to the person’s surname and/or the father’s personal particulars has been altered pursuant to law.

Summary: 4 pieces of critical information to determine who obama really is:

(1) original certificate of live birth, not a certification of live birth. Because item (23) would indicate if the colb was a delayed colb. This information cannot be acertained from the limited information on the 'certification of live birth' obama has published on the web.

(2) The 'special permanent file' information, if it exists.

(3) The name of the hospital or address where obama was actually born. This is only indicated on the long form 'certificate of live birth'. But remember this information is only as good as the documentation contained in the 'special permanent file', if it exists.

(4) The information indicating obama's 'legal parents' had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth of such child. If this happened. Evidence must be kept in a special permanent file. The documentation provided to Hawaii is all important. It doesn't matter who submitted it obama or "ANY ADULT". Any certificate of live birth issued by Hawaii is only as good as the documentation backing it up. If the documentation is FLAWED obama's colb is flaed and not VALID. This means obama is a FRAUD or IMPOSTER. No one including obama has proven who he is or where he was born up to this point.

( IT IS AMAZING TO ME OBAMA COULD HAVE BEEN BORN OUT OF THE US AND STILL HAWAII WOULD ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH.) Hawaii Birth Certificates – Overview.

1. In the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were three different birth certificates that were obtainable:
a. If the birth was attended by a physician or mid wife, the attending medical professional was required to certify to the Department of Health the facts of the birth date, location, parents’ identities and other information. (See Section 57-8 & 9 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).
b. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or mid wife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, an adult could, upon testimony, file a “Delayed Certificate”, which required endorsement on the Delayed Certificate of a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing, which evidence must be kept in a special permanent file. The statute provided that the probative value of the Delayed Certificate must be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence. (See Section 57-18, 19 & 20 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).
c. If a child born in Hawaii, for whom no physician or mid wife filed a certificate of live birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon testimony of an adult including the subject person) if the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied that a person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year. (See Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).
2. In 1982, the vital records law was amended to create a fourth kind of birth certificate for children born outside of the Territory or State of Hawaii. HRS Chapter 338 was amended to add a new section authorizing the Director of the Department of Health to issue a birth certificate for a person NOT born in Hawaii either as a Territory or State, upon sufficient proof that the legal parents of such individual had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth of such child.

Could anybody tell me Why obama will not release his original vital records? There is only one reason. He is a FRAUD. A fraud hides behind the cover of illusion.
