The US Senate voted 51 to 49 not to allow witnesses in the FAKE impeachment trial of President Trump.

The house of representatives assembled their FAKE articles of impeachment in a corrupt way that allowed the democrates to keep Republicans from calling their own witnesses or even allowing Republicans to cross examine the democrates witnesses that were deposed in the basement of the house of representatives by schiff who asked questions of a witness that were to be used  in the FAKE impeachment hearings prepairing them for the public FAKE impeachment hearings staged by schiff and nadler.

In all previous impeachments by the house of representative witness  testimony  was  bipartisan  and  the other party to a lawsuit at a deposition the testimony outside of the courtroom before trial was agreed to by the house of representatives by both political parties.

Republicans could only refute the democrate impeachment witnesses in the short house impeachment hearings. They were NOT allowed to call ANY witnesses of their own.

The house of representative impeachment hearings were a total kangaroo court which was led by nadler and schiff.

Nadler and Schiff tried to  persuade 4 republican senators to vote for witnesses to be called in the US Senate.

This is in addition to their Unconstitutional FAKE articles of impeachment that they were presenting all they while focused on making their case for more witnesses to promote their FAKE articles of impeachment.

The house impeachment managers made a very poor case for impeachment and also managed to INSULT the Republican senators on several  occasions during their monotonous explainations of why President Trump should be impeached.


Because the house of representatives 2 articles of impeachment were FAKE and lacked  substance the house of representative impeachment managers objective was to try to get the US Senate to call witnesses before the US Senate trial.

This is why nancy pelosi waited about 1 month before sending the 2 FAKE articles to the US Senate.

Pelosi, nadler and schiff knew it was critical that their FAKE impeachment articles be bolstered by additional testimony of more hand picked witnesses.

Their plan was to use the FAKE news media to leak information allowing the house managers to argue for the need of additional witnesses.

This is exactly what happened but their ultimate goal failed.

The FAKE news media on cue leaked information about people whom they thought would extend the US Senate trial and allow the house managers to further their goal of calling more witnesses deceiving US Senators and the public.

The nancy pelosi schiff show of the articles of impeachment was shut down on Jan 31, 2020.


Only 2 Republicans - Pierre Delecto ie Senator romney, and Senator collins voted in favor of the motion for more witnesses.

In the event of a 50-50 tie, by rule, the vote on witnesses would fail in the Senate.

Chief Justice of the United States John Roberts is likely to abstain rather than assert his debatable power to cast a tie-breaking vote.

Nadler, clearly fed up, jumps to his feet and scurries to the mic, ignoring audible protests of lead manager Schiff.

Then Nadler gives a terrible lecturing close."

Ergo if a witness was not included in the article assembly, that would be a defect of the House articles; incurable in the Senate. 

However, it appears there are enough republicans willing to establish a new extra-constitutional process whereby the House can assemble speculative supposition; avoid the executive branch using their lawful process to appeal to the judicial branch for opinion; and put the burden of witness testimony on the Senate.

How and why any senator would agree to establish this precedent is beyond my comprehension.   Perhaps it would be a worthwhile endeavor to call, email or write our senators and ask them why they would even contemplate such an undertaking.

In the current quasi-constitutional House process, the Democrats refused to allow Republicans to call witnesses during their investigative phase.  As a result the articles as assembled are completely one-sided and partisan.  There are no republican witnesses in the evidence underpinning the article assembly.

This was obviously done by design.

As a result a one-sided, Democrat only, witness group is structured in the articles.  Now the same Democrats are demanding additional witnesses beyond those they called in the House.

The witnesses they are demanding are from the executive branch; and blocking the executive from access to the judiciary explains why the Democrat plan has presented this end-run around the constitution.

This was not a flaw in the article assembly, it was a feature.

I refuse to accept that Republican senators are stupid.

Obviously they, like us, can see how and why the House used this process; yet they are willing to allow it.

It makes no sense unless we accept there are GOP senators in alignment with the usurpation plans of the Democrats.


The inability of Senators, regardless of party, to articulate this simple and dangerous constitutional issue is the most alarming development in this entire impeachment process.

Alan Dershowitz defends President Trump on Senate floor Jan 27, 2020

Dershowitz says the Senate must consider whether the evidence presented by the House managers establishes that the factual allegations occurred.

Second, if they occurred, did they rise to “abuse of power”/”obstruction?”

Third, whether those charges rise to the level of impeachable offenses under the Constitution.
 
He says the founders would not have accepted the vague criteria the House used because it would have turned the country into a British parliamentary democracy.

Dershowitz says that even if criminal conduct were not required, the framers would have rejected vague terms such as “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress.”

Dershowitz arguing that a president cannot be impeached for non-criminal conduct like “obstruction of Congress” and “abuse of power” that are “outside the range of impeachable offenses.” He says Congress is not above the law.

