Dirty Secret No. 1 in Obamacare

Health care reforms are turning into health care revolts. Americans are turning up the heat on congressmen in town hall meetings across the U.S.

While watching these political hot August nights, I decided to research the reasons so many are opposed to Obamacare to separate the facts from the fantasy. What I discovered is that there are indeed dirty little secrets buried deep within the 1,000-plus page health care bill.

Dirty secret No. 1 in Obamacare is about the government's coming into homes and usurping parental rights over child care and development.

It's outlined in sections 440 and 1904 of the House bill (Page 838), under the heading "home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children." The programs (provided via grants to states) would educate parents on child behavior and parenting skills.

The bill says that the government agents, "well-trained and competent staff," would "provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains ... modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices," and "skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development."

Are you kidding me?! With whose parental principles and values? Their own? Certain experts'? From what field and theory of childhood development? As if there are one-size-fits-all parenting techniques! Do we really believe they would contextualize and personalize every form of parenting in their education, or would they merely universally indoctrinate with their own?

Are we to assume the state's mediators would understand every parent's social or religious core values on parenting? Or would they teach some secular-progressive and religiously neutered version of parental values and wisdom? And if they were to consult and coach those who expect babies, would they ever decide circumstances to be not beneficial for the children and encourage abortions?

One government rebuttal is that this program would be "voluntary." Is that right? Does that imply that this agency would just sit back passively until some parent needing parenting skills said, "I don't think I'll call my parents, priest or friends or read a plethora of books, but I'll go down to the local government offices"? To the contrary, the bill points to specific targeted groups and problems, on Page 840: The state "shall identify and prioritize serving communities that are in high need of such services, especially communities with a high proportion of low-income families."

Are we further to conclude by those words that low-income families know less about parenting? Are middle- and upper-class parents really better parents? Less neglectful of their children? Less needful of parental help and training? Is this "prioritized" training not a biased, discriminatory and even prejudicial stereotype and generalization that has no place in federal government, law or practice?

Bottom line: Is all this what you want or expect in a universal health care bill being rushed through Congress? Do you want government agents coming into your home and telling you how to parent your children? When did government health care turn into government child care?

Government needs less of a role in running our children's lives and more of a role in supporting parents' decisions for their children. Children belong to their parents, not the government. And the parents ought to have the right -- and government support -- to parent them without the fed's mandates, education or intervention in our homes.

Kids are very important to my wife, Gena, and me. That's why we've spent the past 17 years developing our nonprofit KICKSTART program in public schools in Texas. It builds up their self-esteem and teaches them respect and discipline. Of course, whether or not they participate in the program is their and their parents' choice.

How contrary is Obamacare's home intrusion and indoctrination family services, in which state agents prioritize houses to enter and enforce their universal values and principles upon the hearts and minds of families across America?

Government's real motives and rationale are quite simple, though rarely, if ever, stated. If one wants to control the future ebbs and flows of a country, one must have command over future generations. That is done by seizing parental and educational power, legislating preferred educational methods and materials, and limiting private educational options. It is so simple that any socialist can understand it. As Josef Stalin once stated, "Education is a weapon whose effects depend on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed."

Before so-called universal health care turns into universal hell care, write or call your representative today and protest his voting Obamacare into law. Remind him that what is needed in Washington is a truly bipartisan group that is allowed an ample amount of time to work on a compromise health care law that wouldn't raise taxes (for anyone), regulate personal medical choices, ration health care or restrict American citizens.

Read the bill yourself. Realize it does talk about a spectrum of end of life options. Realize obama wants to kill you and the government wants you to die if they choose. They being one of 45 panels who will determine if you quality for health care. The government will in effect abort your life!

It takes neither a genius, nor a shrink, to see why Alinskyite Democrate polls are so confused by all this 1776 Redux confronting them in their home-district townhalls. Since they are so accustomed to calling up pals in unions and various other community agitators for a little rent-a-mob action to bolster support for their agendas, they naturally project this tactic onto anyone opposing their issue positions.

They've become so immersed in the Alinsky Way that they've nearly plum darned forgotten the American Way, folks.

They seem to be moving closer to tar and feathers by the minute, so I hope they remember American-style angst pdq.


Now, there is a most telling anecdote in Horwitt's biography of Alinsky, which perfectly demonstrates the fundamental difference between the Alinsky Way and the American Way.

Back in Chicago (really, is there something weird in Chicago water?), when Saul Alinsky, young-and-rising social engineer, was just beginning his attempts at community agitation, he seized an opportunity to try out his still-developing method. The Back of the Yards neighborhoods in Chicago, during the late 1930s, were filled with groups of ethnic immigrants. Most were Catholics from East European countries, and each country of origin even had its own separate parish church. This separation, naturally, made for some very stiff competition and the language barriers made for lots of fighting and feuding too.

The men formed softball leagues (truly American; they were catching on) as a way of safely expending excess energy and walloping each other without throwing real punches. The competition was fierce. Saul, professional meddler that he was, hung out in the ‘hood a lot and ingratiated himself with the locals, so that on this day, he had a ringside seat on the action. Two days before a long-anticipated championship softball game between two competing groups of immigrants, one of the star players came down on the rotted step of his apartment house and broke his ankle, which rendered him unable to play in the big game.

Saul merely ventured, as the disgruntled players were discussing their misfortune, that it need never have even happened. "How so?" the men asked. Saul proceeded to explain that there was now federal-government money for housing and that if they wrote letters to the right people, they would get some money to get carpenters to fix things. Of course, they then wrote the letters, got some money and thereafter knew how to shakedown the taxpayers to get their needs met.

Saul became an immensely popular guy in the immigrant ‘hoods, something he had never been in his own, and thereafter knew that his Alinsky Way had legs. From suggesting letter-writing, he moved on to his angry-mob approach to problem solving and became the invisible hand behind nearly every public temper tantrum thrown in these United States for the past 40 years.

Now, if the first thought you parried, dear reader, while reading this account, was why on earth some guy in the ‘hood didn't see the rotted step, get himself a hammer, some nails, a new step board, and fix the darned step himself before one of his own children was injured, then you are an American through and through.

Pat yourself on the back and sing Hallelujah at the top of your free-as-a-bird lungs.

The fundamental difference between the Alinsky Way and the American Way is so darned simple that even a first-grader, who has had decent parenting, understands it. The Alinsky Way involves asking others to do for you that which you are plainly capable of doing for yourself, but prefer not to do. The Alinsky Way is the purely childish method employed by tantrum-throwing tyrants of all ages, and has existed in one form or another since the beginning of time. It is egocentric, childish human nature carried into adulthood and all the way to the end of life, as long as others are too weak to just say, "NO," or too beguiled to see through this silly, selfish ruse.

If you should ever happen to see an able-bodied grown man in a homeless shelter, supping at the table of charity, while snapping photos with a $500 techno-gadget, you have most likely spotted an Alinsky acolyte. If you should happen to see demonstrators carrying signs, obviously made in a professional sign shop, but the men holding the signs cannot read them, then you are most likely seeing Alinsky Way useful idiots.

The American Way, as we all know, is the do-it-yourself approach to life, which has been taught from toddlerhood to adulthood by every decent, upstanding American parent for more than 200 years. Every conscientious American citizen understands down to his gut that the most essential ingredient to serving the common good is to take care of his own self first and foremost. When a person takes care of himself, only then will he not become an unnecessary burden to his fellow citizens.

Those in the Democratic Party, who have adopted the Alinsky Way and thrown out the American Way, have done so with less than altruistic intentions. Keeping citizens as little children, incapable of doing for themselves, is the way to winning their votes and keeping them dependent upon the power of the state, which Democrats hope to control now and forever.

If one lacks a nation full of pitiful, can't-do-it-ourselves wee ones, there's no need for a Nanny-State, now is there?

And the only reason why Democrat pols are now so confused with all this loosely self-organized democracy in action at their townhall meetings, is that they honestly believe the American Way has already been defeated and we are all their children now.

These people really need to get out more.

There certainly are two Americas. Democrats control a portion of us through their Alinsky Way infantilizing tactics. But the vast majority of us still practice the American Way of do-it-yourself for the common good, which is the only reason this Country is still standing. If we all become children who produce nothing, there will be no pie for the Democrats to divvy up to the screaming kids they control.

I love my country. Hate my government.

For the first time in my 58 years I have seen my government declare war on We the People.

I am watching the awakening of a Slumbering Giant, and have never been prouder of my country.

Any person deemed "suspect" was to be immediately reported to Hitler or one of his assistants by letter, phone call, or through other means, so that such "rebels" could be effectively "dealt with". (This was another theme of the "1984" book as well.)

No one was to ever actually trust anyone other than Hitler. A child would therefore turn in his or her best friend to be "disciplined", if such a friend was at all suspected of committing the "thought crime" of disagreeing with any of Hitler's personal opinions or ideas.

Obama is doing the same thing with the "youth" of America. Obama intends to rule and NOT govern. He like hitler is a mob leader who will do anything to stay in power. He is a FRAUD!

From the white house web site: "There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. Obama wants his "hitler youth" to inform on Americans. This is real. Obama is similar to hitler.

The White House has, as yet, offered no explanation of what it is they plan to do with the tips on policy opposition they hope to receive from citizen informers.

How Hitler Controlled The Children... One Child at a Time Until He Controlled All of the Children Then All of the People!

Germany, of course, rose from the ashes of World War I, ("The War to End All Wars"), as both a democracy and a country that was heavily in debt. Inflation was rampant. Social problems were also rampant. Hitler promised to fix his Germany and restore the "respect" that many Germans thought was so unjustly taken from them by the Armistice marking the end of World War I.

Hitler also wanted to build a "master race". The children of Germany were viewed by Hitler as his future hope for such a success. Children were also more naturally teachable and would therefore be more easily molded by Hitler than older adults. Many of these adults also remembered living under democracy, and therefore might not be so easily fooled by Hitler's lies against democracy. Children could also be a future asset in his war efforts, since Germany was still a small country going up against the combined military forces of most of the world. These children could become his future soldiers and leaders of his "Third Reich", an empire which was to last for a thousand years.

How Did Hitler Control The Children?

(1) Hitler used his image as a father figure

In the traditional German home, the father was the one in control. The rest of the family was expected to always obey the father -- to obey their father "without question". By projecting such a "father" image before the children of Germany, Hitler was able to transfer power from the institution of the home to his own social and political institutions. Hitler also persuaded "his" children into thinking that, since Hitler was their "father", this also meant that he also cared about them, and about their future. Of course, Hitler actually only cared about one man -- himself. Hitler's Youth were just his "pawns" in his great political and military scheme to take over the world.

(2) Hitler extinguished dissent

Children were only allowed to hear one view of Hitler - the positive view. This was especially true after 1933, when Hitler became the undisputed leader of Germany. After 1933, Hitler was able to silence all public opposition against him and thereby gain even more influence, (including more influence over the children). Anyone who disagreed with any of Hitler's ideas was immediately considered to be "suspect" and might therefore get a knock on the door late at night and be "shown the door" to his or her own house, (or even worse, I might add).

(3) Hitler used an organized program to keep his kids occupied

Hitler used his now famous "Hitler Youth" program as a kind of "Boy Scouts" for the training of children to obediently follow him, and to prepare them to become his future soldiers. He learned that "youth's loneliness" could be used as a powerful tool to influence (and then gain control) over these young, impressionable kids. Hitler therefore tried to keep these children busy, keeping them organized so that they would not be "lonely". (By the way, the current Pope of Rome, Joseph Ratzinger, was also kept busy as a boy as a part of this same "Hitler Youth".)

(4) Hitler made certain that children were kept as ignorant as possible

Generally, the more ignorant children are, (or adults for that matter), the less apt they are to question the validity of their leader's claims of authority. Therefore, Hitler made sure that these children did not learn any information that was not "needed" by them. These kids were also instructed never to "think for themselves". No, such thinking for one's self was considered to be very "dangerous thinking" and therefore "suspect".

Such children were also not to read any books or listen to any radio programs that might "confuse them", (i.e. anything other than Hitler's propaganda programs.) Nevertheless, Hitler made sure that these children always had the "proper information" that they needed, (i.e. as little as possible, in order to always keep his children as ignorant as possible.)

(5) Hitler gathered the children into frequent rallies

Large groups of children congregating together in youth rallies can have a strong peer pressure effect in strengthening the grip of an authority figure. This is especially true when loud music and many standing ovations are made a central part of this control effort, (as in the picture above). In such rallies there would be strong peer pressure for children to conform to the "Hitler worship" which their peers exhibited. Winston Churchill once passed through one such Hitler rally while visiting Germany. Churchill was both shocked and quite dismayed by what he saw in this rally filled with loud music, and many standing-ovations.

(6) Hitler used uniforms

By enforcing a dress code, (as can clearly be seen in the uniform shirts and ties of those in the above photograph), Hitler's youth were taught to act and think the same, namely to "believe without thinking". They were taught to have "blind faith" in whatever Hitler told them to believe. The mandating of the wearing of ties and other such dress codes was therefore used to help reinforce such "uniform thinking" among his youth.

(7) Hitler used the Jews as a focus of blame

Children are often simplistic. Hitler was able to use this simplicity in his blaming of the Jews for many of Germany's social problems. Jewish families were often "shown the door" in his society, (or worse still, shot or herded into "camps" like Auschwitz). Jews and their families were made to take the blame for any problems that Germany faced, and therefore they suffered under great persecutions by Hitler. These frequent public persecutions of "troublemakers", therefore helped Hitler to control his youth. (In the book "1984", children were given certain people to blame for their problems, often Jewish people, so that they would not rightly blame "Big Brother" for those same problems.)

(8) Hitler believed that having too much money was a real problem for children

Hitler thought that money was a problem for children for many reasons. One of these reasons was that children might buy things with money that might get them into "trouble". For example, such money might be used to purchase foreign books or other items which might tend to erode Hitler's base of authority in his country. Hitler also wanted as much money as possible to support his war efforts to destroy Churchill, (and anyone else Hitler disagreed with) -- as he sought world domination.

Therefore, for these and other reasons, Hitler made sure that his children were kept as impoverished and disadvantaged as practically possible. Such poverty also helped to keep such children more dependent on him, more docile, and more pliable as well.

(9) Hitler used a propaganda program

Hitler built up a effective propaganda program in order to make sure that Hitler's (and only Hitler's) ideas were advanced. Through the effective use of organized propagandizing and lying efforts, a false view of Hitler and his war efforts was always doled out to his kids. What "really went on", (such as Hitler's constant lies and deceptions and Hitler's persecution of Jewish families or anyone else who might have dared to disagree with Hitler about anything), was always kept carefully hidden from view.

The false image of smiling and happy Germans dutifully following and cheering their leader, helped to fool many gullible "visitors" to Hitler's rallies. (This did not fool Churchill, however.) Through the use of such deceit, Hitler's propaganda efforts were quite effective in enabling him to "spin" the truth into a lie. (Hitler was a very effective and proficient "spin doctor".)

As a physician who has authored books on preventative health care, I was given the opportunity to be the keynote speaker at a Congressional Dinner at The Capitol Building in Washington last Friday (7/17).

The presentation was entitled Health Care Reform, The Power & Profit of Prevention, and I was gratified that it was well received.

Let me summarize just a few salient points of the above plan. First, however, it should be clear that the same warning notice must be placed on The ObamaCare Plan as on a pack of cigarettes: Consuming this product will be hazardous to your health.

The underlying method of cutting costs throughout the plan is based on rationing and denying care. There is no focus on preventing health care need whatever. The plan's method is the most inhumane and unethical approach to cutting costs I can imagine as a physician.

The rationing of care is implemented through The National Health Care Board, according to the plan. This illustrious Board "will approve or reject treatment for patients based on the cost per treatment divided by the number of years the patient will benefit from the treatment."

Translation.....if you are over 65 or have been recently diagnosed as having an advanced form of cardiac disease or aggressive cancer.....dream on if you think you will get treated.....pick out your coffin.

Oh, you say this could never happen? Sorry.... this is the same model they use in Britain.

The plan mandates that there will be little or no advanced treatments to be available in the future. It creates The Federal Coordinating Council For Comparative Effectiveness Research, the purpose of which is "to slow the development of new medications and technologies in order to reduce costs." Yes, this is to be the law.

The plan also outlines that doctors and hospitals will be overseen and reviewed by The National Coordinator For Health Information and Technology.

This " coordinator" will "monitor treatments being delivered to make sure doctors and hospitals are strictly following government guidelines that are deemed appropriate." It goes on to say....."Doctors and hospitals not adhering to guidelines will face penalties."

According to those in Congress, penalties could include large six figure financial fines and possible imprisonment.

So according to The ObamaCare Plan....if your doctor saves your life you might have to go to the prison to see your doctor for follow -up appointments. I believe this is the same model Stalin used in the former Soviet Union.

Section 102 has the Orwellian title, "Protecting the Choice to Keep Current Coverage." What this section really mandates is that it is illegal to keep your private insurance if your status changes - e.g., if you lose or change your job, retire from your job and become a senior, graduate from college and get your first job. Yes, illegal.

When Mr. Obama hosted a conference call with bloggers urging them to pressure Congress to pass his health plan as soon as possible, a blogger from Maine referenced an Investors Business Daily article that claimed Section 102 of the House health legislation would outlaw private insurance.

He asked: "Is this true? Will people be able to keep their insurance and will insurers be able to write new policies even though H.R. 3200 is passed?" Mr. Obama replied: "You know, I have to say that I am not familiar with the provision you are talking about."

Then there is Section 1233 of The ObamaCare Plan, devoted to "Advanced Care Planning." After each American turns 65 years of age they have to go to a mandated counseling program that is designed to end life sooner.

This session is to occur every 5 years unless the person has developed a chronic illness then it must be done every year. The topics in this session will include, "how to decline hydration, nutrition and how to initiate hospice care." It is no wonder The Obama Administration does not like my emphasis on Prevention. For Mr. Obama, prevention is the "enemy" as people would live longer.

I rest my case. The ObamaCare Plan is hazardous to the health of every American.

After I finished my Capitol Hill presentation, I was asked by a Congressman in the question-answer session: "I'll be doing a number of network interviews on the Obama Health Care Plan. If I am asked what is the one word to describe the plan what should I answer."

The answer is simple, honest, direct, analytical, sad but truthful. I told him that one word is FASCIST.

Then I added, "I hope you'll have the courage to use that word, Congressman. No other word is more appropriate."

The White House is now taking a hard line against the Tea-Party organized disruptions of Democrats' town hall meetings, the Washington Times reports, with press secretary Robert Gibbs referring to it this morning as "the Brook Brothers Brigade in Florida in 2000," "Astro Turf" and "manufactured anger."

The first two questions in the following transcript are from a separate reporter, with all successive questions from the Washington Times:

Q: Are you concerned at what appears to be well-orchestrated protesting of health care reform at town halls as derailing your message?

