How and why joe biden and the democrates have stolen the 2020 Presidential election.
The number one reason the 2020 Presidential election vote fraud has succeeded is mail in ballots that were not verified in a legal way.
Millions of mail in ballots were counted as legal ballots with no signature, witness signature or postmark required in the 2020 national election.
These mail in ballots were "verified" by machines in most states initially.
They were not truly verified as valid ballots because they could not be verified by signature, witness signature or postmark.
In many states republican observers were not allowed to witness the counting of mail in ballots or any ballots.
This fact alone means where ever mail in ballots were counted without republican oberservers present makes the mail in ballots counted as fradulent ballots!
In serveral states even during the so called recounting of ballots republican observers again were not allowed to witness the ballot recounts.
This makes these recounts invalid and fradulent recounts because they were not obervered by republican observers.
Millions of recounted mail in ballots and other ballots are fradulent ballots because there was no republican observers allowed to verify the counting of ballots as required by law in many states.
Corrupted or intimidated local, state and federal officials have allowed the 2020 Presidential election to be stolen by mail in ballot counting fraud.

The Dominion voting machine put the power in the hands of corrupt officials to edit or alter the results as needed in democrate controlled states, cities and local voter precincts.
They have sworn affidavits from witnesses as well as those logs showing that it was done.

in the news footage on election night where Trumps votes suddenly went
down in number in at least one state which is not possible as during an
election they are supposedly only adding votes cast for each candidate
none should suddenly disappear that had already been counted and
displayed to the public.
Then we have the reported election eve
patch that invalidated the certification of the machines that is
required by many if not all states prior to using them to count votes.
If what Ms. Mellissa Carone outlines is true, this would
explain how the ballots in Michigan were manipulated. Ms. Carone was a
contracted worker for Dominion a company providing software services for
ballot counting machines in Detroit.
Carone was sent to Detroit, Michigan, to provide technical support
for the ballot counting process. While she was there she noted poll
workers repeatedly double scanning ballots to generate multiple votes
from the same batch of ballot sheets. When she reported this to her
employer, Mr. Nick Ikonomakis of Dominion, Carone was told it was not
her role to review what the poll workers are doing; essentially to
ignore it.
Ms. Carone also witnessed election workers filling out ballots,
fraudulently signing ballots, as well as the unloading of vans in an
area of the Detroit election tabulation facility she was not permitted
to inspect. Ms Carone was on Fox Business with Lou Dobbs to explain part
of what she witnessed.
Dominion systems manual: "Results files can be deleted by the user."
Earlier today (November 12), President Trump drew attention to the
2.7 million Trump votes deleted by Dominion voting systems, and the
further 435,000 votes switched to Joe Biden.
After studying the Dominion systems manual, @PlaysTrumpCard has
discovered that the system makes it shockingly easy to delete votes and
switch votes. The Dominion website advertises their products as 'versatile solutions for any election scenario'
and it's clear that the Dominion voting system is indeed extremely
'versatile' in that it is set up to make it easy to change, reject and
delete results.
Things start to get interesting in section 8 of the manual, with section 8.3 Result State Management discussing the various states of result files. The manual reveals, "Result files in this state (rejected) can be deleted by the user."
The manual then goes on to describe how validated votes can be moved to the rejected state:

Weighting a race removes the principle of “one person-one vote” to allow some
votes to be counted as less than one or more than one.
When you voted in the 2020 election you thought your vote would be counted a
just one vote.
Your vote could have been counted as a decimal vote that is less than one.
Dominion voting machines have this feature built into the software to
manipulate the vote total results!
{When the democrates demand all the votes be counted they are really telling
you that all the fractional votes be counted which are in decimal form less than
one.}
Dominion voting machines use GEMS election management system which uses a
fractional vote feature that is embedded in each GEMS application which can be
used to invisibly, yet radically, alter election outcomes by pre-setting desired
vote percentages to redistribute votes. This tampering is not visible to
election observers, even if they are standing in the room and watching the
computer. Use of the decimalized vote feature is unlikely to be detected by
auditing or canvass procedures, and can be applied across large jurisdictions in
less than 60 seconds.
GEMS vote-counting systems are and have been operated under five trade names:
Global Election Systems, Diebold Election Systems, Premier Election Systems,
Dominion Voting Systems, and Election Systems & Software, in addition to a
number of private regional subcontractors.
Fractionalized vote:
Instead of “1” the vote is allowed to be 1/2, or 1+7/8, or any other
value that is not a whole number.
What fractionalized votes can do:
They allow “weighting” of races. Weighting a race removes the principle of
“one person-one vote” to allow some votes to be counted as less than one or more
than one. Regardless of what the real votes are, candidates can receive a set
percentage of votes. Results can be controlled. For example, Candidate A can be
assigned 44% of the votes, Candidate B 51%, and Candidate C the rest.
GEMS fractionalizes votes in three
places:
The “Summary” vote tally, which provides overall election totals for
each race on Election Night
The “Statement of Votes Cast”, which provides detailed results by
precinct and voting method (ie. Polling, absentee, early, provisional)
The “undervote” count
Fractions in results reports are not visible.Votes containing decimals are
reported as whole numbers unless specifically instructed to reveal decimals
(which is not the default setting). All evidence that fractional values ever
existed can be removed instantly even from the underlying database using a
setting in the GEMS data tables, in which case even instructing GEMS to show the
decimals will fail to reveal they were used.
Source code: Instructions to treat votes as decimal values
instead of whole numbers are inserted multiple times in the GEMS source code
itself; thus, this feature cannot have been created by accident.
Fractionalizing the votes which create the Summary Results allows alteration
of Election Night Web results and results sent to the Secretary of State, as
well as results available at and local election officials.
Fractionalizing the “Statement of Votes Cast” allows an extraordinary amount
of precision, enabling alteration of results by specific voting machine,
absentee batch, or precinct. Vote results can be altered for polling places in
predominantly Black neighborhoods, and can parse out precincts within a mixed
batch of early or absentee votes.
Fractionalizing the undervote category allows reallocation of valid votes
into undervotes.
Voting rights abomination
According to programmer notes, a weighted race feature was designed which not
only gives some votes more weight than others, but does so based on the voter’s
identity. Ballots are connected to voters, weights are assigned to each voter
per race, stored in an external table not visible in GEMS.
Our testing shows that one vote can be counted 25 times, another
only one one-thousandth of a time, effectively converting some votes to zero.
The study, in the 2016 election, was prompted by two issues: (1) Anomalies in
elections in Shelby County, Tennessee, which uses the GEMS election management
system, in which inconsistencies were observed in reporting of results by GEMS;
and (2) Concerns raised regarding the presence of middlemen during the election
process, such that a single individual gains remote access to the election
management program, in some cases in multiple jurisdictions.
{In the Nov 2020 election the weighted race feature was used to steal the
election from President Trump.
It has been reported and confirmed by President Trump's lawyer, Sideny
Powell, that a server in germany has been recovered by US Navy Seals that
is very important.
When have you ever heard of Navy Seals being ordered to get a server
especially a server in a foreign country that was involved in the Nov 2020
election results?}
Georgia Recounting started on Friday November 13 at 9 AM and will
continue until Wednesday November 18.
Republican obervers are once again NOT being allowed to observe the
recounting and verify the results.
This means the Georgia recount outcome will again NOT be a valid count of
the voter results in Georgia when Georgia tells us the recount is over.
The Georgia mail in ballots are not being certified as valid by
Republican observers.
The Georgia recount is a fraud recount as was the general election original
totals in Georgia and nationwide because the mail in ballots nationwide were
not certified as valid ballots.
Mail in ballots:
No signature required, no witness, no postmark and were still being
counted up to 9 days after Nov 3 in some states.

Chairman David Shafer and the Trump campaign objected to a rule that each
party was allowed one monitor per 10 recount teams.
“One designated monitor cannot
observe 10 tables at once,” said U.S. Rep. Doug Collins, who is leading the
Trump campaigns recount effort in Georgia.
There are serious concerns as to whether the counties properly conducted
signature verification and/or other scrutiny of absentee ballots. In
fact it presents the issue of whether some counties conducted any scrutiny
at all.
THE 2020 ELECTION FRAUD WAS PREPROGRAMED into Dominion voting
machines in 29 states using a backdoor program to manipulate the vote
counts.
There was never a so called software "glitch".
The Dominion voting machines have a backdoor algorithm that was
used to directy, while the votes were being counted, to manipulate the vote
count in the machines to produce increased vote totals for biden.
This is the major massive part of the election fraud that President Trump is up against.
The election was hacked through the Dominion built in back door in various democrate controlled voting counties
all over the nation.

