Christine Ford Wrote Article on Self-Hypnosis Used to “Create Artificial Situations”
Christine Ford published a paper in 2008 that explains how it is
possible to self-hypnotize and invent stories (and memories) that the
person wants to believe.
Christine Ford has not turned over her therapist’s notes to the Senate
regarding her suppressed memories about Judge Kavanaugh abusing her
decades earlier.
If the memories were revealed through hypnosis they would be
“absolutely inadmissible” in the court of law in many states, including
New York and Maryland.
If she was able to self-hypnotize herself,
she could have easily planted false memories of Brett Kavanaugh
attempting to rape her. Additionally, this would come in handy when she
quickly volunteered to take a polygraph. Why was she so eager to take
the polygraph? No one prompted her to do so.
A Body Language Expert Caught Dr. Christine Ford in Several Lies an Insists: "Something's Wrong Mentally"
One of Christine Blasey Ford’s research articles in 2008 included a
study on self-hypnosis. The practice of self-hypnosis is used to
retrieve important memories and “create artificial situations.”
People
have said that this is why polygraphs aren’t used as evidence in a
court of law. If the person being tested believes the situation
happened, then in their mind it isn’t a lie. If they believed they were
assaulted by someone, then to them it isn’t a lie. People have been
known to ace a polygraph test this way.
If Mrs.Ford is an expert on self-hypnosis, couldn’t she, in fact,
convince herself that Brett Kavanaugh attempted to rape her? It would
certainly help her to pass a polygraph test. Is this why Ford attorney
instructed her to stay away from the polygraph questions?
It was obvious to me that this woman was putting on a scripted staged presentation by the artificial way she acted.
You didn't need to be a body language expert to have noticed something was wrong mentally.
If she did use self hypnosis on herself this would help explain why she acted so strange.
I think she has used self hypnosis on herself in the past to become a victim of something that never happened.
She wrote a paper on how its done and would know how to do it.
I also think it is possible she has used this method and it has made her into a kind of sombe or freak that has multiple personalities that control her.
I don't think she is real at all. She seems to be controlled by her self hypnosis and her controlling lawyers with the DNC.
She has been allowed to put on her carnival side show to convince people of a lie.
She admitted in her presentation that she did not has many friends in school. I can understand why.
Analysis of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s Allegations
Memorandum
TO:
FROM:
DATE:
RE:
All Republican Senators
Rachel Mitchell, Nominations Investigative Counsel
United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary
September 30, 2018
Analysis of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s Allegations
Please permit me this opportunity to present my independent assessment of Dr. Christine Blasey
Ford’s allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Before I do this, I want to emphasize two
important points:
1. This memorandum contains my own independent assessment of Dr. Ford’s allegations,
based upon my independent review of the evidence and my nearly 25 years of experience
as a career prosecutor of sex-related and other crimes in Arizona. This memorandum does
not necessarily reflect the views of the Chairman, any committee member, or any other
senator. No senator reviewed or approved this memorandum before its release, and I was
not pressured in any way to write this memorandum or to write any words in this
memorandum with which I do not fully agree. The words written in this memorandum are
mine, and I fully stand by all of them. While I am a registered Republican, I am not a
political or partisan person.
2. A Senate confirmation hearing is not a trial, especially not a prosecution. The Chairman
made the following statement on September 25, 2018, after he hired me:
As I have said, I’m committed to providing a forum to both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh
on Thursday that is safe, comfortable and dignified. The majority members have followed
the bipartisan recommendation to hire as staff counsel for the committee an experienced
career sex-crimes prosecutor to question the witnesses at Thursday’s hearing. The goal is
to de-politicize the process and get to the truth, instead of grandstanding and giving
senators an opportunity to launch their presidential campaigns.
I’m very appreciative that Rachel Mitchell has stepped forward to serve in this important and serious role. Ms.
Mitchell has been recognized in the legal community for her experience and objectivity.
I’ve worked to give Dr. Ford an opportunity to share serious allegations with committee
members in any format she’d like after learning of the allegations. I promised Dr. Ford
that I would do everything in my power to avoid a repeat of the ‘circus’ atmosphere in the
hearing room that we saw the week of September 4. I’ve taken this additional step to have
questions asked by expert staff counsel to establish the most fair and respectful treatment
of the witnesses possible.
