Life Giving Information You Need To Know

Please pass this life giving information on to doctors you know.

Dr. Thomas Yadegar is the ICU Director at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center. He's a pulmonologist, and his California team hasn't lost a single patient to COVID 19. Better yet? They haven't used a single ventilator, either. How?

Dr. Yadegar says that this new coronavirus doesn't just trigger a response to the virus, but it can trigger negative immune system responses too. These auto immune responses can then lead to heart attacks, blood clots, strokes, or more.

His team has learned to look for these signs, specific markers,  EARLY in patients, rather than searching for a quick fix -- or a one-size-fits-all -- approach to treating the virus. All cases differ, and THAT's the key to preventing loss of life.

Please take the time to watch this 17 min video where Dr Thomas Yadegar explains how his group has treated the covid-19 in their ICU and not lost a single patient or used a single ventilator!

How doctors can potentially significantly reduce the number of deaths from Covid-19

We already have medicines for treating cytokine storm syndrome, the immune response that’s killing many who die of Covid-19.    STRATEGIES FOR INHIBITING CYTOKINES

Pass this information along quickly to doctors to save lives.

Some doctors will resist simply because they want a quick fix to the corona virus covid-19 but this is exactly what doctors should not be using or looking for concerning the covid-19 virus.

Knowing that testing all covid-19 patients for cytokine storm symptoms is the KEY to SAVING LIVES!

All Covid-19 patients sick enough for hospitalization should be given a cheap, quick, and readily available serum ferritin blood test.

This test will help indicate if a covid-19 patient needs treatment for a cytokine storm, which is the body's immune system over response to an infection which causes the body to destroy its own organs.

The first thing any covid-19 patient should do or a loved one should do is ASK the doctor if he or she will be givining a  serum ferritin blood test  to check to see if your body's immune system is overreacting to the wuhan, corona, covid-19 virus.

This is a critical initial test to possibey save your life if you are one of the type of people that will have a sudden overreaction response of your immune system to the sars-2 corona virus.

Everyone young and old can have a cytokine storm syndrome that can result in your death.

Even if you are in good health and your immune system is working properly your body can have an over response to the sars-2 corona virus.

If you have an underlying health problem this canmake your body's cytokine storm syndrome much worse.

This is what makes the sars-2 corona virus different.

It kicks off your body's own immune system into a cytokine storm that causes your body to destroy its own organs.

After about 7 days your symptoms can become worse because your body overreacts to the sars-2 corona virus.

This is why some healthy young people get the sars-2 virus and suddenly die.

This is why older people suddenly die, their immune system overreacts and destroys itself.

Please keep this in mind.

Most people's bodies DO NOT OVERREACT when the have been infected with the sars-2 corona virus.

People will have the sars-2 corona virus with differnet  symptoms ranging from no symptoms or some symptoms.

This is also what makes the sars-2 corona virus different.

People's immune systems have different responses to the sars-2 virus.

Every sars-2 patient is differnet as,  ICU DOCTOR Thomas Yadegar : Key to Treating COVID 19 is Realizing There's NO QUICK FIX to Virus, All Cases Differ has said.

THEREFORE each sars-2 corona virus patient must be tested if they have the covid-19 symptoms or are admitted to a hospital. This is critical to saving lives!

(1) Its is also critical that the attending doctor  use a  serum ferritin blood test  to check to see if your body's immune system is overreacting to the wuhan, corona, covid-19 virus.

(2) If this test indicates your body's response to the sars-2 virus will kick off a  cytokine storm it is also critical that you doctor begin to give you medicines that will INHIBIT THE CYTOKINES.

The public is in total fear or the sars-2, covid-19, corona virus because they lack this life giving knowledge that the sars-2 corona virus CAN BE CURED if it is detected by using the serum ferritin blood test. and then treated using STRATEGIES FOR INHIBITING CYTOKINES.

Don't live in fear about the sars-2 corona virus.

On a personal note:  I am a 69 year old man who is not a doctor.

I have been researching information about the sars-2 virus and found information about how it is killing some people and others recover with little sysmptoms.

I go about my daily life NOT wearing a mask of any kind. I don't live in fear about the sars-s corona virus because I have the knowledge that it can be cured and I know what to do if I get the symptoms of the sars-2 corona virus.

I think my immune system is in fairly good shape because I take care of myself and don't get sick very often and when I do I recover in a short time.

Watching the tv and listening to the radio I hear daily statistics about the corona virus deaths and new cases.

I know the CDC has mandated that all doctors code deaths as caused by the sars-2 corona virus even if the patient had other underlying health problems.

This means all of the daily statistics about the sars-2 corona virus death rates are inflated and incorrect.

SO I IGNORE the national and local media hype about corona virus death rates.  (This is FAKE NEWS.)

I also know that wearing a cloth mask does not protect me from the sars-2 corona virus but could possible keep me from giving it to another person if I had the sars-2 corona virus.