Election officials in Georgia stated the hand recount process will be completed by next week. Week of Nov 14 - 20.
In
a news conference on Thursday, officials said they received numerous
reports of voting irregularities that may have swayed the election. They
stressed Joe Biden is currently leading President Trump by only 14,000
votes and stated that instances of fraud are possible.
Georgia officials also rejected Democrat accusations of political bias behind their decision to recount.
“Let
me be perfectly clear on this,” Voting System Implementation Manager
Gabriel Sterling said. “If it was 14,000 votes the other way, we would
be doing the exact same thing.”
The recount in Georgia is widely
expected to give President Trump 16 electoral votes as well as expose a
rampant Democrat effort to manipulate the vote.
“We want to make
sure this is a fair and transparent election,” Rep. Vernon Jones (D-Ga.)
said. “More importantly, this is not just for Republicans but for
Democrats as well.”
Rep. Jones (D-Ga.) added that the recount of 5 million ballots will happen at the local level by hand.
On Nov 10, 2020 Rep Doug Collins (R-GA) demanded a hand recount of ballots in his state.
Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA), who is leading the Trump
campaign’s recount team in Georgia, is demanding the state’s secretary
of state to announce a “full hand-count of every ballot cast in each and
every county” due to allegations of “voter irregularities, issues with
voting machines, and poll watcher access.”
In a Tuesday statement released by the Trump campaign, Collins
formally requested “three things” from Secretary of State Brad
Raffensperger (R) as officials move into the recount process in the
Peach State.
“First, there must be a full comparison of absentee ballots cast and
in-person and provisional ballots cast throughout the state. Second,
there must be a check for felons and other ineligible persons who may
have cast a ballot,” Collins said.
“Third, and most importantly, the Secretary of State should announce a
full hand-count of every ballot cast in each and every county due to
widespread allegations of voter irregularities, issues with voting
machines, and poll watcher access,” he continued.
“We can — and we will — petition for this in court after statewide
certification is completed if the Secretary of State fails to act, but
we are hopeful he will preemptively take this action today to ensure
every Georgian has confidence in our electoral process,” he added:

The Georgia secretary of state has done the correct thing by requiring a statewide hand count of the ballots in Georgia.
This recount will also affect the final total ballot count for the US Senate elections.

When the Georgia state recount is completed I think Rep Senator Loeffler will not be able to go ahead in the vote count but the race totals will get closer.

Democrate Ossoff is ahead by 86,637
After The Georgia recount is completed Republican David Perdue will go ahead in the vote recount total.
The best thing anyone can do right now is rally to the president and the
flag. Many are scared, disoriented and downcast because of the FAKE news

your vote.
If you live in swing states where the Republicans control the legislatures,
call your Republican state legislator and demand they over ride the fradulent
vote count by submitting electorial ballots that reflect the legal vote count,
which does not include ballots that were counted without any Republican
observers allowed to observe the vote counts.
Don't let the democrates steal the 2020 Presidential election in
states that President Trump won on Nov 3, 2020.

Georgia Secretary of State Announces a ‘Full, By-Hand Recount in Each County’
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R)
on Wednesday announced that the state will conduct a “by-hand recount in
each county” in the Peach State.
“At 1 p.m. today, I will make the official designation of which race
will be the subject of the RLA [risk-limiting audit]. At that time, I
will designate that the RLA will be the presidential race,”
Raffensperger announced, emphasizing that the RLA, in this case, will
require a by-hand recount. Typically, an RLA involves officials
examining “a statistically meaningful sample of ballots.”
“The audit is mathematically designed to catch anomalies that would
arise from misconfigured machines, procedural errors, or intentional
attack,” as NBC News reported.
However, due to the narrow margins, Raffensperger is requiring a “by-hand” recount in all 159 counties.
“With the margin being so close, it will require a full, by-hand
recount in each county. This will help build confidence,” he said,
adding that it will be “an audit, a recount, and a recanvass all at
once.”
“It will be a heavy lift, but we will work with the counties to get
this done in time for our state certification,” he continued.
“We have all worked hard to bring fair and accurate counts to ensure
that the will of the voters is reflected in the final count and that
every voter will have confidence in the outcome whether their candidate
won or lost,” he added.
Raffensperger’s announcement follows a request from Rep. Doug Collins
(R-GA), who is leading the Trump campaign’s recount team in the Peach
State.
In a November 10 statement, Collins formally requested
a “full hand-count of every ballot cast in each and every county,”
attributing the request to “widespread allegations of voter
irregularities, issues with voting machines, and poll watcher access.”