That is how I approached my job. There is no clear standard of proof for allegations made
during the Senate’s confirmation process. But the world in which I work is the legal
world, not the political world. Thus, I can only provide my assessment of Dr. Ford’s
allegations in that legal context.
In the five-page memo,
obtained by The Washington Post, Rachel Mitchell outlines more than
half a dozen reasons why she thinks the testimony of Christine Blasey
Ford — who has accused Kavanaugh of assaulting her at a house in
suburban Maryland when they were teenagers in the early 1980s — has some
key inconsistencies.
“A ‘he said, she said’
case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than
that,” Mitchell writes in the memo, sent Sunday night to all Senate
Republicans. “Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and
those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate
them.”
Mitchell continued: “For the reasons discussed below, I do not think
that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence
before the [Senate Judiciary] Committee. Nor do I believe that this
evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence
standard.”
In the memo, Mitchell argued that Ford has not offered a consistent
account of the alleged assault, including when exactly it occurred.
Mitchell also noted that Ford did not identify Kavanaugh by name as her
attacker in key pieces of evidence, including notes from sessions with
her therapist — records that Ford’s lawyers declined to provide to the
Senate Judiciary Committee.
Ford testified before the panel Thursday that she is “100 percent” sure Kavanaugh was her attacker. “I
believed he was going to rape me,” she told the panel. “I tried to yell
for help. When I did, Brett put his hand over my mouth to stop me from
yelling. This is what terrified me the most.”
But
in the memo, Mitchell also argued that Ford “has no memory of key
details of the night in question — details that could help corroborate
her account,” nor has Ford given a consistent account of the alleged
assault. Noting that Ford did not remember in what house the incident
allegedly occurred, or how she left the gathering and got back home,
Mitchell said “her inability to remember this detail raises significant
questions.”
Mitchell also stressed that nobody
who Ford has identified as having attended the gathering — including
Mark Judge, Patrick Smyth and Leland (Ingham) Keyser — has been able to
directly corroborate Ford’s allegations. Keyser, however, has told the
Judiciary Committee that she believes Ford’s account.
Mitchell,
whom GOP senators selected to handle the questioning in last week’s
hearing with Ford and Kavanaugh, is a registered Republican who is chief
of the special victims division of the Maricopa County attorney’s
office in Phoenix. Although she asked Ford all of the questions posed by
Republican senators, she asked Kavanaugh only two rounds of questions
until GOP senators began speaking again.
Mitchell
stressed that she was “not pressured in any way to write this
memorandum or to write any words in this memorandum with which I do not
fully agree.” The memo obtained by The Post does not include any
analysis of her questions to Kavanaugh.
“There
is no clear standard of proof for allegations made during the Senate’s
confirmation process,” Mitchell wrote in the memo. “But the world in
which I work is the legal world, not the political world. Thus, I can
only provide my assessment of Dr. Ford’s allegations in that legal
context.”
The prosecutor joined a private
meeting with all Senate Republicans on Thursday after the hearing, where
she told the senators that after the eight hours of testimony she
heard, she would not have prosecuted Kavanaugh for assault, according to
two officials familiar with her remarks.
The
committee is also sending to all Senate Republicans a detailed timeline
of key events regarding Ford’s accusation, including when she first
approached her congresswoman, Rep. Anna G. Eshoo (D-Calif.), with her
allegations and the committee’s investigative work.
Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) responded to both Senate Minority
Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi
(D-CA) denouncing her remarks
calling for citizens to confront members of President Donald Trump’s
administration in public, saying Sunday on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” the two
“will do anything to protect their leadership.”
“You know, I was surprised at Chuck Schumer, you know reached into
the other house to do that,” Waters said to host Joy Reid. “I’ve not
quite seen that done before, but one of the things I recognize, being an
elected official, is in the final analysis, you know, leadership like
Chuck Schumer’s will do anything that they think is necessary to protect
their leadership.”
Editors Note:
In my opinion schumer and pelosi are just as crazy as maxine waters. Its like the pot calling the kettle the same thing. All 3 of these people are a total disgrace to America. 3 losers for sure.
