Without so much as wink or a nod from the corporate controlled media, HR 645 IH has been introduced and is awaiting the corporate rubber stamp approval of Congress.

This bill has brought out into the open the existence and further construction of FEMA Concentration Camps on American soil.

While Nancy Pelosi smiles and licks her lips at the passage of the new $850 billion economic stimulus plan, President Obama will preside over the ushering in of the open police state in America. It comes as no surprise that one of the first pieces of legislation to cross his desk will be this bill that spells the death of freedom for every American citizen

When understood in the overall context of combined bills that act as a superstructure, framing the broadest definitions of ambiguous legislation, this new act is the key that unlocks the "Pandora's Box" lurking in this murky morass defined as National Security.

Bear in mind always that this new Secretary of Homeland Security, created in PDD 51 is a single figure, appointed to his post by the President and answerable to no office of government other than the same. The potential for abuse of power is unrivaled and not without precedent. One need look no further than the similar post of Chairman of the Federal Reserve to understand how one person, unaccountable to constitutional constraint can exert unlimited influence over an entire population.

A new bill introduced in Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency.

The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations”.

Ominously, the bill also states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.

Many credible forecasters have predicted riots and rebellions in America that will dwarf those already witnessed in countries like Iceland and Greece.

With active duty military personnel already being stationed inside the U.S. under Northcom, partly for purposes of “crowd control,” fears that Americans could be incarcerated in detainment camps are all too real.
