My good friend Alan Vera of True the Vote told me long ago that we have a two party system: the Corrupt Party and the Stupid Party. To that fact, during the weekly True the Vote webcast, Catherine Engelbrecht related a meeting she had with RNC Chairman Reince Priebus, asking what the GOP would do about voter integrity. The answer?

Nothing. They aren’t legally able to.

As part of a lawsuit settlement with the Democrat Party, the Gutless Old Party agreed to not engage in any voter protection initiatives. Two of the clauses read this way:

(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;

(f) refrain from having private personnel deputized as law enforcement personnel in connection with ballot security activities.

The gop is corrupt not just because they settled a lawsuit with the democrat party that allows for voter fraud but because the gop will promote only moderate candidates that the conservative base will not support fully.

The gop is a losing party now. The writing is on the wall. Form a third party to defeat the gop and democrat parties.

Let the moderates nominate their moderate loser candidate. Let the democrates nominate anoother liberal socialist.

Let the new third party nominate a real conservative that will turn out the base and also garner some of the other two parties votes in national and local elections.

16 Million White Votes Missing In Recent "Election"

Remember just a few days ago, seeing the polls show extremely high voter intensity numbers for Republicans, compared to 2008?

Here is one example from Gallup’s, “Voters Say This Election Matters More Than Most,” 11/6.

It clearly shows voter intensity was up for Republicans compared to 2008, by their measurement at a ratio of 85 to 74. Other polls reported similar results to similar questions. Especially with more poll respondents calling themselves Republicans than in 2008, that greater qualitative measurement should have translated into a greater quantitative measurement of votes — and certainly not a great deal fewer votes. Yet, somehow, by the figures below, we are expected to believe that “the white vote” was down 16 million, which happens to translate into a whopping 16%.


WHERE DID 16 MILLION WHITE VOTES GO????

It is being widely reported that there were 117 million votes cast: 60 million Obama and 57+ million for Romney.

This is down 13 million from 2008 total of 131.4 million.

In 2008 it is recorded that 100 million whites cast a vote representing 74% of the total and the minority share of the vote was 26%.

Now they are reporting out of a total of 117 million votes, whites cast 72% and minorities cast 28%.

That means that only 84 million whites voted in 2012 down 16 million from the 100 million whites who voted in 2008.

Extrapolating from that, we have to say that 3 million more minorities voted in 2012 than in 2008.

In 2010 the resident population of voting age (including aliens of voting age) was 234,564,000. This was an increase in resident population of almost 5 million from the 2008 figure.

Yet we are expected to believe that there was a net loss of votes of 13 million representing 16 million fewer white voters and an additional 3 million minority voters.

I mean, this is just NOT BELIEVABLE.

As you can see, as the population increases, the number of voters increases in every election cycle except when Clinton ran for re-election against Dole. Not a hotly contested election. Kind of a walk away for Clinton. And, even with this….the drop in voters is not near 13 million, and 16 million whites.

This turn out and loss of 16 million whites in a hotly contested election such as this one is absolutely NOT believable.

AMERICA'S CLAIRVOYANT ELECTION SYSTEM

Perhaps one of the oddest moments of all during last night's live election coverage was what happened to Karl Rove on Fox Network News.

With Florida still too close to call and hundreds of thousands of votes still out in Ohio (including a large hunk of votes in Romney strongholds), and with a spread of about 100,000 votes separating the candidates in Ohio, Fox called Ohio for Obama. Karl Rove arranged to come on the Fox network to voice his rebuttal.

Now, whatever you think of Rove, I think most of us agree that he's a numbers guy. His numbers didn't support the calling of the state of Ohio at that point in time. When he explained his reasoning, the Fox anchor quickly shut him down. "It's a science" he was told.

Based not on actual votes, but on projections from a single private entity, the National Election Pool (NEP), we were all told what the election results were going to be. When Rove pulled out his notes and calculations, he was basically told "Shut up, this is a science."

But is that what your vote really is? A science project, to be viewed only by experts inside a nesting set of black boxes, completely out of public view?

If we are to have real self-governance, we need to be able to authenticate each essential step in our own elections -- without need for special expertise to explain to us what the result is. What more centralized, privatized form of declaring a result is there than to commission the NEP to provide a single set of statistics to ALL of the TV networks for a declaration of results without human eyes ever looking at a single ballot.

The media called the election in Tennessee just 11 minutes after the polls closed and by the way, exit polls had already been cancelled in Tennessee because, it was explained, everyone already knew who the winner was going to be so why bother with the expense. Even the voting machines, opaque and controlled by whatever their programmers put into them, had not yet issued results printouts. Is this the new, NEW method for pretending at democracy?

Washington State, where I live, is a forced absentee state, where 100% of the votes are now absentee ballots, which must be postmarked on Election Day. I placed my ballot in the post office at 2 pm. There are no exit polls, because there are no polling places. Apparently a few phone calls now substitute for actual exit polling (to people with land lines? That's an increasingly elderly demographic). Perhaps 40% of all ballots in Washington have not even been counted yet, but we've been told the results.

In California, typically 25% of the votes are counted after Election Day, yet results have been announced. That's a million uncounted ballots in Los Angeles alone. We have no clue what is on those ballots but we've been told not to worry about it. The stats guys have issued their verdict.

Forget voting machines, programmed by insiders to do whatever they do. Let's just skip counting the votes altogether and use statistics.

Creepy little way to run an election, if you ask me.The public must be able to see and authenticate these four essential steps for an election to be public, democratic, and valid: (1) Who can vote (voter list); (2) Who did vote (3) The original count; (4) Chain of custody.

November 7 | Was the election stolen? Remember all those lawsuits by Democrats demanding that any voter identification laws be repealed. Well, now we know why they filed them. They needed to steal the vote in certain key states so that Obama could be reelected.

Curiously, Obama lost in every state that requires a photo ID to be produced before voting. A list of closely contested state elections with no voter ID, which narrowly went to Obama include: Minnesota (10), Iowa (6), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6), Colorado (9), New Mexico (5) and Pennsylvania (20). This amounts to a total of 66 electoral votes. When added to Romney’s total of 205 electoral votes, that would give Romney 271 electoral votes, enough votes to win even without Ohio or Florida.

Romney also likely had the states of Florida and Ohio stolen from him, which don’t require photo IDs. Ohio requires a non-photo ID. Would a library card do? Florida “requests” a photo ID, but doesn’t require it. So what happens if they request a photo ID and the illegal alien Haitian doesn’t have one? Do they just count the vote anyway?

The popular vote results reported by the respective secretaries of state of the key swing states last night are a little more than suspect. The concession by Mr. Romney and the GOP was, at best, premature. The election results are not official until the party electors meet to vote the electoral votes in each state. There is time to take action.

Election Data Is Highly Suspicious

The University of Colorado Department of Political Science Electoral Vote projection is the most accurate presidential election model in our history. They were the only source that correctly called the 1980 Reagan/Carter results. They have correctly modeled every presidential election since with their projected electoral totals never off by more than 1%.

Their method is not a standard political poll process. They include surveys, but those are only 1 of many variables in a complex algorithm that includes key economic, employment and social measures. They build their models state by state to assure sufficient granularity for top accuracy. It is mathematically possible that statistical error could cause them to incorrectly project ONE state. But it is mathematically impossible for them to incorrectly project more than one. Their 2012 model projected Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia for the Romney/Ryan ticket. The results reported by those secretaries of state were different.

Add to this the survey data showing the Democrat ticket losing support from 2008 among Blacks, Jews, Catholics and Independents, and the results reported for the above-named states are mathematically impossible.

An army of trained poll watchers/election observers kept a lid on fraud in voter registrations and at the ballot boxes in all the key states. While there is no way these volunteers could have stopped 100% of the fraud, all reports are that they kept it at or below “normal” levels. That means that the discrepancies between scientifically generated data and the election results reported were most likely generated behind the scenes under the auspices of the secretaries of state involved.

ACTION NEEDED

Citizen Activists of Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia must immediately contact their respective state GOP party, and (if possible) the slate of GOP electors who were chosen at their state party conventions this past year.

These two groups have legal standing in the respective states to legally challenge the results reported by the Secretary of State. The presidential voting was not for the president/vice president ticket. The voting was for the electors pledged to vote for the ticket in December. Romney/Ryan didn’t lose last night. The electors pledged to them in each of the key states were robbed of their election.

There’s time to have a recount observed by trained election observers and representatives of the parties. There’s time to get a look at the actual results of the voting in each of the key states.

Somebody from each state needs to step forward and run with this.

During his youth Abraham Lincoln was "leased out" to nearby farmers by his father to earn money. This was legal at the time.

Today people that work and earn a living are "leased out" by the federal government to earn money for redistribution to those who don't work or want a free ride from the government.

The American people who work and earn a living are in effect "slaves" to the federal government.

This new party candidate must convince the federal tax slaves that they can be free and not be "rented out" to earn money for those the federal government wants to continue to support to grow the federal government farm or "plantation".

(I recently noticed that the video on fox news did not contain obama calling white people "whitie". The video was also in the movie dreams of my real father at 55 min into the video. I watched the movie dreams of my real father on netflix when it came out about a month ago.

I watched it again today and noticed that at 55 min into the video where obama was leading a protest at harvard and talking about professor bell it had been edited since the first time I saw it. The first time I viewed the video I noted in a past blog that obama referred to white Americans as "whitie".