Currently the unverified vote total for dementia joe in Georgia has him ahead by about 14,000 votes.
It is a possiblility dementia joe will be behind in the validated recounting of votes in Georgia if it is completed before Dec 8, the date the count must be completed for the electorial votes from georgia to be counted using the votes of the Georgia state voters.
If the recount is not complete the Republican controlled state legislature can appoint their own electors for President Trump.
That would mean dementia joe loses 16 more electorial votes and President Trump gets 16 more.
You could call this the trifecta winning bet.
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia equal 52 electorial votes for President Trump.
If the Georgia recount is completed and the President is ahead he gets Georgia's 16 electorial votes by a recount.
The only way President Trump could lose Georgia is if the Georgia recount gives the majority of votes to dementia joe.
I don't think this is going to happen when they start digging into the ballots and how they were counted.

December 14 — The meeting
of the Electors
Two key dates loom in December. On December 14,
presidential electors must have been selected by the states and will meet as a
group in their states to cast electoral votes for president and vice
president. But December 8 is also a significant date, the so-called “safe
harbor” date. The Electoral Count Act sets this date as an important date for states
to make their official selection of electors, as those electoral votes will be
given greater protection from challenge when Congress counts the electoral
votes in January. The Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore assigned great
significance to this date in Bush v. Gore.
December 8th is the deadline for final resolution of all election
disputes, including court challenges. It is the final date on which
slates of electors must be chosen by states for submission to Congress.
If things aren’t settled by then, Congress is under no obligation to
accept the validity of electoral votes submitted by states. Instead, the
newly-elected Congress will gain legal authority to determine the
winner in any state that has not resolved its election drama by the
deadline.

Republican controlled Pennsylvania and Michigan legislatures may well submit their own slate of electors for President Trump if court cases or recounts are not completed by Dec 8, 2020.
This is 36 electorial votes.
Dementia joe's current projected electorial vote count is 290.
President Trump's current electorial vote count is 232.
Because Republicans control the Pennsylvania and Michigan legislatures if for some reason these 2 states electorial votes are not resolved through recounts or court challenges I can see Pennsylvania and Michigan legislatures sending 36 electorial votes to congress to be counted on Jan 6, 2021.
This means dementia joe's electorial vote count will be 254 electorial votes.
It would also mean President Trump's electorial vote count would be 268.
If the electorial vote count totals did not change after the Jan 6, 2021 electorial vote count that would mean neighter candidate has the 270 volts required to be elected President.
That would mean the US House of representatives would vote by state delegation to determine who will be President.
The Republicans have a MAJORITY of state delegations in the US House.
This means President Trump would be selected as President by the majority of Republicans in the US House.
When you look at Arizona and its current vote count lead for dementia joe 11,635 with 99 percent of the vote in this also could be a plus for President Trump if a recount went to President Trump because of vote counting election fraud.
This would mean President Trump would get an additional 11 electorial votes.
His total would then be 279. 270 is required to be elected President.
Wisconson is also a possible electorial vote win for Presidnet Trump.
Currently dementia joe has dementia joe about 20,000 votes ahead of President Trump with 99 percent of the votes counted.

contracted worker for Dominion a company providing software services for
ballot counting machines in Detroit.
Carone was sent to Detroit, Michigan, to provide technical support
for the ballot counting process. While she was there she noted poll
workers repeatedly double scanning ballots to generate multiple votes
from the same batch of ballot sheets. When she reported this to her
employer, Mr. Nick Ikonomakis of Dominion, Carone was told it was not
her role to review what the poll workers are doing; essentially to
ignore it.
Ms. Carone also witnessed election workers filling out ballots,
fraudulently signing ballots, as well as the unloading of vans in an
area of the Detroit election tabulation facility she was not permitted

Representatives chooses the President, with each state having one vote,

The projected Congressional state delegation totals for the Nov 2020 election results are:
