Asylum seekers entering US get a check and medical benefits from US

People who are approved to come to the United States as refugees receive assistance with their travel plans, a loan for travel expenses, a medical examination and a cultural orientation. Refugees are also eligible for medical care and cash assistance, although the availability of resources varies by state. |

When a refugee arrives in the United States for the first time, a representative of one of nine resettlement support centers managed and funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration meets him at the airport. He is transported to an apartment, where he has all the basic necessities to establish a home, such as food, clothing and furniture. |

The Department of State’s Reception and Placement program provides funds to cover the living and medical expenses of the refugee and his family for three months. After that time, the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement works with state, local and private agencies to provide financial and medical assistance, as well as help finding a job, acquiring language skills and necessary social services. |

Refugees must apply for permanent residency within one year.
To achieve refuge status, an individual must live in a foreign country and prove that he has been persecuted or is in danger of persecution because of his race, religion, political beliefs, nationality or social group. Victims of war, genocide, human trafficking and other violent crimes often are granted asylum in the United States as well. |

Race, religion, nationality, political opinion, membership in a particular social group or toture convention.

Pelosi And Schumer Want Maxine Waters To Shutup

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) responded to both Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) denouncing her remarks calling for citizens to confront members of President Donald Trump’s administration in public, saying Sunday on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” the two “will do anything to protect their leadership.”

“You know, I was surprised at Chuck Schumer, you know reached into the other house to do that,” Waters said to host Joy Reid. “I’ve not quite seen that done before, but one of the things I recognize, being an elected official, is in the final analysis, you know, leadership like Chuck Schumer’s will do anything that they think is necessary to protect their leadership.”

Ex-IRS official Lois Lerner’s crashed hard drive has been recycled, making it likely the lost emails of the lightening rod in the tea party targeting controversy will never be found, according to multiple sources.

“We’ve been informed that the hard drive has been thrown away,” Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, the top Republican on the Finance Committee, said in a brief hallway interview.

It may just be standard government procedure, but the revelation is significant because some lawmakers and observers thought there was a way that tech experts could revive Lerner’s emails after they were washed away in a computer crash in the summer of 2011.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), for example, subpoenaed her damaged hard drive earlier this week, when he asked for “all hard drives, external drives, thumb drives and computers” and “all electronic communication devices the IRS issued to Lois G. Lerner.”

The IRS told congressional investigators on Friday that the emails of Lerner, the former head of the tax exempt division that was found to have singled out conservative groups for additional scrutiny, were lost from 2009 to 2011 in a computer hard drive crash in early summer 2011.

The time frame is significant because the tea party targeting began in spring of 2010, and Republicans think if there was a smoking gun connecting the Obama administration to the IRS treatment of conservative groups, it could be found during that period.

“We believe the standard IRS protocol was followed in 2011 for disposing of the broken hard drive. A bad hard drive, like other broken Information Technology equipment, is sent to a recycler as part of our regular process,” an IRS spokesman said in response to a query from POLITICO.

What better way to hide evidence of criminal activity that to have a protocol in place that can be used as an excuse to hide criminal activity that needs to be "washed away" or "recycled".

The IRS engages in criminal activity for example singling out conservative groups for additional scrutiny to harass them before the election. The IRS knows this is illegal but they do it anyway because the obama regime wants this done. The obama regime makes sure the evidence that leads to the white house is hidden and destroyed via a hard drive crash and then the IRS protocol for the destruction of the hard drive containing emails is destroyed.

Did the IRS not back up their data? What happened to the back up data? Why wasn't that question asked about back up data by the house oversight and government reform committee.

One question should be asked by congress. (1) Does the IRS have backup systems for major IRS officials?

Congress should require the IRS to NOT destroy hard drives for 10 years. This is similar to the IRS telling the public they must produce their tax forms from at least 10 years back.

We have a lawless government. A government that commits criminal acts then destroys the evidence of criminal activity with the cooperation of congress via committees that act like they are investigating the ciminal obama.