Now obama's comments about "white" are gone. I also noticed that on you tube it is obvious that this comment obama made about "whitie" has also been edited out.

This means obama and his fellow comrads have gone to the trouble of leaning on the maker of a film to edit out the obama whitie comments on netflix. The you tube video is edited also. Fox news says it was unedited version but this is also not true.

I can see now that this comment obama made about white people at the harvard protest was hid from the public in 2008 and in 2012 was edited to cut out obama's comments about "whitie".

Again I saw and heard the same video clip in the move dreams of my real father on netflix about one month ago and IT DID CONTAIN OBAMA CALLING WHITE AMERICANS "WHITIE"

The Folly of David Axelrod’s Turnout Model


The folly of the Obama campaign’s election assumptions is the 2008 perfect storm that doubled the election-over-election decrease in White participation at a pace 3.5x as great as the norm will repeat itself with another -1.4pp rate of change resulting in a -4.3pp decline to 72%.

The doubling of the average decrease in White participation was a combination of 2 competing factors: first, non-Whites were excited over the prospects of the first viable non-White Presidential candidate and White voters of the opposition party were unenthusiastic over their candidate and did not participate in the election. Without the combination of these factors the White vote percentage of the electorate would still have declined but the decline would not doubled. Compared to the recent rate of change of -0.4pp, the change in the decrease of White composition from 2004 to 2008 was -1.4pp, 3.5x greater than the modern trend.

The folly of the Obama campaign’s election assumptions is the 2008 perfect storm that doubled the election-over-election decrease in White participation at a pace 3.5x as great as the norm will repeat itself with another -1.4pp rate of change resulting in a -4.3pp decline to 72%.

This type of assumption is the same as a football team that has a record first quarter outscoring their opponent 35-0 and then game-plans they will repeat that every quarter scoring 140 points. That is clearly not going to happen.

In the 2012 election neither of the two major factors from 2008 that conspired to dramatically decrease White participation are evident. Every survey consistently reveals meaningful decreases in enthusiasm among non-White voters while White voters appear substantially more enthusiastic than 2008. To take a record turnout model from 2008 and extrapolate it to the next election and expect a repeat record decrease from the unusually low 2008 turnout is folly bordering on delusional.

Regarding the macro-trend in the US of an increase in the non-White composition of the population, the return of an enthusiastic white voter coupled with the decreased non-White enthusiasm should strongly mitigate the macro-demographic trend of very real increases in non-White voters overall.

But David Axelrod’s entire campaign is predicated on the above assumptions that expect a “White flight” that exists in no poll nationally or in any state. At a state level, it is due to differences of opinion like the above that both campaigns are reportedly seeing dramatically different electorates in Ohio with each campaign completely confident they will win the state. One of them is very wrong.

National polls often use 74% as the representative White vote in this election, but from a historic stand-point 75% is the more reasonable level which would be a -1.3% decline from 2008. With polls today consistently showing Obama’s support between 36-38% with this segment of the electorate comprising 75% of voters, it is easy to see how a tight race can turn into a blowout rather quickly. As for David Axelrod’s turnout model, he is talking his book when every ounce of data says he is blowing smoke. If Axelrod is right on the racial make-up of the electorate, President Obama probably wins re-election in a close race. But there is little evidence that the 76.3% of White voters in 2008 when combined with a probable return of the missing 1.7 million whites will make up only 72% of the electorate Team Obama needs to avoid a sizable Romney win on November 6.

It is a problem I had mulled over for a few months. I decided it had to be done. Lilly has just turned fifteen. Could she shoulder the burden?

I have to find out, my way, before she finds out on her own. She is noticing her brother and I spend more and more time together and she is starting to ask questions. I sense she is a bit jealous. Her mother would probably not approve but they live with me now. Their mom has been conscripted to work up north in what use to be Washington State, where there is a shortage of people in her field. There is no safe way to discuss this with her, so I have to do what I think is best for us all.

Braxton, Lilly’s brother and my grandson, had an interest in politics since he was ten years old. Even as a child, he understood more than you would think a ten or twelve year old could. He saw the direction we were headed as a country, and as he grew, so did his understanding and instincts. At the tender age of fourteen, he saw things turn for the worst and has been my right hand and confidant for the past ten years.

Yes, it has been ten years since Obama was elected to his second term. He is now in his fourth term. They took a page out of Hugo Chavez’s book on that one. How did we get here? How did we lose America, home of the free and the brave? Many things came together at the wrong time, much like a “perfect storm.” In part, we had a large portion of an electorate that was lazy and asleep. They preferred to watch a mind numbing TV show, rather than read a book and learn something, or get involved in something important – important like poll watching, to prevent the massive amounts of cheating that went on during the elections. History text books were gradually rewritten, to suit the narrative of the progressive agenda. Unions controlled the teachers, government workers, manufacturing, service industries, and the media, including the entertainment industry. TV was a huge influence on our culture and they came to control it. The unions funneled their money into an ultra liberal Democratic Party. When I say Democrat, I really mean Marxist. This was not my grandfather’s Democratic Party. They managed to crash our once vibrant economy, create great poverty, and get many people on government subsidies, thereby creating votes for their party.

Years ago, cunning men of great power set up non-profit foundations disguised as charitable organizations with credibility, to push the liberal agenda, and create bogus, biased studies, published and touted by the media as truth. The media! It was supposed to be the watchdog. It was intended to be a “free press” to protect the people.

Those are a few of the things that happened. There is much more, but I do not see that it adds to this story. I blame the media the most. They outright lied and hid truth. In short, they became the enemy of freedom and the people. They are the reason I do what I do today.

Lilly was only five when Obama was reelected, so she does not have the background experiences and knowledge her brother does, plus she has gone to the state schools all of this time. She knows I do not agree with the regime, but I have kept her in the dark about our activities, until now. She is surrounded by patriots at home, but we are very careful what is said, to whom. The government has recruited children to rat on their families now. It is rewarded. It is sick. Those caught speaking against the government are taken for reeducation. If they come back, they are very different. We suspect they have undergone something akin to hypnosis and brainwashing techniques.

The hurricane-ravaged east coast has been receiving north Alabama help, but crews from Huntsville Utilities learned they'll be doing work in Long Island, New York instead of in New Jersey.

Crews from Huntsville, as well as Decatur Utilities and Joe Wheeler out of Trinity headed up there this week, but Derrick Moore, one of the Decatur workers, said they were told by crews in New Jersey that they can't do any work there since they're not union employees.

The crews were told to stand down. In fact, Moore said the crew from Trinity is already headed back home.

Can obama postpone the election because of the perfect storm?

(Obama would try if he thought it would help his election chances. Its more likely that the states could postpone elections if state law allows it, as does Virginia, which could be hit hard by Sandy. Governor Bob McDonnell can postpone the election for up to 14 days. Obama's lawyers would be sure to have another month long spectacle like bush/gore in 2000. Hurricane Sandy Could Interrupt Election In Some States

It's been called "snowicane" and "worse than the perfect storm," and it could knock out power in the mid-Atlantic through Election Day.

Hurricane Sandy hasn't even made it past the Bahamas yet, but Sandy, or any natural disaster around Election Day, could wreak extreme havoc on the election, experts say.

Political scientists have long studied the effects of rain and inclement weather on voter turnout and, not surprisingly, have found many people would rather stay at home than brave the weather. But more extreme storms or natural disasters that affect an entire state or region could turn a mild inconvenience into a huge mess.

That's because there are few federal election procedure laws, Robert Pastor, co-director of the Center for Democracy and Election Management says. Election process is generally left up to state or local governments, who Pastor says are "least capable of handling a statewide or regional disaster."

Most states have contingency plans in case a state of emergency is declared on Election Day. In Virginia, which could be hit hard by Sandy, Governor Bob McDonnell can postpone the election for up to 14 days, leading to all sorts of logistical issues.

If, for instance, the election came down to a late-voting Virginia "there'd probably be an outlandish intervention of Super PAC money as well as regular campaign spending," says John Hudak, a governance studies fellow at Brookings. "It would be quite the carnival . . . you'd have a very serious constitutional situation occurring."

It'd also represent a field day for lawyers. Congress has the power to formally protest Electoral College votes from states they feel are tainted, as long as one member from each house agrees to bring it to a vote. If a majority of both houses vote to reject the votes from a certain state, they are thrown out.

"If you have a situation where [a] state has delayed its voting and that one had an impact on the outcome, we'd see a movement to reconsider those votes," he says. For the sake of sanity, let's hope it doesn't happen."

Most, but not all states require backup paper ballots at polling stations that use electronic voting machines. Says Pastor: "If there is a region wide natural disaster that shuts down power, there's a high-probability that we will lose votes. In a close election, that'll ensure there will be serious electoral disputes."

Pastor says a natural disaster that impacts the election would "stretch the fabric of American Democracy to the point of being torn" because, in many cases, local disputes over voting "would be addressed in an area where one party is largely dominant and the rules are extremely weak."

(Keep in mind its the electorial college that votes to put the president in office. These votes can be challenged in the house and senate if only 1 senator and 1 congressman does the challenge. In 2008 there were NO patriots in congress to challenge the natural born citizenship of obama as they should have done. Congress should also have challenged all the electorial votes in all 50 states because obama was certified by the democratic party he was qualified to be on the ballot. He was not because the democrates relied on an online short form certificate of live birth which had not been verified by hawaii or anyone one else!
