In dramatic fashion, Trump issued a letter to Pelosi on Thursday, just before she and other lawmakers were set to depart on the previously undisclosed trip to Afghanistan and Brussels.



“Obviously, if you would like to make your journey by flying commercial, that would certainly be your prerogative,” wrote Trump, who had been smarting since Pelosi, the day before, called on him to postpone his Jan. 29 State of the Union address due to the shutdown.

Denying military aircraft to a senior lawmaker — let alone the speaker, who is second in line to the White House, traveling to a combat region — is very rare. Lawmakers were caught off guard. A bus to ferry the legislators to their departure idled outside the Capitol on Thursday afternoon.


For security reasons, Pelosi would normally make such a trip on a military aircraft supplied by the Pentagon. According to a defense official, Pelosi did request Defense Department support for overseas travel and it was initially approved.The official said the president does have the authority to cancel the use of military aircraft.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Trump wanted Pelosi to stay in Washington before Tuesday, a deadline to prepare the next round of paychecks for federal workers.

“We want to keep her in Washington,” Sanders said. “The president wants her here to negotiate.”

The White House also canceled plans for a presidential delegation to travel to an economic forum in Switzerland next week, citing the shutdown. And they said future congressional trips would be postponed until the shutdown is resolved, though it was not immediately clear if any such travel — which often is not disclosed in advance — was coming up.

Mr. Abernathy and King were many things to each other - colleagues in the black church, cellmates, strategists, co-conspirators for justice - but at the personal level, they were best friends. But in friendships in which one person greatly outshines the other, a curious mixture of love, envy and competition can sometimes lead to a lingering, often unspoken resentment.

Mr. Abernathy's reasons for providing a detailed description of his friend's last evening and early morning - during which King had sexual encounters with two women and a confrontation with a third close woman companion - can be known only to him.

Nothing is more relished than a book written in the first person and historical events that one has lived through. Rev. Abernathy tells the story of what he saw and lived with his day's as Dr. King's best friend, right-hand man, and advisor. There are things our friends know about us that our familiy members don't and/or refuse to admit. If you are not scared of the truth, read this book.

If you want to blindly walk around believing what others who weren't there have written, stay ignorant and don't read the book. Dr. King was not perfect, nor are we. However, the truth IS WHAT IT IS and does not need defending. Besides, everyman answers for his own sins and reading this book is no sin.

FBI: King Bought Sex With SCLC Money

The FBI files on King are sealed until the year 2027. If what former assistant FBI director William Sullivan said is true, I can understand why.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation had for many years been aware of Stanley Levison's Communist activities. It was Levison's close association with King that brought about the initial FBI interest in King.

Lest you be tempted to believe the controlled media's lie about "racists" in the FBI being out to "get" King, you should be aware that the man most responsible for the FBI's probe of King was Assistant FBI Director William C. Sullivan. Sullivan describes himself as a liberal, and says that initially "I was one hundred per cent for King...because I saw him as an effective and badly needed leader for the Black people in their desire for civil rights." The probe of King not only confirmed their suspicions about King's Communist beliefs and associations, but it also revealed King to be a despicable hypocrite, an immoral degenerate, and a worthless charlatan.

According to Assistant Director Sullivan, who had direct access to the surveillance files on King which are denied the American people, King had embezzled or misapplied substantial amounts of money contributed to the "civil rights" movement. King used SCLC funds to pay for liquor, and numerous prostitutes both Black and White, who were brought to his hotel rooms, often two at a time, for drunken sex parties which sometimes lasted for several days. These types of activities were the norm for King's speaking and organizing tours.

In fact, an outfit called The National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tennessee, which is putting on display the two bedrooms from the Lorraine Motel where King stayed the night before he was shot, has declined to depict in any way the "occupants - -of those rooms. That "according to exhibit designer Gerard Eisterhold "would be "close to blasphemy." The reason? Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. spent his last night on Earth having sex with two women at the motel and physically beating and abusing a third.

Sullivan also stated that King had alienated the affections of numerous married women. According to Sullivan, who in 30 years with the Bureau hadáseen everything there was to be seen of the seamy side of life, King was one of only seven people he had ever encountered who was such a total degenerate.

Noting the violence that almost invariably attended King's supposedly "non-violent" marches, Sullivan's probe revealed a very different King from the carefully crafted public image. King welcomed members of many different Black groups as members of his SCLC, many of them advocates and practitioners of violence. King's only admonition on the subject was that they should embrace "tactical nonviolence."

Sullivan also relates an incident in which King met in a financial conference with Communist Party representatives, not knowing that one of the participants was an infiltrator actually working for the FBI.

J. Edgar Hoover personally saw to it that documented information on King's Communist connections was provided to the President and to Congress. And conclusive information from FBI files was also provided to major newspapers and news wire services. But were the American people informed of King's real nature? No, for even in the 1960s, the fix was in "the controlled media and the bought politicians were bound and determined to push their racial mixing program on America. King was their man and nothing was going to get in their way. With a few minor exceptions, these facts have been kept from the American people. The pro-King propaganda machine grinds on.

