There are two obvious scenarios used to create the image that can be ascertained from evidence. Either a real COLB was scanned into Photoshop and digitally edited or a real COLB was first scanned to obtain the graphic layout then blanked by soaking the document in solvent to remove the toner. After rescanning the blank page to a separate image the graphics from the previously obtained scan could then be easily applied to the blank scan after some editing and rebuilding. It would also explain why date stamp bleeds through the paper and the various bits of toner located around the image as well as the remnants of the previous location of a security border.

A form is always going to be filed with the local registrar before it is going to be accpeted by the State Registrar.

It is very important. Janice Okubo lied.

My best guess is obama and his fellow deceivers forged a certificate of live birth because the information obama had on file could not be made public or there was no information on file so obama forged an online colb.

Date filed indicates the date information was filed with a local Hawaiian registrar.

Date accepted indicates the date it was accepted by the Hawaiian state registrar.

Big difference.

Obama has no document that has been accepted by the state registrar.

He only has a forged online colb.

Janice Okubo said that the designation “date filed” or “date accepted” was not an important one. From that, we may reasonably conclude that it is not stored in the database at all; it is a constant value on every certificate printed during a particular era. On the 1991 “Peter Boy” certificate (issued 2 months before Hawaii switched to the COLB) we see that the certificate says “Date Received by Local Registrar”, and that is most certainly a constant value, and probably is the most historically accurate statement of what is in the database date field (it makes sense that if they are only going to display one date, it’s the earliest one).

(Of course all this talk about date filed and date accepted means nothing because the online colb was forged and is a fake. Obama has presented nothing to the world to validate his US citizenship.