GIBBS: NO, I get asked every day about the myriad of things that could be derailing our message. I would point out that I don't know what all those guys were doing, what were they called, the Brooks Brothers Brigade in Florida in 2000, appear to have rented a similar bus and are appearing together at town hall meetings throughout the country

Q: They seem to be pretty widespread.

GIBBS: I seem to see some commonality in who pops up in some of these things.

Q: Like individuals?

GIBBS: Yeah.

Q: Really?

A town hall meeting to discuss President Obama’s health care reform descended into shouting and violence in a Tampa, Fla., suburb Thursday as angry opponents clashed with event organizers.

Close to 1,500 people came to Ybor City to attend the session on health care and insurance reform featuring Democratic State Rep. Betty Reed and U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor before the event exploded into a near riot.

According to local media reports, the larger-than-expected crowd gathered outside the Hillsborough County Children’s Board building, where several hundred people, mostly in opposition to government health care, began to loudly chant and scuffle with organizers posted at doorways after the auditorium filled to capacity.

A freelance videographer was roughed up in an altercation, which damaged his camera equipment and glasses, and at least one man was treated for minor injuries after a scuffle left his shirt partially torn from his body.

NEW YORK – The Kenyan birth document released by California attorney Orly Taitz is probably not authentic, according to WND's investigative operatives in Africa, though officials in Nairobi do not rule out the possibility President Obama may indeed have been born in their country.

WND obtained several samples of Kenyan birth certificates in use around Aug. 4, 1961, the date of Obama's birth, showing differences from the Taitz document.

I'm afraid Orly Taitz has made a mistake by posting the Kenyan birth certificate.
Her credibility has been damaged. Most of the other documents she has have been real. This is too bad. How could she have put this on the web without checking it out. From now on I will question what she does and not believe it until it is documented.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Nakazato today threw out a document that was purportedly a copy of President Barack Obama’s registration of birth in Kenya. Nakazato’s action also dismissed a request that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have the Kenyan government verify the document.

Last weekend, Mission Viejo lawyer Orly Taitz filed the document, which claimed to be a registration of Obama’s birth. The filing was part of a complaint Taitz has in Santa Ana federal court - filed on behalf of Alan Keyes, Buena Park Pastor Wiley Drake and others - alleging that Obama is not U.S. born and should be removed from office.

Judge Nakazato 's comment in his "Order Striking Filed Documents from the Record" reads thusly:

WHEREAS, the documents listed below were improperly filed for the following reason(s)

Lacks proper notice (L.R. 6-1, 7-4); improper form and format (L.R. 11-3.3, 11-3.6); Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No. (L.R. 11-3.8(a)); description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the documents shall be striken from the record and shall not be considered by the Court....

Orly what kind of lawyer are you? (1) improper format, (2) Failed to identify cal state bar no. (3) motion conflicts or differs fromthat which was entered on courts e-docket. Three BIG mistakes by orly taitz.

President Obama's Wednesday night criticism of Cambridge, Mass., police has drawn a rebuke from the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).

The criticism comes after Obama said Cambridge police officers acted "stupidly" when they arrested Henry Louis Gates, a friend of the president's, after he broke into his own home. Gates was arrested on disorderly conduct charges, which were then dropped. The president said it highlights ongoing problems with race relations in the U.S.

Jim Pasco, executive director of the FOP's legislative office, noted that before Obama made the remarks, the president acknowledged that he was only vaguely familiar with what happened.

"That being the case, it's unfortunate that he chose to say anything," Pasco said. "He wasn't there, and he doesn't know what happened."

Pasco said it appears that Gates was the "provocateur" because he called Officer James Crowley a racist instead of producing identification as requested.

On Thursday, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs sought to walk back the president's comments.


"Let me be clear. He was not calling the officer stupid, OK?" Gibbs told reporters on Air Force One. "He was denoting that ... at a certain point the situation got far out of hand, and I think all sides understand that."