They know they are losing ground everyday to President Donald Trump.
These people will say and do anything to try to stop President Trump but most of there efforts are failing.
I hope maxine just continues to be her crazy self as usual and continues to be on display as an idiot in congress.
From a human perspective, it’s sad to see anyone go into a Christless eternity, and indeed God Himself has “no pleasure” in it (cf. Ezekiel 33:11). But we can’t escape the truth: “it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment …” (Hebrews 9:27).
While living to 76 might seem like a decent lifespan, death in reality is “the last enemy” (1 Corinthians 15:26). This is true no matter how long this was postponed—even the prodigiously long lifespans of our ancestors recorded in the chronogenealogy of Genesis 5 couldn’t change that fact. Indeed, after the lifespan of every patriarch (except Enoch who escaped death), we are reminded over and over, “and he died”.
However, atheists naively regard death as a natural part of the evolutionary process. Indeed, Hawking himself gave a defiant interview to the leftist British newspaper, the Guardian, back in 2011.1 He was reported as claiming:
The belief that heaven or an afterlife awaits us is a ‘fairy story’ for people afraid of death.
You must show that a man is wrong before you start explaining why he is wrong. The modern method is to assume without discussion that he is wrong and then distract his attention from this (the only real issue) by busily explaining how he became to be so silly.—C.S. Lewis on the Bulverism fallacy
Unfortunately, this commits a fallacy rife in atheopathic agitprop, what C.S. Lewis called Bulverism:
you must show that a man is wrong before you start explaining why he is wrong. The modern method is to assume without discussion that he is wrong and then distract his attention from this (the only real issue) by busily explaining how he came to be so silly. In the course of the last fifteen years I have found this vice so common that I have had to invent a name for it. I call it “Bulverism”.
In Hawking’s case, he tries to explain away why (he thinks) people believe in an afterlife before demonstrating that this belief is wrong. However, similar arguments can always be turned back on their user, which is one reason this is a silly mode of argumentation. I.e. “The belief that no afterlife awaits us is a ‘fairy story’ for those afraid that there really might be a God who is also a righteous Judge.” Also, Hawking’s account is demonstrably wrong for many people, e.g. C.S. Lewis again:
I didn’t go to religion to make me happy. I always knew a bottle of Port would do that. If you want a religion to make you feel really comfortable, I certainly don’t recommend Christianity.
It’s now unfortunately too late for Hawking, but it’s not too late for anyone reading this—there really is Good News
CAYCE, S.C. (AP) — Federal investigators are trying to figure out why a switch was in the wrong position, sending an Amtrak train into a freight train and killing a conductor and an engineer in South Carolina.
________________________________
When crew members operating a local train were supposed to have moved their train into a siding and then re-set the switch so that the next train coming up the main line would stay on that line the crew members failed to reset the switch so the next through train entered the siding hit the parked train.
The csx signal system was down at the time so train dispatchers were directing trains with NO safety signals.
The switch to a train siding was set to divert a train to the siding. It was lined and locked for any train to be diverted off the main line.
Crew members FAILED to reset the switch back to allow any train to travel down the main line normally.
All it takes is 1 person to make a stupid mistake for a fatal accident to happen.
On Feb 4, 2018 a stupid mistake was made in Cayce, SC on Feb 4,2018
______________________________
The passenger train hurtled down a side track near Cayce (CAYsee) around 2:45 a.m. Sunday after a stop 10 miles (16 kilometers) north in Columbia because a switch had been locked in place, diverting it from the main line. A crew on the freight train had moved the switch to drive it from one side track — where it unloaded 34 train cars of automobiles — to the side track where it was parked. The switch was padlocked as it was supposed to be, Sumwalt said.
The system that operates the train signals in the area was down, so CSX dispatchers were operating them manually.
The Silver Star was going an estimated 59 mph (94 kph) when it struck the freight train, Gov. Henry McMaster said. It was the middle of the night, and many people were jolted from sleep by the crash and forced into the cold.
“I thought that I was dead,” said passenger Eric Larkin, of Pamlico County, North Carolina, who was dazed and limping after banging his knee.
