Senate Approves Bill that Legalizes Sodomy and Bestiality in U.S. Military

On Nov. 15, the Senate Armed Services Committee had unanimously approved S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a provision to repeal Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

Article 125 of the UCMJ makes it illegal to engage in both sodomy with humans and sex with animals.

It states: "(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense. (b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

Senate on Thursday evening voted 93-7 to approve a defense authorization bill that includes a provision which not only repeals the military law on sodomy, it also repeals the military ban on sex with animals--or bestiality.

The effort to remove sodomy from military law stems from liberal Senate Democrats' and President Obama’s support for removing the military’s Don’t Ask Don’t Tell policy.

Not only did they overturn Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, but they had another problem, and that is, under military law sodomy is illegal, just as adultery is illegal, so they had to remove that prohibition against sodomy.

So now, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), there’s nothing there to prosecute bestiality.

There was no attempt to remove the UCMJ repeal provision from the bill.

The House will have problems with this bill.

Two prevailing historical myths that the left has propagated successfully is that Hitler was a far right wing conservative and was democratically elected in 1933 (a blow at bourgeois democracy and conservatives). Actually, he was defeated twice in the national elections (he became chancellor in a smoke-filled-room appointment by those German politicians who thought they could control him. As head of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, he considered himself a socialist, and was one by the evidence of his writings and the his economic policies.

The law of the state of Hawaii does not allow the inspection or release of an ORIGINAL birth record. However with a court order from a judge, a "certified copy" of an original birth record can be released. (Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18 (b)

(Taitz should know Hawaii law 338-18 (b). A subpoena is NOT a valid court order. She is wasting her time and everybody involved unless she gets a valid COURT ORDER from a judge.

A subpoena is NOT a valid court order. Thus far Orly Taitz and others have tried to get Obama's original birth certificate by subpoena and they have been refused but if a judge signs a court order, that would be a different matter entirely.

Orly is having some problems with her subpoena to be allowed to inspect the original of President Obama’s birth certificate. In her first attempt she failed to properly follow the rules and have the subpoena be issued by a Hawaiian court.

In her second attempt she signed the subpoena herself. In her third attempt, she had the subpoena signed by a court clerk, as she, as a pro-se plaintiff cannot issue subpoenas.

Note that contrary to some claims, this is NOT a court ordered subpoena.

In their reply to the first attempt, the defendant’s lawyers pointed out that under Hawaiian law, Orly was not allowed access to the information. The letter served as a written objection pursuant to rule 45(c)(2)(B) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP)

So if Orly insists that her third subpoena was improperly objected to, she needs to move for the issuing court for an order. Why she filed a motion with Judge Lamberth’s court is beyond me.

In a weird chain of events, Orly, now that she believes that since the plaintiffs failed to once again respond to her subsequent subpoena, that she is allowed to inspect the document, even though the lawyers for the defendant pointed out why Orly’s request was in violation of Hawaiian law.

Orly was also informed not to directly contact Loretta Fuddy, the director of the department of health of Hawaii and that she should instead direct her communications to Deputy Attorney General of Hawaii, Jill T. Nagamine.

Under Happersett, a natural born citizen is clarified to mean born citizen without a doubt. Doubt entered the picture due to Obama being born a British citizen under The British Nationality Act of 1948, in effect at the time of his birth. He cannot be, as a state of nature, considered a born citizen of the United States, when he was born British.

The Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term "natural born citizen" to any other category than "those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof".

And that's why the Founders included Article II, Section I, Clause 5 in The U. S. Constitution.

The question that the courts or Congress must decide is whether a British subject and citizen of Kenya, a person governed by the laws of Great Britain at the time of their birth should be considered a natural "born citizen" of the United States as required by Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 of the United States Constitution.

ALL statutory citizens are born with a tie to another nation by birthplace and/or blood, but NEVER is that the case with any natural born citizens who are only American.

A statutory citizen (bestowed by man's pen) can never be a "natural born" citizen (bestowed by God/nature).

It seems the "crazy" person is really Martha Trowbridge who has an affliction for deception as does obama.

Why would Obama tell us that his mother’s name is Stanley Ann Dunham when it is really Jo Ann Newman, a white teenage girl from the Bronx, New York who according to Ms. Trowbridge was Malcolm X’s teenage lover and devotee?

Is Obama telling us a lie about his mother’s true name because he wants to hide his own real identity?

Is he telling us that lie because he wanted to make himself more electable to the average American?

What would knowing that Obama’s mother’s real name is Jo Ann Newman tell us about Obama’s true identity?

And why would Obama want to hide his true identity?

Various experts have concluded that Obama’s long-form birth certificate which he posted on the internet in April 2011, is a forgery.

Obama is also using a questionable social security number issued from Connecticut and that evidence shows that he forged his Selective Service Registration application.

Ms. Trowbridge maintains that most of the pictures of Obama and his mother that the American public has been fed by Obama and his campaign have been photo shopped so as to conceal the real face of Obama’s mother. These pictures were done, among other reasons, to give Stanley Ann Dunham the appearance of having long hair when in fact she had short hair. Other facial features were also digitally changed in these photographs. So now we discover that not only has this person’s hair and face been altered but also her name. Many of Obama’s other publicly-released photographs also reveal signs of tampering and forgery.

Obama’s real name is Bâri′ M. Shabazz, born in New York City, on October 28, 1959, who was assigned social security number 084-54-5926, issued in New York, in 1974.

Malcolm X, also known as Malcolm X Shabazz, is the biological father of Barack Obama whose real name is Bâri′ M. Shabazz.

How do we reconcile the name of Jo Ann Newman with the Stanley Ann Dunham life story that we have been provided. As we know, this alleged fabricated life story consists of, among many life events, a birth in Kansas; youthful years and schooling in Washington; schooling in Hawaii; a hasty marriage to and divorce from Barack Obama Sr.; a marriage to and divorce from Lolo Soetoro; a move to Indonesia; and the birth of Maya Soetoro in Indonesia.

Regardless of whether Obama’s biological father is Malcolm X (a “citizen of the United States”), or Obama’s legal father is Barack Obama Sr., he is still not a “natural born Citizen” and not eligible to be President as he has originally claimed.

Author of “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder”, Lawrence W. Sinclair has died tonight near his home in a purported car accident. It was apparently a hit and run. Police say the other driver got away and there was no sign of the other driver or his car.