If I had symptoms of the sars-2 corona virus I would not go out in public, especially not go out into the public wearing a cloth face mask that is not certified to keep another person from getting the sars-2.

The only mask that is certified to help keep your safe from the sars-2 corona virus is an N95 mask.

A cloth mask as you see most people wear is a useless piece of cloth when it comes to keeping you from getting the sars-2 corona virus and most likely will not keep other safe from infection if I had the sars-2 corona virus myself.

Cloth masks have become a fad of sorts. They come in many differnet types and shapes. People who sell them make sure you are happy with your unique mask that is mostly useless but will make you feel better thinking your are helping yourself or others. A big lie!

If you have an underlyng health condition of course you are more at risk from dying if you get the sars-2 corona virus.

This would be true even if the sars-2 covid-19 virus didn't have the unique ability to kick off your immune system to to overreact and kill you.

Does this mean you should stay at home and avoid the public.  NO!

It means you are aware of you underlying health condition and that you need to take the same precautions you did before to protect yourself.

You don't need the government telling you to do what you all ready are doing.

If you do have an underlying health condition you should consider wearing an N95 mask at times when you think you may need to protect YOURSELF.

Don't every wear a cloth mask to protect yourself, it is useless for that purpose.

Get out into the sunshine and enjoy yourself with your loved ones.

In Review:

If you are healthy with no underlying health conditions there is now NO NEED to self isolate yourself because there is now no critical need for ICU bed space in most hospitals anywhere in the United States.

The initial reason given by the federal goverment CDC was to self isolate to flatten the curve so hospitals were not overwhelmed with sars-2 patients.

Now there is NO reason to self isolate because of this!

If you are worried about getting the sars-2 corna virus don't worry because staying at home won't keep you from getting it later when you decide to come out of your shell.

Initially it was a good idea to self isolate because of all the unknows about the sars-2 virus and the possibliltyof overloading the health system but this is NOT TRUE NOW!

You may never get the sars-2 virus and if you do you now know it can be cured!

Why stay at home and self isolate?  Why wear a mask that is almost useless?

Why listen to the mass media telling you information that is not correct?

I ignore the national mass media hype about the sars-2 virus because I know the facts about how it can be cured.

I igonore the local media hype parroting the national fake news media hype about the sars-2 virus.

The national and local news media are not telling you that the sars-s corona virus can be cured if you get it!

DON"T LIVE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE WORRING ABOUT GETTING THE sars-2 corona virus!

Don't be a prisoner of your own self isolation listening to the fake news media hype about the sars-2 corna virus.

I think this is  Real Life Giving and life changing information you should know.

I hope you will pass this life giving information to others.

Thank You

Editor Note

People are dying in ICU's all over the USA because many doctors are not aware of how to properly diagnose and treat a COVID-19 patient in the ICU.

Dr. Thomas Yadegar is the ICU Director at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center has and is saving lives treating the COVID-19 virus.

A key factor is treating each COVID-19 patient differently because  COVID-19 is different in each patient.

Inflammatory markers in some patients are elevated and these patients suddenly get much worse.

*************************************************

All Covid-19 patients sick enough for hospitalization should be given a cheap, quick, and readily available serum ferritin blood test

This is a good first screening tool for the possibility of a cytokine storm syndrome in sick patients with high fevers.

Those individuals with cytokine storm syndrome will require treatment of the overly active immune response.  An overactive immune response can be deadly.

With the development of biologic therapies for a variety of rheumatic, oncologic, and other conditions, novel approaches to treating the immune response are now available.

These highly targeted medicines go after one or a few inflammatory molecules, including cytokines, without the general immune suppression effected by corticosteroids and other relatively non-selective immune suppressants.

Recently, a number of specific anti-cytokine approaches have proven effective in treating a variety of cytokine storm syndromes, including those triggered by viruses. These include drugs targeting interleukin-1 (IL-1), IL-6, IL-18, and interferon-gamma.

We must also use all the knowledge at our disposal to treat those patients most at risk of dying – including from Covid-19-induced cytokine storms.

STRATEGIES FOR INHIBITING CYTOKINES

For this to occur, the medical community must first be aware of the possibility, then make the diagnosis, and finally treat infected individuals with overly active immune responses that are harmful, if not fatal, left untreated.

This should help save the lives of those unfortunate individuals at risk of Covid-19 induced cytokine storm syndrome.

*************************************************

They go from needing very little oxygen to the need to be intubated within 6 to 12 hours.

If these patients are treated before they get to the point of needing to be intibated by using the inflammatory markers with anti inflamatory medication, strong immunine suppressive medication, which is counter intuitive, but THAT IS WHAT HAS WORKED FOR THESE PATIENTS!

Acting fast and early is the key to effectively treating a corona virus patient in an ICU.

Early detection and early treatment will save lives!

IF you are an ICU doctor please use this information to treat your ICU COVID-19 patients.

