Q: Does the Constitution tell us which branch of government has the right to declare martial law?

A: Yes, the legislative branch has the right. Currently, there are 'White House radicals,' particularly in the Office of Legal Counsel to the President, advocating the position that the Constitution can be interpreted to support almost unlimited executive power. However, even they must acknowledge that the above-quoted sections (Sections 8 and 9) appear in Article I of the Constitution, which is the article that allocates specific powers to the legislature! Indisputably, this means that Congress can suspend our right to habeas corpus. One looks in vain for any similar authority for the president. Article II, which lays out the prerogatives of the executive branch, is silent on these matters.


It is possible that some future President could exercise this vast authority in an attempt to place the United States under authoritarian rule. The future is now.


The rationales and blueprints for implementation of martial law are already on the books. Reasoning that the USAPATRIOT Act(s) and the Military Commissions Act weren’t quite repressive enough, on May 9, 2007, Bush issued a document entitled “National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51″ and “Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20.” This directive outlines the federal government’s plan for maintaining continuity in the face of a “catastrophic emergency.”

The document defines a “catastrophic emergency” as “any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government function.” Well, that certainly narrows things down.

If any of these events occurs, Obama has the power to lead the entire federal government, not merely the executive branch. And, recognizing his veneration of constitutional law, he graciously gives himself sole responsibility “for ensuring constitutional government.”

Translated into our native tongue, NSPD 51/HSPD-20 would impose martial law under the authority of the White House and the DHS. It would suspend constitutional government under the provisions of Continuity in Government (COG).

The following guide will help you plan, prepare, and get ready in the event that martial law threatens you safety and well being. It is divided into two parts. The first part describes the framework for martial law and the second part the actions to take in preparing for the actual declaration of martial law.

* Martial law is defined as: military rule or authority imposed on a civilian population when the civil authorities cannot maintain law and order, as in a time of war or during an emergency.

* Executive Order 13010: Directs FEMA to take control over all government agencies in time of emergency. FEMA is under control of executive branch of the government.
* Executive Order 12656: "ASSIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS RESPONSIBILITIES", "A national emergency is any occurrence, including natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergency that seriously degrades or seriously threatens the national security of the United States. Policy for national security emergency preparedness shall be established by the President." This order includes federal takeover of all local law enforcement agencies, wage and price controls, prohibits you from moving assets in or out of the United States, creates a draft, controls all travel in and out of the United States, and much more.
* Martial law can be declared due to natural disasters, a "Manufactured financial Crisis", Stock Market crash, no electricity, riots, biological attack, .... anything leading to the breakdown of law and order.

SURVIVING MARTIAL LAW A Guide To Survival

* Prepare before any declaration of martial law by becoming self reliant. You may become subject to a bureaucratic system and be prepared to stay one step ahead of it which is easy to do if you are prepared and in a position to be self reliant. You may also face mob rule, chaos, panic, or a complete breakdown in law and order. Surival situations may be easier to handle in rural areas than urban.
* Avoid areas of marital law. Can be imposed due to natural disasters or man caused events. Important to have a retreat or place in a rural area away from populated areas.
* Create alliances with like minded neighbors or community members that share your views. Team work and numbers may help your situation.
* Become transparent in the sense that you do not draw attention to yourself or your family. For instance, do not tell people that you are storing food just store food. Be prepared to render assistance to neighbors if need be. You never know when you will need them.
* Remain calm! Do not panic.
* Avoid areas of civil unrest if possible. If caught in civil unrest take appropriate action.
* Get informed and stay informed. Understand martial law can be a temporary crisis or an extended one. In extreme cases the shape of a whole nation can change.
* Declaration of martial law means your rights are suspended and it is government by decree. Your constitutional rights may no longer apply. This could mean a state of National Emergency.
* People can be arrested and imprisoned indefinitely without charges.
* Freedom of speech and freedom of assembly can be suspended, and censorship of the media imposed.
* Gun ownership will also come under severe attack during marital law. We could see house to house searches by the military or National Guard looking for guns and seizing any they find along with stored food.
* Take a stand on issues and make a choice that fits your beliefs and the situation. Do you believe as Patrick Henry, "Give me liberty or give me death?" Realize you may have some hard choices to make. Understand you may have to sacrifice your principles on trivial matters or take a hard stand. Always remember that you may have to come back and fight another day.

* Be aware by recognizing danger. Have communication such as a radio, CB, or scanner. Use your senses. Panic spreads fast so when you feel threatened like your hair standing on end and the adrenalin working. Take action. Fight down the panic and stay calm.
* Get away-stay out of harm's way. Avoid trouble areas and/or dangerous parts of cities. Move away from dangerous cities.
* Avoid confrontation and try go around potential problems. Have an escape route that you have selected ahead of time. Remember, "Those who live by the sword, die by the sword." You might end up the target of a person's built up anger even though you are not a part of the problem.
* Act like the natives. Try to blend in so you don't attract attention. Be careful of what you wear. Be aware of your surroundings.
* Hide equipment/supplies away from your home. Have a retreat or place where you can escape to as a safe haven. As governments get more totalitarian they make the citizens outlaws by banning things like gun or gold. Bury things or have them hidden away.
* Learn to defend yourself. Choose an art that is compatible to your beliefs such as karate, aikido, mace, pepper spray, or shooting. If you face trouble head on, you should resist with everything possible in a life or death situation.
* Don't get involved in mobs or mob behavior. They become mindless and objectivity is lost.
* Crushed in a crowd? Self preservation is the key. Try to ride it out like a bouy in the sea. If caught in a crowd surge, stay away from anything solid like a wall, barrier, or pillar. Keep hands out of pockets and loosen tie.



If the military shows up at your house I think it would be useless to resist. If a group of illegal aliens or just a mob wanting your food shows up I suggest using a 357 Mag or Shotgun if you feel your life is threatened or your loved ones.

The US government will not be able to control everyone. A recent example happened during Katrina. The US government will not be able to control itself.

Don't rely on this government to protect you in a crisis. Rely on yourself and your network of support.

The US economy is near collapse. It almost collapsed on Sept 18, 2008 when there was a run on the banks. Today it is not better but worse. The government is out of control and only is making it worse by passing usless spending bills.

Any day the dictator obama will declare martial law because the dollar is going to collapse and become worthless or some other reason and there are many.

The U.S. Constitution is absolutely clear without any ambiguity what so ever in the fact that only Congress has the exclusive right to enact all law.

Article I, Section 1. “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

However, Presidents have repeatedly acted and continue to act treasonously in usurping the right to enact law by issuing Executive Orders under the guise of national emergencies. However, the only authority the President has on extraordinary occasions of national emergencies is to call Congress into an emergency session (Article II, Section 3).

Any enactment of law by the Executive Office in a form such as an Executive Order is made in Excess of Jurisdiction and is by definition 'Treason'.