The purpose of this information is far greater than to prove to you the immorality and subversion of this man called King. You need to start to think for yourselves. Consider this: What are the forces and motivation behind the controlled media's active promotion of King? What does it tell you about our politicians when you see them, almost without exception, falling all over themselves to honor King as a national hero? What does it tell you about our society when any public criticism of this moral leper and Communist functionary is considered grounds for dismissal? What does it tell you about the controlled media when you see how they have successfully suppressed the truth and held out a picture of King that can only be described as a colossal lie? You need to think, my fellow Americans. You desperately need to wake up.

A judge has rejected a deputy’s claim that he had no duty to confront the gunman during the school shooting in Parkland, Florida.  |

Refusing to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the parent of a victim, Broward Circuit Judge Patti Englander Henning found after a hearing Wednesday that ex-deputy Scot Peterson did have a duty to protect those inside the school where 17 people died and 17 were wounded on Feb. 14. Video and other evidence shows Peterson, the only armed officer at the school, remained outside while shots rang out.  |


The negligence lawsuit was filed by Andrew Pollack,  |   whose daughter Meadow was killed. He said it made no sense for Peterson’s attorneys to argue that a sworn law enforcement officer with a badge and a gun had no requirement to go inside.  |

“Then what is he doing there?” Pollack said after the ruling. “He had a duty. I’m not going to let this go. My daughter, her death is not going to be in vain.”  |

Peterson attorney Michael Piper said he understands that people might be offended or outraged at his client’s defense, but he argued that as a matter of law, the deputy had no duty to confront the shooter. Peterson did not attend the hearing.  |

“There is no legal duty that can be found,” Piper said. “At its very worst, Scot Peterson is accused of being a coward. That does not equate to bad faith.”  |

Meanwhile, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission, which is investigating the shooting, heavily criticized the Broward school district Wednesday for not having a universal policy for calling a “Code Red” – the term for immediately locking down classrooms because an active shooter is on campus – and little training for staff and students.  |

 Commission members meeting in Tallahassee said that contributed to no one calling a Code Red until more than three minutes after the first shots were fired. By that time, 15 people were fatally shot inside the three-story freshman building and the last two victims were in the shooter’s sights. Nikolas Cruz, 20, a former student with mental health issues, has been charged with the shooting  |

 “I am extremely dismayed that the people around this table and behind the scenes are taking this much more seriously than Broward County,” said commissioner Melissa Larkin-Skinner, the Florida chief executive officer for a mental health treatment group. “It makes me physically ill. …  |


The commission also hammered then-security monitor Andrew Medina, who told investigators he saw Cruz entering the campus carrying a rifle bag and recognized him as the same student whom staff had previously identified as a potential school shooter.  |

 But instead of confronting Cruz or calling a Code Red, Medina radioed a security monitor inside the freshman building, investigators have said. He then drove his cart to get Peterson at the school’s administration offices. Medina told investigators shortly after the shooting that he was wary of calling a “Code Red” without more certainty about what was going on.  |

 Commissioner and Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd called Medina’s failure to stop Cruz “reprehensible,” but also criticized the district for laying the brunt of school security on low-paid employees who have little training.  |

4 children die because dad was driving drunk (Greenville SC)

  GREENVILLE, S.C. ---  DEC 8 2018 — The driver of a van that crashed Friday in rural Greenville County, killing four children from one family, was charged Monday with felony driving under the influence, the South Carolina Highway Patrol said.   |  

  Initially, Arnez Yaron Jamison Sr., 27, was charged with three counts of felony DUI resulting in death and one count of DUI resulting in great bodily injury, but the last charge will be upgraded to another DUI resulting in death after the fourth child died Sunday, troopers said. Jamison's last listed address in other public records is in Jersey City, New Jersey.  |  

  He also is charged with driving with a suspended license and child endangerment, according to the Highway Patrol and jail records.  |  

  Three children — Arnez Yaron Jamison Jr., 4; Robbiana Evans, 6; and Jamire Halley, 8 — died at the scene of the crash around 12:30 a.m. ET Friday on South Carolina 253, near rural Taylors, the county Coroner's Office said. Ar'mani Jamison, 2, died Sunday at Greenville Memorial Hospital.  |  

 

  Arnez Jamison Sr. was not wearing a seat belt and also was hospitalized with injuries including a broken leg after the 2004 Pontiac van ran off the road and struck several trees, Trooper Joe Hovis said.  |  

  The siblings all were children of Jackie Brown of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, a about 10 miles north of Greenville. Robbiana was in kindergarten, and Jamire was in third grade, according to Greenville County Schools.   |  

  

  A co-worker of Brown said the children were everything to their mother.