California pulmonologist on how he's identifying and treating extreme COVID-19 cases

A California pulmonologist explained on “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday the protocol he created to help identify and treat the most extreme COVID-19 cases, saying the key is to find these patients and prevent them from going on ventilators

The new coronavirus is spread by microscopic droplets from coughs or sneezes and causes mild to moderate symptoms in most. For some, especially older adults and the infirm, it can cause pneumonia and lead to death.

Speaking from Los Angeles on Tuesday, Dr. Tom Yadegar, a specialist in critical care medicine who has been treating COVID-19 patients, said he noticed several patients were deteriorating quickly and needed to be put on ventilators. He said he realized that he had to find out why these patients were experiencing sudden deterioration.

“This happened to me just like it's happened to every other doctor who is taking care of these patients and it was very alarming that I didn't understand what happened,” said Yadegar, medical director of the intensive care unit at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center.

He said that prompted him to start researching what was happening to those COVID-19 patients. Yadegar explained that through his research he found out that “what was happening is a process called cytokine storm syndrome.”

According to the National Cancer Institute (NCI), cytokine storm, which can occur as a result of infection, autoimmune conditions or diseases, is “a severe immune reaction in which the body releases too many cytokines into the blood too quickly.”

“Cytokines play an important role in normal immune responses, but having a large amount of them released in the body all at once can be harmful,” NCI explained.

On Tuesday, Yadegar explained that “in this syndrome, the immune system is activated – you have intense inflammation and subsequently it leads to patients requiring mechanical ventilation.”

He said once he figured out what the diagnosis was, he started doing more research to try and figure out “how do we look for it in a laboratory value so that we can find it before it happens because when it happens, it's almost too late.”

He added that “it’s very important to find these patients and prevent them from going on ventilators.”

Yadegar said he came up with “a handful of lab tests” that he thought were useful “and we started ordering them on admission when the patients were presenting to the ER [emergency room] and then tracking them every few days and it was a very clear pattern that we learned.”

He noted that it is not the case that every COVID-19 patient that is admitted to the hospital develops cytokine storm syndrome.

“You can predict on presentation who is going to be at risk for it and then if you follow certain markers and their clinical course you can actually tell who is going to develop it and, more importantly, you can intervene to prevent them from getting to that point where they need a ventilator,” Yadegar said.

He said that as people’s immune systems kick in, he has a better result by actually suppressing that person’s immune system, which he said was “pretty counterintuitive.”

DOCTORS PLEASE NOTE THIS:

“For the past few months we have heard about this virus that's killing everyone," he said, "and the way to disarm it is disarm the immune system."

Save lives by knowing when to disarm the immune system in COVID-19 patients.

Know the signs, ie markers, by using lab tests like Dr Yadegar has done.

Contact him if necessary to find out how he has saved lives. All his patients have survived and none have been on ventilators.

High-Risk Medical Errors

Sometimes, a medical error poses little physical risk to a patient, such as getting billed for a procedure that didn’t take place.

Other times, the consequences are life or death—and those types of high-risk medical errors typically occur in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, such as hospital emergency rooms, hospital intensive care units, and operating rooms in hospitals.

But that doesn’t mean medical errors can’t happen at your care provider’s office or other outpatient settings.

Types of Medical Errors

Now that we’ve defined what counts as a medical error, what are the most common types of medical errors in the United States?
  • Misdiagnosis   (Note This.)
  • Billing errors
  • Incorrect medication/incorrect dosage
  • Incorrectly identifying a patient
  • Surgical errors

Misdiagnosis

Misdiagnosis occurs when a patient with one illness or disease is told they have a different illness or disease.  According to a 2014 study, roughly 12,000,000 Americans are misdiagnosed at outpatient facilities every year.

The study’s authors concluded that this issue creates a “substantial patient safety risk” and should be addressed. Reducing the chance of patient harm should be a main priority.

Of the 12,000,000 total Americans receiving a misdiagnosis, roughly 50 percent could be seriously harmed by getting the wrong diagnosis.

Bonus Editor Note:

Most people have no choice but to totally rely on what an ICU doctor is doing to a patient.

If you don't know how a doctor is treating a patient with COVID-19 or are afraid to ask you or your loved one may be added to the misdiagnosis statistic!

Don't be afraid to ask a couple of critical questions such as:

How do you diagnose a COVID-19 patient?

You should be looking for this answer.

Are you looking and know the signs, ie markers, by using lab tests like Dr Yadegar has done?

Are you familiar with the protocols that Dr Yadegar has used to save lives and keep people off of ventilators?

If your doctor says he or she is not aware of DR Yadegar procedures or protocols you maybe talking to a doctor that is not aware of how to properly treat a COVID-19 patient.

The key to saving COVID-19 patients lives is knowing when to disarm the immune system in COVID-19 patients.

Inflammatory markers in some patients are elevated and these patients suddenly get much worse.