Suddenly awake, Larkin said the train was shaking and jumping and his seat broke loose, slamming him into the row in front of him.
He heard screams and crying all around him as he tried to get out. Other passengers were bleeding.
The locomotives of both trains were crumpled on impact, and the Amtrak engine ended up on its side. One car in the middle of the Amtrak train was snapped in half, forming a V off to one side of the tracks.
Engineer Michael Kempf, 54, of Savannah, Georgia, and conductor Michael Cella, 36, of Orange Park, Florida, were killed, Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher said. Of the 116 people taken to four hospitals, only about a half dozen were admitted. The rest had minor injuries such as cuts, bruises or whiplash, authorities said.
“Any time you have anything that happens like that, you expect more fatalities. But God blessed us, and we only had the two,” Fisher said, her voice choked with emotion.

On Wednesday, Jan 31, 2018 a chartered Amtrak train carrying Republican members of Congress to a retreat slammed into a garbage truck at a crossing where locals said the safety arms were down even when no trains approached. That accident in rural Virginia killed one person in the truck and injured six others.
And on Dec. 18, an Amtrak train ran off the rails along a curve during its inaugural run near Tacoma, Washington, killing three people and injuring dozens. It was going nearly 80 mph (128 kph), more than twice the speed limit.
“It’s becoming almost like an epidemic for Amtrak,” said Najmedin Meshkati, a University of Southern California engineering professor who has studied positive train control.

People get frustrated when the see railroad crossing arms blocking the rail crossing when they malfunction.
I have seen this many times.
In a local town near where I live the main line goes through the middle of the town. There are 2 main crossings with crossing arms that have been known to malfunction.
Sometimes people think the railroad crossing arms are malfunctioning when in fact they are not.
(1) If a track crew is working nearby on the rails it can make the crossing arms come up and down and the safety lights to flash. You may not notice the track crew working on the track nearby if you don't look close. You think the rail crossing warning is malfunctioning so you cross the track after waiting 5 minutes or so even though the crossing arms are blocking the road.
Is this safe?
I would say no but if you can see a track crew nearby working on the track neaby it would mean the track crew had to call dispatch to keep that section of track clear of trains while they were working on the track. Also the track signals to other trains would tell the engineers to stop and not enter the block that the train crew was working on.
If railroad crossing arms are malfunctioning sometimes the just go up and down and up and down.
This also can mean a local track crew is nearby working on the track believe it or not.
It can also mean that the crossing arms are really malfunctioning.
I always wait 5 min or so and look down the track in the daytime to see if a track crew is working on the track nearby.
If I see a track crew I don't take a chance and go across the road even though the crossing arms arm down.
If the rail crossing has a track curve near by where you can't see a train approaching you are taking even more of a chance if you bypass the crossing arms.
If all this happens at night that adds another unsafe aspect to crossing a track that can lead to a train hitting your vechicle because of the blind spot!
Here is my advice for dealing with a railroad crossing that appears to be malfunctioning:
Find a nearby bridge that goes over the tracks so you can safely go across the road!
Also here is my advice about using amtrack to travel. DON'T.
Until nationwide positive train control is everywhere do not ride the rails using amtrack.
When train block signals fail dispatchers manually tell trains when to stop and go. (Blind leading the blind so to speak.)
The problem is train dispatchers can't know about switches that are thrown in the wrong position like what has happened recently in Cayce SC if the signal system is down.
How could they if the signal system was down? Also if the signal system was working they depend on the employees to have switched the side track switches back to the normal main line position as was not the case in Cayce SC.
If you are on an amtrack train the engineer could be traveling down the track with no signals depending on a blind track dispatcher telling him what to do!
I have never thought it was safe to travel on the rails on amtrack.
It still will not be safe even after positive train control is nationwide.
Positve train control sounds good but so does the "affordable care act".
A train travels over hundreds of switches and all it takes is just one that malfunctions or some railroad employee has failed to set a switch correctly.
I have personally seen the ribbon rail on the main line track move like a snake when a bridge crew had to spike up the rails very fast because an amtrack train was approaching.
This happened because the bridge crew foreman was a DRUNK and did not correctly get the track time for the crew to work on the track. He was an idiot, a part time chicken farmer and full time drunk.
The track was spiked up every 5th or 6th railroad tie.
The amtrack train engineer had a slow order but ignored it! Another idiot!
The passenger train was moving much to fast for the track conditions.
The amtrack enginner was only thinking about trying to stay on time.
He did not have the passengers safety in mind nor the bridge crew working on the bridge.
From that time on I knew riding on an amtrack train was NOT SAFE and never would be.
Not only are track crossing hazards, so are potential mistakes by railroad employees.
Remember:
(1) if you see a malfunctioning signal crossing do not cross the track at that crossing. Take the time to drive up or down the road to a bridge that over the track and cross over there. Don't be stupid just because you are in a hurry.
(2) Never ever ride on any amtrack train because they will never be safe for the above reasons.
(3) How do I know all this?
I am either a former employee or know one. Take your pick.

If there is a nuke attack on the US it can be predicted but it will be as accurate as a 14 day forecast or global warming forecast 50 years into the future. In other words they don't know how any nuke attack will affect the US because the nukes could hit anywhere.
We all should pray that it will never happen.

The A's catcher Bruce maxwell caught the PC correct cancer and is spreading it.
This form of PC cancer bashes President Trump by kneeling for the national anthem and then explaining to everyone its ok to disrespect the flag if you want to bash President Trump or any other reason.
He says he loves this country and has no disrespect for the flag.
What bruce maxwwell does and says are 2 different things.
He trys to explain himself by using the f word.
“Yeah, f— this guy! Our president speaks of inequality of man because players are protesting the anthem! F— this man!
PC correctness allows for stupidity when explaining yourself! :)
Bruce is an example of many people who use their celebrity to infect others with the cancer of political correctness.
The cure for the PC virus is a good dose of Rush Limbaugh
President Trump calls out people who use their status to be politically correct by disrespecting the US flag and country.
Football ratings have taken a dive since kipperneck took a knee and so will baseball ratings if this continues.
People want to watch sports without being exposed to a politically correct form of cancer.
President Trump is making America great again by pointing out the lie of political correctness.
The liberal news media has produced a white guilt phobia that they use to control you through political correctness.
Examples are "take a knee" football and baseball.
Political correctness is not rational and is a phobia minipulated by
the liberal news media to cause civil unrest. Liberal news media use
other manufactured phobias to control people also. Don't be controlled
by various phobias of the liberal news media. Don't believe their FAKE
news reports. Be an independant thinker not a person controlled by
liberal news media.
President Trump is making America great again and the liberal news media
continues to produce FAKE news, twisted news.
Members of congress, football or baseball players take
the FAKE news and promote their own agenda and try to make President
Trump something that he is not.
FAKE news is just twisted or made up news usually about President Trump.
I agree with President Trump. NFL players who disrespect the flag and our country should be fired asap.
I am sure less and less people will be watching football and baseball. Ratings will continue to fall. People do not want to watch PC football. People don't want to watch PC baseball. They just want to watch the game.
When you have so much FAKE news and the
enemy within, (employees in the government loyal to obama/DNC in the
FBI, CIA etc.) you get a continuous barrage of FAKE NEWS that confuses
the public.
Irma’s proximity to the warm Gulf of Mexico as it moves northward along the west coast of Florida may help it maintain hurricane intensity by the time it reaches northern Florida on Monday. Tallahassee and Jacksonville are likely to get battered by damaging winds and flooding rainfall during this time.
“Irma could track far enough west of Florida that the center remains over the Gulf of Mexico and away from the coast,” AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Tom Kines said.
If Irma tracks farther west, then it will interact with warmer water for a longer period of time, which could lead to even further intensification. Strengthening could increase impacts along the western coast of Florida and the severity of impacts across the Florida Panhandle.
However, this scenario would also lead to less impacts along the eastern coast of Florida, from Jacksonville to Miami.
Isolated tornadoes will threaten areas on the northeast side of the storm, which will put much of Florida at risk for further damage should a tornado strike.
