Jan 21,22,23 are the days of "Play That Goes Wrong" in the US Senate.
I watched only small parts of the democrate house impeachment managers yesterday.
During the day I did watch at various times for a short while, about 5 times.
Every time I did watch the impeachment trial in the senate I noted it was ALLWAYS the same information about President Trump in a remixed way.
The democrate house managers kept repeating themselves OVER and OVER.
They filled up some of their impeachment presentation with information that was NOT relevant to the 2 FAKE articles of impeachment.
Shift, nadler and they rest talked about everything they thought President Trump had done that was wrong.
It truly was the "play That Goes Wrong".
Tediously repeating their same INVALID obnoxious arguments OVER and OVER.
That had to do this because the house impeachment managers must embellish their two FAKE articles of impeachment.
These 2 articles of impeachment are vague and not valid under the US Constitution.
Therefore they repeat ad nauseam their presentation of their FAKE articles of impeachment.
At the end of day today their 2nd day of repeating their vague impeachment articles it will just be the same dead horse that has been beaten OVER and OVER past the point of boredem to the pont of
Ignoring what the house impeachment mangers are presenting.

Ranking Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein Left Senate During Schiff Testimony – Said “Goodnight” and Went Home…
Many people are becoming aware the Senate impeachment trial is an exercise in politics, nothing more. The votes are already decided; the trial is simply a pantomime or kabuki drama.
To highlight the point, Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, simply walked out during the trial when Adam Schiff was testifying; said “goodnight” and just went home. She left the senate floor at 8:45 PM.
Senators are expected to stay in the chamber for the entirety of the arguments.

If a ranking democrate senator is willing to walk out of the house managers impeachment presentation this alone speaks to the empty attempt by adam shift and his fellow impeachment managers attempt to persuade those in the US Senate to impeach President Trump.
Dianne Feinstein has no need to listen to the house managers presentation neither do any other democrates in the US Senate.
They are automatically going to vote to impeach President Trump and it doesn't matter what the articles of impeachment contain.
The impeachment trial of President Trump is truly the "play that goes wrong".
American voters will demand a refund in Nov 2020.

This week the "the impeachment play that goes wrong" begins.
The impeachment play that goes wrong is about The Thespian Troupe of house of representative impeachment manager's endeavors to overcome awkward on-stage miscues. The stage is the senate.
At times the actors, house managers, are incapacitated and stagehand democrate lawyers attempt to rescue the struggling house managers to help them to read their lines from jumbled pages of the scripted articles of impeachment play.
Meanwhile, props fail to operate, and characters represented by the house managers, try to maintain stern personas while engaging in hilarious slapstick.
NOTE:
The props are the house of representatives articles of impeachment which were constructed from
testimony or documents produced using letters requesting voluntary witness participation and document production.
NONE of the House requests for testimony or documents held any enforcement authority because the House did not follow the constitutional process.
The failure of a full House vote to authorize the House Judiciary Committee to pursue evidence -via enforceable subpoenas- was a defect by design of Nancy Pelosi’s decision to initiate an impeachment inquiry by her decree, not an authorizing vote.
THIS IS THE FATAL FLAW in the "Play That Goes Wrong" that will lead to the US Senate vote vindicating President Trump by default.
In the rush by pelosi and other democrats in the house of representatives to impeach President Trump by changing the house rules to allow FAKE impeachment hearings without a valid Constitutional House vote by all their members they have sent 2 totally FLAWED and DEFECTIVE articles of impeachment that are not Constitutional valid articles of impeachment.
The house managers are truly beating a dead house that was dead on arrival!
The DOJ Office of Legal Counsel files a position document outlining how the House usurped the constitutional impeachment process by not establishing Judicial Authority via a full House vote
President Trump knew the letters sent to his administration were not valid enforceable subpoenas.
President Trump also stated the house of representative were on a witch hunt for information.
This validates his position to not allow pelosi and the house democrates to usurp Executive Branch Authority by deception and lies.
If the house of representatives had sent valid enforceable subpoenas to the Trump administration the President has the option to allow the valid supoena or to invoke Executive Privilege.
The right of the president of the United States to withhold information from Congress or the courts.
Historically, presidents have claimed the right of executive privilege when they have information they want to keep confidential, either because it would jeopardize national security or because disclosure would be contrary to the interests of the e Executive Branch.
President Trump has the legal authority to use executive priviledge to protect the Office Of The Precidency from those who would usurp its power through deception such as the efforts by nancy pelosi and the house democrats.

President George Washington and his successors did choose to withhold requested information from Congress, citing various reasons.
In 1794, for example, the Senate requested from Washington the correspondence of Gouverneur Morris, the U.S. ambassador to France, who was suspected of aiding the French aristocrats against the revolutionaries despite the United States' official stance of neutrality.
Washington provided the letters, but he censored them first, acting on the advice of officials such as Attorney General William Bradford, who said that the president should "communicate to the Senate such parts of the said correspondence as upon examination he shall deem safe and proper to disclose: withholding all such, as any circumstances, may render improper to be communicated."
The following year, Washington refused to provide the House with information relating to Ambassador John Jay's negotiation of a treaty with Great Britain, arguing that the House had no constitutional right to participate in the treaty making process and so had no right to request materials associated with it.
Executive privilege can and should be used to protect the Executive branch from improper disclosures requested by Congress.
Geroge Washington used Executive Privilege to protect the Office Of The President from the house of representatives trying to usurp the authority of the Executive Branch which is in the US Constitution.

There is nothing in the US Constitution about The first article of impeachment about abuse of power.
There is nothing in the US Constituion about the second article of impeachment obstruction of congress.
The first article of impeachment basis is a phone call by President Trump that was not abuse of power in any way.
The second article of impeachment basis is about President Trump not allowing Executive Branch officials to be unlawfully enforceable subpoened using unlawful subpoenas.
A letter from house speaker pelosi is NOT a lawful enforceable subponea!
The 2 house of representative articles of impeachment are as bogus as nancy pelosi's letters of request for witnesses and documents.
Both are unlawful documents usurping the authority of The President Of The United States!