  She was at home cleaning Thursday when Jamison Sr. took the children with him to visit another one of his children in town. It was late — actually early Friday morning — when he drove them back toward home along country roads in rural Taylors.

She began to worry when they didn't arrive. She couldn’t reach her partner.   |  

 

  Each call and text grew more frantic. Eventually, Brown ordered a ride from Lyft to seek her family, but when the driver arrived, he told her about a bad car accident just a short drive up winding South Carolina 253 near Mountain Creek Road.  |  

  Then the hospital called. They said she needed to rush. Ar’mani was there.  |  

  “I just thought it would be bumps and bruises,” Brown said Monday.

  “I’ve just got to move forward, be strong,” said Brown, who hasn't returned home to her trailer but is staying with her mother in an apartment nearby. “I’ve been through a lot. It’s going to take a lifetime to heal, but I’m going to make it.  |  

  "I still have to do it for them," she said. "I’ve never been a quitter, so I’m not going to quit now.”  |

A co-worker of Brown said the children were everything to their mother.

Our universe shouldn’t exist if the Big Bang were true!

 Antimatter is just like normal matter, except that some of its properties are opposite that of normal matter. For instance, the antimatter equivalent to the electron is called the positron.   |  The positron has the same mass as an electron but with a positive charge, rather than negative. Likewise, the antimatter counterpart to a proton is the anti-proton which has the same mass as a proton but with a negative charge.  |

 Photons are bundles of electromagnetic energy. Collisions between high-energy photons can result in a pair of matter/antimatter particles. (Note that this is not creation out of nothing, but rather the conversion of pre-existing energy into matter.) These collisions produce precisely equal amounts of matter and antimatter.  |

  Why is this antimatter issue a big problem for the Big Bang? Shortly after the supposed Big Bang, the universe would have been filled with extremely energetic photons. Collisions between these photons would have resulted in the production of particles—particles which would eventually become stars, galaxies, and people. So far, so good. But because these collisions always produce matter and antimatter in precisely equal amounts, the universe should, if the Big Bang model were correct, have exactly equal amounts of matter and antimatter. And yet, there is very little antimatter in the universe—so it’s been a known problem for many years.  |

This means that even if a supposed Big Bang could somehow create a universe, that universe would forever remain devoid of matter, unlike the actual universe in which we live.  |

  Big Bang scientists have long claimed that some unknown physics somehow allowed a slightly greater amount of primordial normal matter to be produced, and this “leftover” normal matter eventually became the material “stuff” of the universe. But because this claim is not based on any empirical science, it’s never been anything more than pure speculation.  |

 Big Bang scientists have been hoping to find some physics loophole—some tiny difference between matter and antimatter—that would allow more matter than antimatter to be produced shortly after the Big Bang, but so far they have been unsuccessful. The results of this latest experiment show that a property of the antiproton (called its magnetic moment) is identical in magnitude to the magnetic moment of its proton counterpart to within a precision of just a couple of parts per billion. This result eliminates one possible loophole that Big Bang cosmologists were hoping to exploit in an attempt to solve this longstanding problem with their model.  |

  One news report called the results of this experiment “bizarre,” illustrating the manner in which Big Bang thinking often taints the coverage of science reporting. But this result isn’t bizarre at all—it’s simply a confirmation of earlier, but less precise, measurements of the antiproton’s magnetic moment. Unlike Big Bang speculation, these measurements, which are testable and repeatable, were real science. This result is only bizarre for someone who has a prior commitment to the Big Bang model.  |

  This is not the first time Big Bang thinking has led to the conclusion that the universe shouldn’t exist. You have to give Big Bang scientists credit for their tenacity. They don’t allow anything to shake their commitment to the Big Bang story, even the conclusion that our universe shouldn’t exist if the Big Bang were true!  |

The Big Bang is, and always has been, unsupported speculation. 


 It’s easy to see why secularists, desperate to explain their existence apart from a Creator, would cling to such fantastic notions. But why do so many Christians still claim that God used the Big Bang to create the universe, especially when this scientifically bankrupt speculation contradicts the Genesis creation account in so many ways? The Big Bang is, and always has been, unsupported speculation. This is becoming more and more obvious as time goes by.

26-year-old man charged with the murder of Uber driver

Greenville County Sheriff's Office said a 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of an Uber driver in Greenville SC in 2017.   |

   Mike Mecklenburg was driving for Uber in April 2017 when he was shot to death.  |

   The sheriff's office said in a news release that investigators believe the suspect, identified as 26-year-old Joseph Jovanti Johnson III, shot Mecklenburg in the head after Meckenburg dropped off a passenger on Power Street.  |

   Johnson lived on the street. Deputies say Johnson "engaged Mecklenburg in an unprovoked verbal altercation that eventually resulted in Johnson firing a single shot, striking Mecklenburg in the head."  |

  Last month, a news agency's segment on the shooting death led to a tip implicating Johnson's involvement.