Up until Abraham Lincoln there were few if any orders by Presidents that would classify as legislation. Following Lincoln's war against Southern Independence that caused the deaths of more than 620,000 citizens, untold misery and sunk the country to debt and control by bankers from which the Nation has never recovered there were an abundance of Executive Orders where the President assumed the Fascist role of lawmaker.

Many, if not all of the problems we are currently experiencing in the U.S. can be traced back to treasonous Executive Orders. In 1933 Roosevelt literally ordered citizens to hand their gold to a private bank or else be sent to jail.

This regulation provides Army policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor programs and civilian prison camps on Army installations. So what this means is anyone arrested under martial law can be put in these civilian prison camps on Army installations. These camps can be used for anything. Remember under martial law you have no constitution and no court to turn to for relief. Your at the whim of a military commander or anyone else in the military. Now is there still any doubt about what is going to happen? Shocking?

Summary. This regulation provides guidance for establishing and managing civilian inmate labor programs on Army installations. It provides guidance on establishing prison camps on Army installations. It addresses recordkeeping and reporting incidents related to the Civilian Inmate Labor Program and/or prison camp administration.
Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National
Army Reserve unless otherwise stated. During mobilization, the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management may modify chapters and policies contained in this regulation.
Proponent and exception authority.
The proponent of this regulation is the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management. The proponent has the authority to approve exceptions or waivers to this regulation that are consistent with controlling law and regulations. The proponent may delegate this approval authority, in writing, to a division chief within the proponent agency or a direct reporting unit or field operating agency of the proponent agency in the grade of colonel or the civilian equivalent. Activities may request a waiver to this regulation by providing justification that includes a full analysis of the expected benefits and must include formal review by the activity’s senior legal officer. All waiver requests will be endorsed by the commander or senior leader of the requesting activity and forwarded through their higher headquarters to the policy proponent. Refer to AR 25—30 for specific guidance.

Chapter 1
Introduction
1—1. Purpose
This regulation provides Army policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor programs and civilian prison camps on Army installations. Sources of civilian inmate labor are limited to on— and off—post Federal corrections facilities, State and/or local corrections facilities operating from on—post prison camps pursuant to leases under Section 2667, Title 10, United States Code (10 USC 2667), and off—post State corrections facilities participating in the demonstration project authorized under Section 1065, Public Law (PL) 103—337. Otherwise, State and/or local inmate labor from off—post corrections facilities is currently excluded from this program.

1—4. Responsibilities
a. The Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations and Environment) (ASA(I&E)) will—
(1) Provide policy guidance and resolve policy issues.
(2) Provide overall program direction.
(3) Serve as approval authority for establishing civilian inmate labor programs and civilian inmate prison camps on Army installations.
(4) Provide procedural guidance on real property acquisition, management, and disposal relating to establishing prison camps on Army installations.
b. The Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) (ASA(FM&C)) will—
(1) Provide reimbursement policy guidance on interservice, interagency, and/or interdepartmental support agreements between installations and corrections facilities to establish civilian inmate prison camps on Army installations.
(2) Provide reimbursement policy for civilian inmate labor utilization, other than reimbursement for inmate labor itself.
(3) Review all actions pertaining to the Civilian Inmate Labor Program for compliance with Army financial management guidance.
c. The Chief of Public Affairs will—
(1) Monitor media coverage on installation civilian inmate labor programs and civilian inmate prison camps on Army installations.
(2) Coordinate all proposed media coverage of potential national interest concerning the Army Civilian Inmate Labor Program and civilian inmate prison camps with the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM) prior to release.
d. The Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) (ASA(M&RA)) will—
(1) Provide policy guidance on inmate labor utilization issues pertaining to existing in—house resources.
(2) Provide policy guidance and procedures for apprising installation government employee labor unions of proposals to use civilian inmate labor and, for existing installation civilian inmate labor programs, apprising these unions of changes in agreements with corrections facilities governing inmate use.
e. The Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management will—
(1) Execute the Army Civilian Inmate Labor Program.
(2) Develop and implement policy and procedures for using civilian inmate labor and establishing civilian inmate prison camps on Army installations.
(3) Serve as the focal point for staff coordination on issues pertaining to the Civilian Inmate Labor Program and/or civilian inmate prison camps.
(4) Conduct a program review in accordance with AR 11—2 once every 5 years.
(5) Provide policy guidance on flinctions for which civilian inmate labor can be used.
(6) Review reports of availability pertaining to granting the use of Army real property.
(7) Immediately inform the Chief, Legislative Liaison of approval of civilian inmate labor programs and civilian inmate prison camps on Army installations to facilitate notification to interested members of Congress.
f The General Counsel and the Judge Advocate General will review all actions pertaining to the Civilian Inmate Labor Program and civilian inmate prison camps for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
g. The Chief of Engineers will, in those cases involving use of Army real property, handle all matters pertaining to granting the use of Army real property.

What is martial law?

A: In popular usage, martial law means that some or all civil liberties are suspended. For example, there could be a curfew, which would prevent people from exercising their normal liberty to walk around after 9 p.m. Legally, martial 'law' means that military commanders are assigned to carry out law and order among civilians. Hence, soldiers can determine what the rules are, can arrest civilians for breaking them, and can subject them to summary justice. A person could not turn to the courts for help.

Summary Justice refers to the informal punishment of suspected offenders without recourse to a formal trial under the legal system.

* As procedure is a technical matter, requiring training, it is rarely any good in the practice of improvised justice, where emotions are often allowed to run high and cry out for swift and severe punishment (also improvised, whereas formal penal law generally prescribes measured punishment), without ample consideration, or even without due proof and rights of the defense. Asked just how many Americans would die if Iran were to launch the EMP attack it appears to be preparing, Graham gave a chilling reply.

“You have to go back into the 1800s to look at the size of population” that could survive in a nation deprived of mechanized agriculture, transportation, power, water, and communication.

“I’d have to say that 70 to 90 percent of the population would not be sustainable after this kind of attack,” he said.

America would be reduced to a core of around 30 million people — about the number that existed in the decades after America’s independence from Great Britain.

The modern electronic economy would shut down, and America would most likely revert to “an earlier economy based on barter,” the EMP commission’s report on Critical National Infrastructure concluded earlier this year.

Iran has carried out missile tests for what could be a plan for a nuclear strike on the United States, the head of a national security panel has warned.

In testimony before the House Armed Services Committee and in remarks to a private conference on missile defense over the weekend hosted by the Claremont Institute, Dr. William Graham warned that the U.S. intelligence community “doesn’t have a story” to explain the recent Iranian tests.

One group of tests that troubled Graham, the former White House science adviser under President Ronald Reagan, were successful efforts to launch a Scud missile from a platform in the Caspian Sea.

