About Joe Biden And His Support Of The Confederate Flag

Joe Biden can't remember the state his is in, when talking to voters.

Its not his age thats the problem it is his mind.

Joe Biden is an example of an older person who keeps driving when they should have turned in their driving license.

He is more of a danger to us than he is to himself.

He is lies about what he has said in the past or even his own recent quotes.

Is it lying or is his memory that bad?

His memory is bad but he is an accomplished lier and deceiver that has not forgot his bag of tricks.

Below is an example of Joe Biden. He praises a pro-confederacy group “who continue to display the Confederate flag” as “fine people”.

United Daughters of the Confederacy

Joe Biden called the United Daughters Of The Confederacy "an organization made up of many fine people who continue to display the Confederate flag."

Biden repeats over and over the patently false claim that the president said white supremacists and neo-Nazis were “very fine people” in the wake of the Charlottesville tragedy in 2017.

In fact as you can see Biden said, those who display the Confederate Flag are "FINE PEOPLE".

President Trump said,

"And you had people – and I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the White nationalists, because they should be condemned totally – but you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and White nationalists, Okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly."

President Trump was was referring to a group of people who were protesting the removal of a historical monument of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.

THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY FINE PEOPLE.

He is reading from a script and slowly in 1993.  This is why President Trump calls him sleepy Joe.

Biden should be called slow Joe.  Watch him slowly read from a script. He underlines to keep his place. Kind of slow even then.

Former Vice President and current Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden praised a pro-confederacy group “who continue to display the Confederate flag” as “fine people” in newly resurfaced video highlighted by the Trump campaign.

The video is significant in large part due to the number of times that Biden has engaged in smearing President Donald Trump with the patently false claim that the president said white supremacists and neo-Nazis were “very fine people” in the wake of the Charlottesville tragedy in 2017.

The video of Biden, from 1993, happened during the confirmation hearing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg while Biden was representing Delaware in the U.S. Senate.

Biden made the remarks while responding to comments from another Senator on the Judiciary Committee about a speech that Democratic Senator Howell Heflin delivered on the floor of the Senate.

Biden said [emphasis added], “I, too, heard that speech and, for the public listening to this, the Senator made a very moving and eloquent speech, as a son of the Confederacy, acknowledging that it was time to change and yield to a position that Senator Carol Moseley-Braun raised on the Senate floor, not granting a Federal charter to an organization made up of many fine people who continue to display the Confederate flag as a symbol.”

Biden has repeatedly lied about remarks that Trump made in the wake of what transpired in Charlottesville in August 2017, falsely claiming that Trump said that there were very fine people on the side of the white supremacists and neo-Nazis.

Biden even launched his campaign on that lie.

Trump was referring to a group of people who were protesting the removal of a historical monument of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.

Even CNN’s Jake Tapper, who is a heavily biased critic of the president, admitted earlier this year in response to Biden’s video that Trump did not call neo-Nazis and white supremacists “very fine people.”

In his speech at the time, Trump said:

And you had people – and I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the White nationalists, because they should be condemned totally – but you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and White nationalists, Okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly.

Now, in the other group also, you had some fine people. But you also had troublemakers, and you see them come with the black outfits and with the helmets and with the baseball bats. You had a lot of bad people in the other group.

“He’s not saying that the neo-Nazis and white supremacists are very fine people,” Tapper said, as he noted that Trump was referring to protesters who did not want Confederate monuments removed and who were separate from the neo-Nazis and white supremacists.

Biden was confronted by Breitbart’s Joel Pollak over the false claim and Biden proceeded to explode on Pollak for confronting him on the lie.

Biden, on the other hand, has a history of praising racist segregationist Democratic Senators, stating that they were very civil.

Sleepy Joe Biden and President Trump Support these fine people who are true patriots!

Statement from the President General

12-1-2018 – For Immediate Release:

The United Daughters of the Confederacy appreciates the feelings of citizens across the country currently being expressed concerning Confederate memorial statues and monuments that were erected by our members in decades past.

To some, these memorial statues and markers are viewed as divisive and thus unworthy of being allowed to remain in public places.

To others, they simply represent a memorial to our forefathers who fought bravely during four years of war. These memorial statues and markers have been a part of the Southern landscape for decades.

We are grieved that certain hate groups have taken the Confederate flag and other symbols as their own. We are the descendants of Confederate soldiers, sailors, and patriots.

Our members are the ones who have spent 123 years honoring their memory by various activities in the fields of education, history and charity, promoting patriotism and good citizenship.

Our members are the ones who, like our statues, have stayed quietly in the background, never engaging in public controversy.

The United Daughters of the Confederacy totally denounces any individual or group that promotes racial divisiveness or white supremacy.

And we call on these people to cease using Confederate symbols for their abhorrent and reprehensible purposes.

We are saddened that some people find anything connected with the Confederacy to be offensive. Our Confederate ancestors were and are Americans.

We as an Organization do not sit in judgment of them nor do we impose the standards of the 21st century on these Americans of the 19th century.

It is our sincere wish that our great nation and its citizens will continue to let its fellow Americans, the descendants of Confederate soldiers, honor the memory of their ancestors.

Indeed, we urge all Americans to honor their ancestors’ contributions to our country as well. This diversity is what makes our nation stronger.

Join us in denouncing hate groups and affirming that Confederate memorial statues and monuments are part of our shared American history and should remain in place.

                    Ms. Nelma Crutchers
                    President General, 2018-2020
