Massive democrate election fraud results reported by the mass news media as votes for dementia joe.

 

 

In the unlikely, but possible, event of President Trump and Dementia Joe getting 269 electoral votes each, the Constitution says the House of Representatives chooses the President, with each state having one vote, and the Senate choosing the Vice President.

 

The projected Congressional state delegation totals for the Nov 2020 election results are:

26 Republican and 23 Democrate state delegation votes.

The Republicans will still have a majority of state delegation votes in 2021.

This means if there is a  269 to 269 electorial vote tie the House Of Representatives would choose the next president in 2021.

Also if neither dementia joe or president Trump have a majority of electorial votes (270) on Jan 6, 2021 the House of Representatives would choose the next president.

Because the Republicans have a majority of house delegations, estimated 26 in 2021, after the new congress is sworn in on Jan 3, 2021President trump will be choosen by the majority of Republican House Delegations.

As of 11/9/20 dementia joe is projected to have 290 electorial votes by the FAKE news media.

This is a Big Misnomer!

Pennsylvania demecrate election fraud will be decided by the US Supreme Court sometime between now Nov 9 and Dec 11, 2020.

That will result in dementia joe's fake electorial lead to be reduced to 270. 

Arizona democrate election fruad will also be decided by a court decesion sometime between now Nov 9 and Dec 11.

This will reduce dementia joe's electorial lead to be reduced to 259.

As of 11/9/2  President Trump is projected to have 214 electorial votes.

 

This will change when the US Supreme Court decides in favor of President Trump sometime between  now Nov 9 and Dec 11.

The court decisions along with state recounts will result in President Trump having at least 268 electorial votes.

If the electorial vote count projection above does not change NEITHER dementia joe nor President Trump will have a 270 electorial majority to win the US Presidential election.

 

Factors that can affect the electorial vote totals that are certified on Dec 12.

(1) US Supreme Court Decisions    (A Plus for President Trump.)

(2)  A faithless elector changes their electorial vote

(3) State courts that refuse to hear Republican election fraud cases.  (A minus for President Trump.)

(4)  Some Republican contolled legislatures will fail to certify the state elections because of democrate voter FRAUD.

If  dementia joe is able to keep the electors he has been projected to have and his actual electorial totals are not reduced to 269 or less dementia joe will be elected through national election FRAUD and will be president who was elected through ballot fraud and the courts not following the US Constitution!

271 or more Americans will have had the election stolen and their votes, including mine, not counted in the 2020 election.

 

Winning Pennsylvania will give President Trump 20 electorial votes and dementia joe will have 270.

Winning Arizona will give President Trump 11 more electorial votes and dementia joe will have 259 electorial votes.

Some Republican contolled legislatures will fail to certify the state elections because of democrate voter FRAUD.

In the 2000 election the Florida legislature claimed that court disputes over the Bush-Gore presidential contest had made it impossible to name electors “in a timely manner,” and also that recounts had illegally changed election rules after the fact.

 

Its arguments were never tested in federal court, but were indirectly validated by SCOTUS.

 

Consider this scenario: 

After a close election and a long count (lengthened by high levels of mail in ballot FRAUD), with court orders and lawsuits flying through the air, one or two or three unresolved states are in a position to give Trump 270 electoral votes, and Republican-controlled legislatures announce they are intervening (much as Florida’s did in 2000) to avoid chaos and “election fraud” and even civil war.

 

No fewer than seven key battlegrounds states (Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin) have Republican-controlled legislature.

The election results can be changed by any of these States not voting to certify election results in their state because of democratic election FRAUD.

 

Deadline for Local Election Officials to Certify Results 

 

(1)  Arizona - 11 electorial votes       (Starting Nov 30 but NO deadline specified.)    Very ripe scamarama state.

(2)  Michigan  - 10 electorial votes      (18 Nov   certification date)

(3)  Pennsylvania - 20 electorial votes     (No completion deadline is specified.)   Very ripe scamarama state.

(4)  Wisconsin - 10 electorial votes     (Dec 1   certification date)

Now in this  scenario, could a Democratic Governor (as Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have) veto a legislative gambit to appoint electors?

That’s a murky question. If the electors are appointed by joint legislative resolution, typically governors have no power to veto such measures, and in addition, governors in North Carolina and Wisconsin have limited veto powers.

Suffice it to say that any legislature moving in this direction would trigger a state, and then federal, court battle, with the whole conflict likely winding up in the U.S. Supreme Court.

 

 

The Election Fraud in Georgia will not only affect the Presidential election but also 1 or 2 US Senate seats in Congress.

There is a possibility of 1 or 2 US Senate runoff elections in Georgia on Jan 5, 2020

One for sure.

 

 

The Georgia US Senate election runoff election is Jan 5, 2021.

The electorial votes will be counted in congress on Jam 6, 2021.

New US senators were sworn in Jan 3, 2021.

If the democrates take the US Senate they will throw out electorial votes for Trump to make sure dementia joe has more than 270 electorial votes.