“They’ve got [test] ranges in Iran which are more than long enough to handle Scud launches and even Shahab-3 launches,” Dr. Graham said. “Why would they be launching from the surface of the Caspian Sea? They obviously have not explained that to us.”

Another troubling group of tests involved Shahab-3 launches where the Iranians "detonated the warhead near apogee, not over the target area where the thing would eventually land, but at altitude,” Graham said. “Why would they do that?”

Graham chairs the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack, a blue-ribbon panel established by Congress in 2001.

The commission examined the Iranian tests “and without too much effort connected the dots,” even though the U.S. intelligence community previously had failed to do so, Graham said.

“The only plausible explanation we can find is that the Iranians are figuring out how to launch a missile from a ship and get it up to altitude and then detonate it,” he said. “And that’s exactly what you would do if you had a nuclear weapon on a Scud or a Shahab-3 or other missile, and you wanted to explode it over the United States.”

The commission warned in a report issued in April that the United States was at risk of a sneak nuclear attack by a rogue nation or a terrorist group designed to take out our nation’s critical infrastructure.

"If even a crude nuclear weapon were detonated anywhere between 40 kilometers to 400 kilometers above the earth, in a split-second it would generate an electro-magnetic pulse [EMP] that would cripple military and civilian communications, power, transportation, water, food, and other infrastructure," the report warned.

While not causing immediate civilian casualties, the near-term impact on U.S. society would dwarf the damage of a direct nuclear strike on a U.S. city.

“The first indication [of such an attack] would be that the power would go out, and some, but not all, the telecommunications would go out. We would not physically feel anything in our bodies,” Graham said.

As electric power, water and gas delivery systems failed, there would be “truly massive traffic jams,” Graham added, since modern automobiles and signaling systems all depend on sophisticated electronics that would be disabled by the EMP wave.

“So you would be walking. You wouldn’t be driving at that point,” Graham said. “And it wouldn’t do any good to call the maintenance or repair people because they wouldn’t be able to get there, even if you could get through to them.”

The food distribution system also would grind to a halt as cold-storage warehouses stockpiling perishables went offline. Even warehouses equipped with backup diesel generators would fail, because “we wouldn’t be able to pump the fuel into the trucks and get the trucks to the warehouses,” Graham said.

The United States “would quickly revert to an early 19th century type of country.” except that we would have 10 times as many people with ten times fewer resources, he said.

“Most of the things we depend upon would be gone, and we would literally be depending on our own assets and those we could reach by walking to them,” Graham said.

America would begin to resemble the 2002 TV series, “Jeremiah,” which depicts a world bereft of law, infrastructure, and memory.

In the TV series, an unspecified virus wipes out the entire adult population of the planet. In an EMP attack, the casualties would be caused by our almost total dependence on technology for everything from food and water, to hospital care.

Within a week or two of the attack, people would start dying, Graham says.

“People in hospitals would be dying faster than that, because they depend on power to stay alive. But then it would go to water, food, civil authority, emergency services. And we would end up with a country with many, many people not surviving the event.”

Asked just how many Americans would die if Iran were to launch the EMP attack it appears to be preparing, Graham gave a chilling reply.

“You have to go back into the 1800s to look at the size of population” that could survive in a nation deprived of mechanized agriculture, transportation, power, water, and communication.

“I’d have to say that 70 to 90 percent of the population would not be sustainable after this kind of attack,” he said.

America would be reduced to a core of around 30 million people — about the number that existed in the decades after America’s independence from Great Britain.

The modern electronic economy would shut down, and America would most likely revert to “an earlier economy based on barter,” the EMP commission’s report on Critical National Infrastructure concluded earlier this year.

In his recent congressional testimony, Graham revealed that Iranian military journals, translated by the CIA at his commission’s request, “explicitly discuss a nuclear EMP attack that would gravely harm the United States.”

Furthermore, if Iran launched its attack from a cargo ship plying the commercial sea lanes off the East coast — a scenario that appears to have been tested during the Caspian Sea tests — U.S. investigators might never determine who was behind the attack. Because of the limits of nuclear forensic technology, it could take months. And to disguise their traces, the Iranians could simply decide to sink the ship that had been used to launch it, Graham said.

Several participants in last weekend’s conference in Dearborn, Mich., hosted by the conservative Claremont Institute argued that Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was thinking about an EMP attack when he opined that “a world without America is conceivable.”

In May 2007, then Undersecretary of State John Rood told Congress that the U.S. intelligence community estimates that Iran could develop an ICBM capable of hitting the continental United States by 2015.

But Iran could put a Scud missile on board a cargo ship and launch from the commercial sea lanes off America’s coasts well before then.

A massive pesticide-resistant fungus known as “wheat rust Ug99,” is threatening billions of dollars of wheat crops in Asia. This fungus, which is named for the place and date of its first discovery (Uganda in 1999), has spread across East Africa and the Middle East and is now threatening wheat crops in Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and India with chilling implications.

1 Whereas, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States
2 reads as follows: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the
3 Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
4 respectively, or to the people"; and
5 Whereas, the Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as
6 being that specifically granted by the Constitution of the United States and
7 no more; and
8 Whereas, the scope of power defined by the Tenth Amendment means that
9 the federal government was created by the states specifically to be an agent
10 of the states; and
11 Whereas, today, in 2009, the states are demonstrably treated as agents
12 of the federal government; and
13 Whereas, many federal laws are directly in violation of the Tenth
14 Amendment to the Constitution of the United States; and
15 WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment assures that we, the people of the United
16 States of America and each sovereign state in the Union of States, now have,
17 and have always had, rights the federal government may not usurp; and
18 Whereas, Article IV, section 4, United States Constitution, says in
19 part, "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a
20 Republican Form of Government", and the Ninth Amendment states that "The
21 enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to
22 deny or disparage others retained by the people"; and
23 Whereas, the United States Supreme Court has ruled in New York v. United
24 States, 112 S. Ct. 2408 (1992), that Congress may not simply commandeer the
25 legislative and regulatory processes of the states; and
26 Whereas, a number of proposals from previous administrations and some
27 now pending from the present administration and from Congress may further
28 violate the Constitution of the United States.
29 Therefore
30 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Arizona, the
31 Senate concurring, that:
32 1. That the State of Arizona hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth
33 Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not
34 otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the
35 Constitution of the United States.
36 2. That this Resolution serves as notice and demand to the federal
37 government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately,
38 mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated
39 powers.
40 3. That all compulsory federal legislation that directs states to
41 comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties or sanctions or requires
42 states to pass legislation or lose federal funding be prohibited or repealed.
43 4. That the Secretary of State of the State of Arizona transmit copies
44 of this resolution to the President of the United States, the President of
45 the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of
46 Representatives, the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate of
47 each state's legislature and each Member of Congress from the State of

When psychologists have explored the relationship between I individuals and authority figures, they have found that it can be disturbingly easy for false experts to manipulate the thinking and behavior of others. One of the classic experiments in this regard was conducted in 1974 by Stanley Milgram, who tried to see how far people would go in following orders given by a seemingly authoritative scientist. The subjects of Milgram's research were taken into a modern laboratory and told that they would be helping conduct an experiment that involved administering electric shocks to see how punishment affected the learning process. The subjects were seated at a machine called a "shock generator," marked with a series of switches ranging from "slight shock" to "severe shock." Another person was designated as a "learner" and was hooked up to receive a jolt each time he gave the wrong answer on a test. A third individual, the "scientist," stood over the experiment giving instructions and supervision. Unbeknownst to the real subjects of the experiment, both the "learner" and the "scientist" were actors, and no actual electricity was used. As each fake shock was administered, the "learner" would cry out in pain. If the subject administering the shocks hesitated, the "scientist" would say something like, "Although the shocks may be painful, there is no permanent tissue damage, so please go on," or "It is absolutely essential that you continue." The result was that many subjects continued to administer shocks, even when the "learner" claimed heart trouble, cried out, or pleaded to be set free. "With numbing regularity," Milgram observed, "good people were seen to knuckle under the demands of authority and perform actions that were callous and severe. Men who are in everyday life responsible and decent were seduced by the trappings of authority, by the control of their perceptions, and by the uncritical acceptance of the experimenter's definition of the situation, into performing harsh acts."

Obama knows that his "authority" will compel ordinary people to succumb to the trappings of his "authority" and then be seduced into UNCRITICAL ACCEPTANCE of his every pronouncement which will lead to callous and severe harsh acts with numbing regularity.

In another famous experiment, known as the "Doctor Fox Lecture," a distinguished-looking actor was hired to give a meaningless lecture, titled "Mathematical Game Theory as Applied to Physical Education." The talk, deliberately filled with "double talk, neologisms, non sequiturs, and contradictory statements," was delivered before three audiences composed of psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, educators, and educational administrators, many of whom held advanced degrees. After each session, audiences received a questionnaire asking them to evaluate the speaker. None of the audience members saw through the lecture as a hoax, and most reported that they were favorably impressed with the speaker's expertise.

The distinguished looking "actor" is none other than Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Sorento. The meaningless lecture is any speech which he has given. His speeches or "press conferences", are deliberately filled with double talk, neologisms, non sequiturs, and contradictory statements. After each speech audiences are polled and asked to evaluate the "speech" or "news conference". Most Americans do not understand Obama is a HOAX, and will conclude he knows what he is talking about being impressed with Obama's expertise never realizing the credit should go to the teleprompter and Obama's skill as a con man.

Recognizing Propaganda

Between World Wars I and II, the rise of the public relations industry in the United States and the growing use of propaganda by fascist and communist governments prompted a group of social scientists and journalists to found a remarkable organization called the Institute for Propaganda Analysis. The IPA published a periodic newsletter that examined and exposed manipulative practices by advertisers, businesses, governments, and other organizations. Fearlessly eclectic, it hewed to no party lines and focused its energies on studying the ways that propaganda could be used to manipulate emotions. It is best known for identifying several basic types of rhetorical tricks used by propagandists such as Obama:

1. Name-calling or "playing the race card". This technique, in its crudest form, involves the use of insult words. Newt Gingrich, the former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, is reported to have used this technique very deliberately, circulating a list of negative words and phrases that Republicans were instructed to use when speaking about their political opponents-words such as "betray," "corruption," "decay," "failure," "hypocrisy," "radical," "permissive," and "waste." The term "junk science," is an obvious use of this same strategy. When name-calling is used, the IPA recommended that people should ask themselves the following questions: What does the name mean? Does the idea in question have a legitimate connection with the real meaning of the name? Is an idea that serves my best interests being dismissed through giving it a name I don't like?

2. Glittering generalities. This technique is a reverse form of name calling. Instead of insults, it uses words that generate strong positive emotions-words like "democracy," "patriotism," "motherhood," "science," "progress," "prosperity," "hope," "change we need" etc. Politicians love to speak in these terms. Democrats use words such as "caring," "children," "choice," "commitment," "hope," "dream," "duty," "empowerment," "change," and "hard work" when talking about themselves and their own programs. Democrats, of course, use the same strategy. Think, for example, of Obama's talk of "the future," "growing the economy," "yes we can," or his campaign slogan: "Change we can believe in."

3. Euphemisms are another type of word game. Rather than attempt to associate positive or negative connotations, euphemisms merely try to obscure the meaning of what is being talked about by replacing plain English with deliberately vague jargon. Rutgers University professor William Lutz has written several books about this strategy, most recently Doublespeak Defined. Examples include the use of the term "strategic misrepresentations" as a euphemism for "lies," or the term "employee transition" as a substitute for "getting fired." Euphemisms have also transformed ordinary sewage sludge into "regulated organic nutrients" that don't stink but merely "exceed the odor threshold."

Vague jargon is Obama's middle name. A con man selling you a false bill of goods.

4. Transfer is described by the IPA as "a device by which the propagandist carries over the authority, sanction, and prestige of something we respect and revere to something he would have us accept. For example, most of us respect and revere our church and our nation. If the propagandist succeeds in getting church or nation to approve a campaign in behalf of some program, he thereby transfers its authority, sanction, and prestige to that program. Thus, we may accept something which otherwise we might reject." In 1998, the American Council on Science and Health convened what it called a "blue-ribbon committee" of scientists to issue a report on health risks associated with phthalates, a class of chemical additives used in soft vinyl children's toys. People familiar with ACSH's record on other issues were not at all surprised when the blue-ribbon committee concluded that phthalates were safe. The committee's real purpose, after all, was to transfer the prestige of science onto the chemicals that ACSH was defending.

This is what Obama has done by getting elected. He has succeeded in getting the nation to approve a campaign of hope and change on behalf of his hidden agenda of socialism and total control of America.

5. Testimonial is a specific type of transfer device in which admired individuals give their endorsement to an idea, product, or cause. Cereal companies put the pictures of famous athletes on their cereal boxes, politicians seek out the support of popular actors, and activist groups invite celebrities to speak at their rallies. Sometimes testimonials are transparently obvious. Whenever they are used, however, the IPA recommends asking questions such as the following: Why should we regard this person (or organization or publication) as a source of trustworthy information on the subject in question? What does the idea amount to on its own merits, without the benefit of the testimonial?

The prime example is Obama's web site fight the smears where Congress and a majority of the US electorate believed his own web site endosement of himself! How STUPID can this country be? Poeple did not question his web site certification of birth on its own merits. If they had maybe they would have asked about seeing documentation that would have proved Obama is a US citizen.

6. Plainfolks. This device attempts to prove that the speaker is "of the people." Even a geeky multibillionaire like Bill Gates tries to convey the impression that he's just a regular guy who enjoys fast food and popular movies. Politicians also use the "plain folks" device to excess: George Bush insisting he eats pork rinds; Hillary Clinton slipping into a southern accent. Virtually every member of the U.S. Senate is a millionaire, but you wouldn't know it from the way they present themselves. Obama talking one on one with potential voters in various local settings, etc.

Somehow the brain dead electorate believed Obama was plain enough to be elected. I guess just being "black" was enough.

7. Bandwagon. This device attempts to persuade you that everyone else supports an idea, so you should support it too. Sometimes opinion polls are contrived for this very purpose, such as the so-called "Pepsi Challenge," which claimed that most people preferred the taste of Pepsi over Coca-Cola. "The propagandist hires a hall, rents radio stations, fills a great stadium, marches a million or at least a lot of men in a parade," the IPA observed. "He employs symbols, colors, music, movement, all the dramatic arts. He gets us to write letters, to send telegrams, to contribute to his cause. He appeals to the desire, common to most of us, to follow the crowd."

Obama contrived his image by hiring media consultants who formed a vast "left wing conspiracy" website which carried his propaganda to every section of the country. Most blacks and whites, who had a "white guilt complex", followed the crowd and got on the bandwagon to disaster.

8. Fear. This device attempts to reach you at the level of one of your most primitive and compelling emotions. Politicians use it when they talk about crime and claim to be advocates for law and order. Environmentalists use it when they talk about pollution-related cancer, and their opponents use fear when they claim that effective environmental regulations will destroy the economy and eliminate jobs. Fear can lead people to do things they would never otherwise consider. Few people believe that war is a good thing, for example, but most people can be convinced to support a specific war if they believe that they are fighting an enemy who is cruel, inhuman, and bent on destroying all that they hold dear.

The Obama/ACORN manufactured crisis. An emotional device to reach you at your most "primitive" level to support his hidden socialist agenda.

The IPA disbanded at the beginning of World War 2, and its analysis does not include some of the propaganda devices that came to light in later years, such as the "big lie," based on Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels's observation that "the bigger the lie, the more people will believe it." Another device, which the IPA did not mention but which is increasingly common today, is the tactic of "information glut"-jamming the public with so many statistics and other information that people simply give up in despair at the idea of trying to sort it all out. These are the people Obama targets.

Obama's big lies are repeated often by the national and local media. Information in the form of Obama's lies are repeated over and over like a tv commercial which has the effect of selling you his hidden agenda socialism, complete control, and loss of your freedoms. Hitler said, "tell the people a lie often enough and they will begin to believe it!"

The Precautionary Principle

By training and enculturation, most "experts" in the employ of government and industry are technophiles, skilled and enthusiastic about the deployment of technologies that possess increasingly awesome power. Like the Sorcerer's Apprentice, they are enchanted with the possibilities of this power, but often lack the wisdom necessary to perceive its dangers.

Follow the Money

When you hire a contractor or an attorney, they work for you because you are the one who pays for their services. The PR experts who work behind the scenes and the visible experts who appear on the public stage to "educate" you about various issues are not working for you. They answer to a client whose interests and values may even run contrary to your own. Experts don't appear out of nowhere.

The client is Obama and the PR firm is now the US government. The "government" does not have your best interest in mind. The education you are receiving is propaganda from the "controlled" mass media to further Obama's socialist agenda of control and destruction of the US economy including martial law.

In understanding the hold that government "experts" have on our lives, we should consider the role that we ourselves play as consumers of information. Most propaganda is designed to influence people who are not very active or informed about the topic at hand. There is a reason for this strategy. Propagandists know that active, informed people are likely to already hold strong opinions that cannot be easily swayed. The people who are most easily manipulated are those who have not studied a subject much and are therefore susceptible to any argument that sounds plausible.

Propaganda elected Obama. Blacks and whites alike were not fully informed people making plausible judgements about the FRAUD Obama. It is too late now. Obama and the "democrate" majority will destroy our freedoms and capitalism as we know it. The propaganda war continues. I am aware of the FRAUD Obama, are you?

Live "Postiively" and question authority without fear of being called "negative" because you now know how the propagandists work to quell your freedom of thought to make an informed decision about the FRAUD Obama.

I've heard people say if the "authority" of Obama is questioned they don't want, "all that negativity around them". My answer is I don't want "all that naivete around me" because it indicates a lack of knowledge of who Obama is and what his agenda is going to produce. (Story Reports)

The main thing with stage hypnosis is the expectation and anticipation of the audience. Possibly the most important factor in achieving instantaneous trance is the prestige, (authority) of the operator, and his skill to control the audience. Let us imagine that a hypnotist is performing in your town or city. Posters are displayed advertising this hypnotist to be "The World's Number One" and other exaggerated claims such as "Master Of The Mind". In the eyes of the general public who don't understand mind and crowd control, the hypnotist is a person with amazingly mysterious powers and skills. The stage hypnotist uses the ignorance of the masses to his advantage, (Obama).

People are drawn to see the show with preconceived ideas. Their own susceptibility to suggestion already heightened, they are already in a level of trance. Speed hypnosis, or instantaneous hypnosis is then fairly easy to achieve by a skilled operator.

All stage hypnotists and hypnotherapists know about post-hypnotic suggestions. The pre-hypnotic suggestion is less widely recognized or mentioned in books on therapy, yet it is highly important, and that cannot be stressed enough. The pre-hypnotic suggestion is vital in both areas of hypnosis. It goes back to the old saying, "As a man thinketh so is he". What you believe will be true for you, especially when trance is induced. Therefore if you think that after having experienced hypnosis you will have a headache, you will most likely have one. If you think that it might drive you insane, then it could. If you think it will be a good laugh, then it will be. But remember, there is no general rule of thumb!

With a stage setting many people are drawn to see the show as if by some compelling inner force. They are already controlled by their own fears and anticipation. Some of the audience are already on the verge of, or already in, a level of trance. Moods and feelings are contagious.

The more packed the audience the more likely you have a crowd.A large gathering of people does not necessarily make a crowd. A crowd is when the gathering of people are all experiencing similar thoughts and emotions, and this creates an element of collective unconsciousness. Man is a gregarious animal, and his mind can and does lose its individuality and personality when in a crowd setting. This is of course how mobs and riots occur. This is how a skilled politician can sway a crowd.This is how Hitler hypnotized a whole nation. A skilled stage hypnotist will use this to his advantage.

To turn a gathering of people into a crowd you need eloquence, or a teleprompter in Obama's case.. You need to have everybody's attention, and as you talk to them and they listen, by suggesting what they will or will not experience, by adding strong emotional content, with repetition, with their minds collectively focused on a single pointed idea, that idea being trance, you already have most of the crowd in trance, and they don't even know it!

In some ways it could be described as a form of telepathy. There are numerous different types of telepathy. Most people when they hear the word telepathy think of mental telepathy. Probably the most common form of telepathy is emotional.

With a good crowd you have a very strong form of emotional telepathy. This of course can work for you, or against you if you don't understand it. It is the gut feeling, literally coming from the solar plexus region.

It is an invisible energy which not only do we feel, but we also transmit and receive. It is as if the solar plexus is the main emotional radio of the body. When we are close together as with a crowd these feelings transmit more easily from aura to aura, from person to person. This is why there is likely to be total panic when a fire occurs in a public building like a nightclub or cinema. A skilled operator, Obama, can sense this, whether he is consciously aware of it or not, and can use it to his advantage. When the call for volunteers arises in a hypnotic show certain individuals just can't help but put themselves forward, moved by an invisible compelling force. That is to say, the positive pre-hypnotic suggestions of the hypnotist have already been made, and they come forward as the post-hypnotic suggestion is made calling for volunteers. The fact is that they are already being controlled because they are already in an element of trance. Their trance may have started when they first heard about or saw a poster advertising the event. It may have occurred only minutes beforehand. But it has already occurred.

So to summarize how stage hypnosis works, it is mass hypnosis, (the mass media). There is a level of collective unconsciousness, which is generally emotionally oriented through apprehension, based on fear. (This is the the fear that Obama and the Democrates have manufactured). A gathering of people is transformed into a crowd. A crowd is dominated by suggestions of which it is unconscious.

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Police in South Carolina want you to have a rose for your sweetie on Valentine's Day. All you have to do is turn in a gun.

Hoping to get the weapons off the streets with the "Guns for Roses" program, authorities in two central South Carolina cities set up a program where anyone who turned in a gun received a free rose and a Best Buy gift card.


Authorities are running the "Guns for Roses" program Saturday at two locations in the central part of the state.

Anyone who turns in a gun gets a free rose and a Best Buy gift card. A handgun gets a $100 gift card, while a rifle or shotgun nets a $50 gift card.

Richland County sheriff's spokesman Lt. Chris Cowan says there has already been a great turnout at one Columbia location and deputies have seized about 75 guns in the first 90 minutes. Cowan says one man brought six handguns.

He says there is no amnesty for the gun owners. The weapons are checked to see if they are stolen and ballistics test will also be done.

Cowan said the idea was spawned in part by Columbia Police Chief T.P. Carter and Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott, who has made headlines recently for investigating Michael Phelps after a photo surfaced showing the Olympic swimming champion smoking a marijuana pipe. The program was modeled after a California one; similar exchanges have been done in New York and San Francisco.

Cowan said gun donors were young and old, men and woman. Many had a big smile and some said it was a relief to get rid of the weapons.

And did the men even care about the rose?

"Most of them have taken it," Cowan said.


How stupid is this? It seems crazy stupid on the surface. The premise is to get "guns off the streets". NO AMNESTY! for gun owners. How crazy is this! A legitimate "gun owner" would have no need to turn in a weapon to get it off the street. A legitimate "gun owner" owns his or her gun for protection, sporting events such as competition shooting or hunting. Only the government would think a person would "turn in a gun" for a rose. Only government IDIOTS like Columbia Police Chief T.P. Carter and Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott would believe a criminal would turn in a gun for a rose for it to be checked and traced back to the criminal. IDIOTS like Carter and Lott believe there would be a need for legitimate "gun owners" to turn in their guns to "get them off the street". This is police state mentality. This is beyond STUPID! Columbia Police chief carter and Richland shefiff lott should resign for being so STUPID as to think their idea of truning in a gun for a rose will do anything to deter crime in any way. A new bill introduced in Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency.

The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations”.

Ominously, the bill also states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.

Many credible forecasters have predicted riots and rebellions in America that will dwarf those already witnessed in countries like Iceland and Greece.

With active duty military personnel already being stationed inside the U.S. under Northcom, partly for purposes of “crowd control,” fears that Americans could be incarcerated in detainment camps are all too real.

Sustainable Communities are based on a new set of values where, for example, nature takes precedence over man and where non-elected council members decide what we can and cannot do.

Some neighborhood residents are recruited to join newly forming planning committees, and there may be valid issues that need to be addressed, but selective community presence in name and/or participation is designed to garner the appearance of broad community support for a plan that has been predetermined and not fully revealed. The plans that neighborhoods actually end up with are not local and they are not popularly driven.

Agenda 21 is a world-wide blueprint for implementing Sustainable Development that is designed to control everything we do, from the cradle to the grave and the bedroom to the boardroom.

The foundational infrastructure for Sustainable Communities is created by implementing Smart Growth. Smart Growth policies are characterized by the development of rails, trails and high-density real estate, accomplished by central planners in coalition with select businesses. Under these policies, private automobile use is discouraged (taking away our freedom of mobility), residents are crammed into dense living and working conditions, and control of public utilities and natural resources is consolidated in a central authority.

Plans Claim to Guide, Protect and Enhance the Community. Some people believe that neighborhood "plans" will help "guide", "preserve" and "enhance" their community. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, the words "guide", "preserve" and "enhance"? should be substituted with "control".

ICLEI, the International Council, explains that since local government will never be in a position to monitor and guide the millions of daily actions of local residents, "positive and negative feedback" is a valuable tool in the development of Sustainable Communities. The establishment of clear incentives and rewards for approved behaviors and clear disincentives for what they deem to be undesirable behaviors is part of a strategic "Action" plan. Incentives can include rewards ranging from public recognition to financial rewards or rebates. Disincentives can range from simple notification of problems to the imposition of fines and regulations.

ICLEI stands for policies that are anti-constitutional and anti-human. It is no surprise that we have seen increasing regulations and arbitrary code-enforcement policies adversely affecting mountain and rural residents. Many have been driven out of their homes and forced to sacrifice their livelihoods. Agenda 21 plans include policies that make it hard for rural residents to protect themselves against fire, while simultaneously rejecting solutions to create viable water supplies.

Why is this happening?

The true objective behind Sustainable Communities and larger regional plans is to restructure government by taking clearly defined political boundaries represented by elected officials and incorporating them into larger intra-regional councils that are run by non-elected and unaccountable bureaucracy. This creates the opportunity for the formation of new councils, committees, associations, organizations, agencies, etc., that typically report to higher apex councils. This is the same governmental operating system used in the twentieth century Russia, Italy, Germany and throughout the soviet bloc. The purpose of such a defacto governing system is to "partner" government with business and gain control over the production and distribution of all resources.

Don't be fooled.

Community Plans shift the answer of "Who decides?" from you to a coordinated but often unknown system of councils that partner with government enforcement agencies. The goal is to modify individual behavior so that people become molded into compliance to the dictates imposed by the rule of elitists. Barack Obama and the democrates will ensure this is done with the help of the congress and the so called "stimulus bill".

Now is the time for all good people to start understanding the internal workings and ultimate implications of Sustainable Development/Agenda 21. Don't be confused by Agenda 21's "warm and fuzzy" programs including: Community Plans, Smart Growth and Sustainable Communities. Corrupt Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel To Control Reengineered 2010 Census

Continuing Resolution Threatens Preparations for 2010 Census

October 16, 2007 – U.S. Census Bureau Director Louis Kincannon testified before Congress on how the Census Bureau's funding levels under a continuing resolution through Nov. 16 is threatening critical preparations for the 2010 Census. Speaking for more than an hour before the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee, Kincannon discussed the impact of the continuing resolution budget that funds most government activities at previous fiscal year levels. The Census Bureau is uniquely affected because its budget almost doubles this year as it ramps up for its 2008 Census Dress Rehearsal and other key 2010 Census operations and programs.

He discussed:

* The impact of operating under a continuing resolution at funding levels which are about half of what is needed to continue preparations for the 2010 Census.
* The importance of testing new hand-held computers and data capture operations, a top priority for the reengineered census. The new system will enhance efficiency and accuracy, reduce paper and save money, but the Census Bureau cannot use the new devices without conducting a full systems test.
* Due to the delay in funding, there will be a reduced-scope Dress Rehearsal. Smaller important operations which have been successful in pervious censuses, such as group quarter’s enumeration, will also not be tested prior to the 2010 Census.
* If funding is delayed beyond Nov. 16, it will call into question the ability to test the hand-held systems at all.

Corrupt Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel To Control Reengineered 2010 Census. Did ya get this? The 2010 Census is reengineered, reduced dress rehearsal, and possibly no test of the new hand held systems at all. Emmanuel sucked at the teat of probably the most corrupt political machine in the history of our nation, the Daley machine in Chicago. Now he may be running the 2010 census, which will have profound political implications for at least a decade. Obama wants to substitute a sampling for the enumeration. He wants to skew the numbers and redraw the congressional districts to get his thugs reelected!


Apparently the new president forgot that the Commerce Secretary oversees the census when he appointed NH conservative Republican Senator Judd Gregg to that post. To remedy that oversight it looks like he’ll be transferring the task to Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel.

As a matter of impact, the census has tremendous political significance. Political parties are always eager to have a hand in redrawing districts so that they can maximize their own party’s clout while minimizing the opposition, often through gerrymandering.

The census also determines the composition of the Electoral College, which chooses the president. If one party were to control the census, it could arguably try to perpetuate its hold on political power.

The results of the census are also enormously important in another way — the allocation of federal funds. Theoretically, a political party could disproportionately steer federal funding to areas dominated by its own members through a skewing of census numbers.

Here’s an argument that it’s unconstitutional for the president to take over the Census from the secretary of commerce. It goes like this: Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution provides for an “actual enumeration” and a statute passed by Congress provides that the duties under this clause are to be performed by the secretary of commerce. Article I (as Joseph Biden didn’t know in debate) is about the legislative, not the executive branch. Hence, it is argued, the president can’t substitute a sampling for the enumeration required to be done by the secretary.

Of course he could simply fire the Commerce Secretary and appoint one that will do his bidding. Assuming this plan is put into action it will be interesting to see the legal challenges to this power grab unfold.

Anyone, other than the most besotted Kool-Aid drinker of Obama speak, should now be able to see the specter of the Chicago Way running full gallop inside the White House. One cannot emerge from the cesspool of the Daley machine and not be contaminated. The stench precedes this latest power grab plan. Obama is nothing more than a smooth talking actor raised and groomed in the most corrupt political machine in this country. It seems that the President is circumventing the legally authorized cabinet departments, ‘en masse’.

$550 Billion Disappeared in "Electronic Run On the Banks"

Congressman Kanjorski explains how 550 billion dollars were drained from money market accounts in the United States during September 2008 in one hour.

This explains how close the US came to total collapse Sept 18, 2008. A Decrease in equity postions of the banks because other assets are going sour by the moment continues. He said as of Jan 27, 2009 we are not any better off that we were 3 months ago. Congressman Kanjorski is in a position to know what is really going on and now we do. These facts are just now comming out.

On C-Span, Rep. Paul Kanjorski (D-PA) explained how the Federal Reserve told members of Congress about an electronic run on the banks "to the tune of $550 billion dollars" within "an hour or two" Sept 18, 2008. According to Kanjorski, on September 18, 2008 the Fed tried to "stem the tide" by pumping money into the financial system but it didn't work and decided instead to announce an immediate increase in deposit insurance to $250,000 per account to stop the panic. Said Kanjorski: "If they had not done that, their estimation is that by 2 p.m. that afternoon, $5.5 trillion would have been drawn out of the money market system of the U.S., would have collapsed the entire economy of the U.S., and within 24 hours the world economy would have collapsed. It would have been the end of our
economic system and our political system as we know it."

The crisis started many years ago with problems stemming from aggressive lending practices in the subprime mortgage market caused by US govenment liberal regulations and has spread to infect many other forms of credit, leading to a crisis that has subsumed three Wall Street investment banks and one of the world's largest insurers.

Acorn and Obama conceived this manufactured crisis. Many years ago with the destruction of the US economy in mind.


A money market account is a type of savings account offered by banks and credit unions just like regular savings accounts. The difference is that they usually pay higher interest, have higher minimum balance requirements (sometimes $1000-$­2500), and only allow three to six withdrawals per month. Another difference is that, similar to a checking account, many money market accounts will let you write up to three checks each month.

Mutual Fund Structure

True money market funds are not savings accounts but mutual funds. Instead of a bank loaning out your deposit and paying you part of the interest they earn, a money market fund actually uses your money to buy into a large pool of very short-term bonds. Depending on the type of money market fund, this pool of investments may include government bonds, corporate bonds, or municipal bonds.

Unlike most stock and bond mutual funds whose share price fluctuates, money market funds attempt to maintain a stable share price (also known as net asset value) of $1.00 per share. By keeping a stable share price of $1.00, investors get the sense that they can take out tomorrow what they put in today, with virtually no risk.

Money markets however, are not without risk. Since they ultimately represent a pool of assets owned by multiple investors, they are subject to a number of factors that could drive their share price below $1.00, creating a loss.

The largest factor that would likely contribute to a money market fund “breaking the dollar” barrier would be if enough of the assets in the underlying investment pool declined in value or became worthless. In other words, if the companies whose bonds the money market fund owns gets into financial trouble, those bonds will decline in value or become worthless. That in turn, causes each investor’s proportionate piece of the money market fund to also decline in value.

Another factor that might contribute to a loss in value is a rush on redemptions by the people invested in the money market fund. Since the majority of the money in a money market fund is invested in short-term bonds that mature at some point in the future, it’d create a major problem if a large number of investors wanted their money all at once.