“Any land within 185 miles of the Irma’s center could see damage and any place within 50 to 60 miles of the center could experience catastrophic damage,”. Accuweather.com
The moon has another unique feature that is often overlooked but just as important—its orbit around the sun. To appreciate its specialness requires some explanation.
Generally speaking, smaller satellites move in an elliptical orbit around their planets, a sort of stretched-out circle. However, all the major satellites, including the moon, have nearly circular orbits around their planets. As each satellite orbits the planet, it is also rotating around its own axis. Most satellites, including our moon, orbit their planets in the same direction that the planets rotate on their axes (with one exception among the major satellites, Neptune’s Triton).
Here’s what is interesting. Most major satellites orbit on a plane that matches the planet’s rotation along its equator. (Again, Triton is an exception.) Many minor satellites orbit this way too, though some have extreme elliptical orbits with odd paths around their planet—some like Triton even revolve backward with respect to their planet’s rotation. The moon doesn’t fit any of these categories.
However, the moon orbits on a plane that nearly matches the plane of the earth’s revolution around the sun (see illustration below). No other satellite orbits in the same plane that its planet revolves around the sun. Not one out of 175.
Most satellites in our solar system, such as Neptune’s Triton and Jupiter’s Ganymede, orbit on a plane that matches their planet’s rotation along its equator. The moon isn’t like this. It orbits in nearly the same plane that the earth revolves around the sun.
That’s very different from the earth’s rotation. This would be impossible if the moon evolved from the same spinning cloud as the earth. So secular astronomers assume an outside body struck the earth at a sharp angle, and the moon formed from the debris of this collision.
The Bible explains, in contrast, that the Creator placed the moon in this orbit for a special purpose. It serves a lifegiving role in maintaining the earth’s tilt, which provides seasons and keeps temperatures balanced. No other planet has a moon like this.
This fact has a profound effect on the earth, suggesting design. The earth needs to maintain its tilt in order to have the changing seasons and keep temperatures fairly balanced around the globe. But other bodies in the solar system exert a small gravitational pull that slowly tends to tweak the earth’s axial tilt. Left unchecked, the earth’s tilt would gradually change.
At one extreme, this change in the earth’s tilt would result in no seasons. On the other extreme, seasonal changes would be much more drastic than they are today, with much of the earth shifting from the boiling tropics in one season to the Antarctic’s frigid, sunless winters. Obviously, this would have disastrous consequences for living things.
But this does not happen because of the moon’s unique large size compared to earth and its unique orbit in the same plane that the earth orbits the sun. These two factors combine to allow the moon to stabilize the earth’s tilt to within two degrees. Both factors must be in play for this stabilizing force to work. This is the only planet where this is possible, and since life appears unique to earth, this is the only planet where it matters.
The moon is exactly the correct size and distance from the sun to make a solar eclipse possible
Solar eclipse
As seen from the Earth, a solar eclipse is a type of eclipse that occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, and the Moon fully or partially blocks the Sun. This can happen only at new moon when the Sun and the Moon are in conjunction as seen from Earth in an alignment referred to as syzygy. In a total eclipse, the disk of the Sun is fully obscured by the Moon. In partial and annular eclipses, only part of the Sun is obscured.
The Uniqueness of the Moon
The moon has a number of distinctive characteristics. It is both 400 times smaller and 400 times closer to Earth than the sun is. This means that the moon and sun have about the same apparent size in our sky on average.
This makes total solar eclipses possible. Earth is the only known planet that can experience eclipses where its moon so precisely covers the sun. This has made possible the discovery of the solar chromosphere. The chromosphere can only be seen by eye during a total solar eclipse.
The moon is exactly the correct size and distance from the sun to make a solar eclipse possible.
This didn't happen by accident over millions of years.
This was a precise design by God.
Precise design can be seen all around us.
Psalm 19:1-3 King James Version (KJV)
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
EVOLUTION = MILLIONS OR BILLIONS OF YEARS + YOUR IMAGINATION

They leave that part up to your imagination to figure out what they cannot explain.
Millions and billions of years is a catch all term to explain evolution.
If those who teach evolution theories can't explain what went on behind the curtain of the millions or billions of years and leave it up to your imagination to figure out, how can evolutionists expect you to explain their empty useless theories!)