Dershowitz argues that even if the Senate were to conclude that a technical crime is not required for a crime, “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress” are not impeachable offenses.

He says “abuse of power” is an accusation leveled by a president’s opponents.

He says presidents like Washington, Adams, Jefferson, John Quincy Adams, Tyler, Polk, Lincoln, Grant, Wilson, Carter, Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Obama have been charged with “abuse of power” and would be subjected to impeachment under the House managers’ standard.

Dershowitz says nothing in the Bolton revelations, even if true, would rise to the level of “abuse of power” or an “impeachable offense.”

He says you can’t turn conduct that is not impeachable into impeachable conduct by using words like “quid pro quo.”

He says words like “abuse of power” are standard-less and reiterates that the founders did not want the country to be a parliamentary democracy where the chief executive could be removed with a “no confidence vote.” He says that is why the framers set the impeachment bar so high.

He urges the Senators to not let their strong feelings about one man to undo what the founders created and do irreparable damage to the separation of powers. He asks the Senators to think beyond the emotions of the day and says impeaching Trump on these articles would neither do justice to the president nor the Constitution.

My impression of the Senate impeachment trial opening day, Saturday Jan 25, 2020, of President Trump’s defense was that the two-hour defense opening session was strong enough to deconstruct three days of fabricated and manipulated evidence from the House.

I did not watch much of the last day of the FAKE democrate house managers act on the floor of the US Senate.

What I did hear was only the same lies repeated over and over like yesterday thur jan 23, 2020.

After listening silently for most of the trial so far, several Republicans reportedly shook their heads and could be heard saying, “That's not true,” after Schiff made the remark.

Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, considered another key Republican vote, agreed with Murkowski.
“Not only have I never heard the ‘head on the pike’ line but also I know of no Republican senator who has been threatened in any way by anyone in the administration," she told reporters.



I see representative schiff as a type of Haman found in the Book Of Esther who fate was sealed by God's Providence sustaining and guiding human destiny.

Haman wanted to kill Esther,  Mordecai and the jews.

Representative schiff referred to President Trump as a king several times in his presentation to the Senate.

Haman wanted to kill the jews because Mordecai would not bow to him.

Schiff has plotted to remove President Trump who he considers to be the king.

In the end Haman was hanged on the gallows he constructed to hang Mordecai because of God's Providence of working in the background to bring about his purpose.

Representative Schiff thinks he is in control of the "king's" fate.

He is ready to proclaim victory.

He claims the "king" is Donald Trump and has said so.

Schiff like Haman expects to receive a reward for his efforts and a promotion.


I believe Schiff will be "hung" on the gallows of public opinion and observe the "king" 
inaugurated in Jan 2021 with another 4 year term as President Of The United States.

I watched only small parts of the democrate house impeachment managers yesterday.

During the day I did watch at various times for a short while, about 5 times.

Every time I did watch the impeachment trial in the senate I noted it was ALLWAYS the same information about President Trump in a remixed way.

The democrate house managers kept repeating themselves OVER and OVER.

They filled up some of their impeachment presentation with information that was NOT relevant to the 2 FAKE articles of impeachment.

Shift, nadler and they rest talked about everything they thought President Trump had done that was wrong.

It truly was the "play That Goes Wrong".

Tediously repeating their same  INVALID obnoxious  arguments OVER and OVER.

That had to do this because the house impeachment managers must  embellish their two FAKE articles of impeachment.

These 2 articles of impeachment are  vague and not valid under the US Constitution.

Therefore they repeat ad nauseam their presentation of their FAKE articles of impeachment.

At the end of day today their 2nd day of repeating their vague impeachment articles it will just be the same dead horse that has been beaten OVER and OVER past the point of boredem to the pont of
Ignoring what the house impeachment mangers are presenting.

Ranking Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein Left Senate During Schiff Testimony – Said “Goodnight” and Went Home…

Many people are becoming aware the Senate impeachment trial is an exercise in politics, nothing more.  The votes are already decided; the trial is simply a pantomime or kabuki drama.

President Trump knew the letters sent to his administration were not valid  enforceable subpoenas.

President Trump also stated the house of representative were on a witch hunt for information.

This validates his position to not allow pelosi and the house democrates to usurp Executive Branch Authority by deception and lies.

If the house of representatives had sent valid enforceable subpoenas to the Trump administration the President has the option to allow the valid supoena or to invoke Executive Privilege.

The right of the president of the United States to withhold information from Congress or the courts.
Historically, presidents have claimed the right of executive privilege when they have information they want to keep confidential, either because it would jeopardize national security or because disclosure would be contrary to the interests of the e Executive Branch.

President Trump has the legal authority to use executive priviledge to protect the Office Of The Precidency from those who would usurp its power through deception such as the efforts by nancy pelosi and the house democrats.

House impeachment manager nadler  managed to insult all the senators.

He appeared to be very frustrated because ALL the 11 rules amendments  that were offered by Democrat Minority Leader Chuck Schumer were defeated individually during 13 hours of arguments and debate.



Nadler said that if Senators voted against a Democrat-sponsored procedural amendment requiring that former National Security Advisor John Bolton be subpoenaed — prior to opening arguments — then they would be “voting against the United States” and participating in a “cover up.”

Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, a moderate member of the conference,  said she was offended by House manager Rep. Jerrold Nadler’s assertion that GOP members voting against allowing new testimony and evidence were engaged in a “cover-up.”

“I took it as offensive,” she told reporters Wednesday. “As one who is listening attentively and working hard to get to a fair process, I was offended.”



But Murkowski is not alone—Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., on Wednesday said Democrats “took a huge step backward” in their opening.

“I mean, that’s an extraordinary thing to say on the floor of the United States Senate, the middle of the trial, and that’s what drew the rebuke and rightly so,” Hawley told reporters.

“I can tell you, there was an open, open gasping on the Senate floor when Nadler was saying these things. I mean, it’s really, really extraordinary.”

He added: “If the goal was to persuade, they took a huge step backward last night.”



House impeachment manager shift  managed to insult the chief justice.


He said he knew that the Chief Justice did not want to be an abritrator of witnesses.

He also said that before the house managers considered going along with a senate amendment to insert a clause into the rules to allow for the chief justice to rule on allowing witnesses to testify before the senate he had his doubts about the chief justice.

This was an insult to the chief justice of the supreme court.

Because I was able to watch the senate trial live I saw and heard shift insult the chief justice.

I have NOT been able to find some information about shifts remarks that actually took an underhanded swipe at the chief justice.

If I had not been watching the FAKE impeachment "play" I would have missed the shift insult of the chief justice.

As the impeachment proceedings went on the house managers shift and nadler got more frustrated.

Nadler and shift seem to be like nancy pelosi in that they also are not playing with a full deck meaning their quest to remove trump from office will be in vain and futile.

BILL Clinton was the second President of the United States to be impeached - and narrowly avoided being removed from office.

The impeachment charges related to an affair he had with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

Why was Bill Clinton impeached?

The House of Representatives impeached bill clinton - the 42nd American President - on December 19, 1998.

It was based on two charges - one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice in connection with an extramarital affair with then 22-year-old Monica Lewinsky.

The House voted 228 to 206 in favour of the first charge, and 221 to 212 on the second.

Initially Clinton denied the affair with the former White House intern.

He became the first sitting president to testify before a grand jury and after questioning, he admitted on national television he had engaged in an inappropriate relationship with Lewinsky.

When the case reached trial at the Senate, it failed to reach the two-third majority backing needed to pass the order.

What was the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal?

Bill Clinton, then 49, and 22-year-old White House intern Monica Lewinsky started a sexual relationship in 1995.

Lewinsky claimed she had sexual encounters with the President on nine occasions, until March 1997, and said First Lady Hillary Clinton was at the White House for a portion of those.

She confided about the relationship to Linda Tripp - her defence department co-worker, who secretly recorded telephone conversations.

Tripp later discovered that Lewinsky had sworn an affidavit in the Paula Jones case - a former Arkansas state employee who was suing Clinton for sexual harassment.

Lewinsky had attempted to persuade Tripp to commit perjury in the Jones case but instead she delivered the tapes to Kenneth Starr - who was investigating Clinton on other allegations.

The affair first came to light on the Drudge Report in 1998 before reaching the mainstream press.
Clinton was quick to deny the affair and even gave a White House press conference beside his wife stating that the allegations were false.

There was months of speculation but nothing could be definitely established as Lewinsky was unwilling to discuss the affair.

In July 1998, Lewinsky received total witness immunity in exchange for grand jury testament about her relationship with Clinton.

Clinton admitted the affair in taped grand jury testimony a few weeks later, stating he had an "improper physical relationship" with Lewinsky and later broadcast a televised statement nationally.

The Paula Jones case was eventually dismissed in court but while the dismissal was on appeal, Clinton paid an out-of-court settlement of $850,000 (£652,000).

President Clinton was and is a disgrace to Americans.

He should have been impeached and he should have been removed from office.

President Trump has been impeached but the 2 articles of impeachment are totally different than the articles of impeachment for bill clinton.

Bill clinton lied to a grand jury and admitted he did.

President Trump has not committed any crime nor has he lied about what the house of representatives impeachment articles are accusing him of doing.

President Trump will not be removed from office and will be reelected as President in Nov 2020.

President Trump will continue to Make America Great Again.