Large simultaneous withdrawals could force a money market fund to sell some of its prior to their maturity date, which can also lead to a decline in the value. This can occur even in money market funds that only invest in U.S. Treasury securities, since the U.S. Treasury only backs securities held until maturity.

Remember, a money market fund is a mutual fund that is subject to loss because of conditions in the investment market, just like any other stock or bond mutual fund.

The US Government has now insured these mutual funds up to $250,00.00 because of the run on the electronic banks. This is only a band aid and will keep the collapse from happening for a few weeks only.

Following a series of ad hoc measures, the U.S. government announces a broad rescue plan for the financial system, including a program to buy hundreds of billions of dollars of bad mortgages and other forms of toxic debt that have been weighing down U.S. financial companies. The Fed and Treasury Dept. shore up money market funds, which had also come under siege during the crisis, and the SEC temporarily bans short-selling — a way of betting that a stock will fall — against shares in 799 financial stocks.

Here are just a few of the Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would and will suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They just need the stroke of “any” Presidential pen… this should terrify you!
“Directive 51” probably overrides all this anyway.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes
of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the
communication media.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all
electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all
food resources and farms.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians
into work brigades under government supervision.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health,
education and welfare functions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a
national registration of all persons.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports
and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to
relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas
to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads,
inland waterways and public storage facilities.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of
Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders
into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or
financial crisis or about anything.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice
to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial
support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to
operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the
President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to
federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive
Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency
Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over
the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy
sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S.
financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides
that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress
cannot review the action for six months, by LAW… but no doubt that could
be cancelled for “national security”.

So be peaceable, mind your own business, smile, don’t look into a combatant’s eyes, look at their belt, do not even suggest being confrontational, and realize that the world is changing. This is someone's idea of what to do if confronted by FEMA troops.

The best method for the average person to make it through is to be anonymous as much as possible. That means not exciting your controllers, having enough food and water and minding your own business. This is also someone's idea of how to survive. Considering the odds against a civilian and the FEMA military power I tend to agree. I do believe in protecting one's self as much as possible from thugs.

FEMA's enormous powers can be triggered easily. In any form of
domestic or foreign problem, perceived and not always actual, emergency powers can be enacted. “Any President” of the United States now has broad powers to declare martial law, which activates FEMA's extraordinary and terrifying powers, massive troops and equipment with a desire to carry out their mission. Just a very small example is the firing on U.S. citizens we saw in Katrina and the many ‘practice’ drills around the country for Controlling civil unrest.


Operation Trojan Horse is a program designed to learn the identity of potential opponents to Martial Law and includes gun owners and, right this minute, cell phones and computers are monitored. They know what your email says. Some programs lure potential protesters into public forums conducted by a "hero" of the people, like public figures who advocate survival training. They “allow” them to speak out, so they can record all who attend or listen. The lists of names gathered at such meetings and rallies are computerized and then targeted for the emergency. That means you will likely go to the Camps! It’s a tactic refined by other developing dictatorships. These men are totally sincere and are bold in their assertions, but the end result is that their actions cost many lives. We’re in a game difficult to win since the time to act was “years” ago and where, please, were you? We have what we have so deal with it and learn to survive.

There will be a government planned (or perhaps just allowed) executed event to trigger the FEMA and Homeland Security teams’ control of America, and it will happen very soon.

You will then be faced with the most important situation that will determine if you and your family will live or die. Basically it’s stored (and well hidden) foods and a water source.

Have warm clothes and hygiene basics. There will be a quite a few months or longer of transition where FOOD will be nearly impossible to get.

What I am advising, since electric and gas will likely be unavailable at times, is to buy as many hundreds of dollars of canned foods and other sealed things as possible from the items listed below. Buy all you can - scrape up the money, cash CD’s, borrow, or beg but get the money and do it now or your family will likely starve to death during the transition period. It will last
many months or longer. Your money will soon be worthless so don’t be concerned about the cost.

General suggestions: Canned chili is good as is baked beans. Beans are protein so will keep you alive if you add a little rice. Get several quart jars and sprouter lids and about 30 pounds of sprout seed/peas per person at minimum. They are packed with nutrients up to the 7th day, when the value decreases. You need the nutrients they provide. Buy many pounds each of alfalfa, radish, red clover, broccoli and mung seeds and especially lentils. If in cold
weather, keep the jars inside your coat next to your body. Sprouts are among the very best foods on earth. Survive, damn it! Buy lots of dried fruits, many big bags or boxes of dry milk, and lots and lots of nuts. Get 50 pounds of rolled oats per person (soak in water/w dry milk and honey and nuts), add molasses or honey, and you’ll have a great meal, but put in a teaspoon of oil. Buy some sugar and anything that doesn’t require cooking. If you can, get enough for a year or longer. Get a very good natural multiple vitamin for each person. If water is short in your area, buy a basement full of 5 gallon plastic cans and, if water is available, get a good gravity filter (British Berkefeld is best but there are several like it). Google ‘Gravity Fed Water Filters’. They make ‘any’ water good to drink.

We are apparently now in the final countdown towards the greatest warring meltdown in history. Yet few appear to be aware of what lies ahead. We are about to witness the end of the America that we were blessed with, and enter a WORLDWIDE age of tribulation and chaos that no one has experienced in living memory and never in history to such a massive scale. All this happened while we were buying big houses, getting the best car, watching TV, being sports fans, believing those in charge were taking care of us like babies and thinking the ‘vote’ really meant something. We are simply getting exactly what we allowed to happen yet still few believe we are going down the rabbit hole. Few have really cared but we will learn the hard lesson that there is no free lunch as we clearly believe.

It’s time to “DIG IN” a serious recommendation that is uncommon in American life which is to live together in small groups to share and take care of each other. Get over the silly American isolationism and needing your “space” mentality since things will shortly happen far beyond your experience and you’ll want/need supportive people to watch your back and share stored resources. I’m talking about combined living but not the buy some land and building small homes and be self sufficient and off the grid thing. This is both time consuming and very expensive and you don’t have time for that nonsense. That life is exciting and fun but the controlling troops will not share that opinion but will view your “survival compound” and YOU as rebels or budding Militia and you guess the rest. In my experience I’ve seen families and friends move into the same house, sharing all they had, providing comfort and support and managed much better than those going alone. It’s time to do these things. It’s also time to insure your long-term food supply and water source and if you live in northern areas be sure you have serious cold weather gear, sleeping bags, etc. as it’s very probable heat resources will be cut. Use your brain and imagine yourself in a distressing and frightening situation and ask if you are ready to go it alone. Think very carefully what you’ll really need and don’t be enticed by the many survival sites to buy things you’ll not use. Believe me, when this horror goes down you’ll be thankful to be squeezed in with others and have all the things you need. Prepare to be in for quite a while so learn tolerance of others and operate on consensus. This has been a bit longer coming than first indicated but be assured… the lion is at the door.
