Between 1980 and 2006, arrest rates for larceny-theft declined substantially for all racial groups: 68% for Asians, 65% for American Indians, 49% for blacks, and 43% for whites.

Since 2006, arrest rates for larceny-theft have been relatively stable, resting at or near the lowest level of the 31-year-period for all but black youth.

In 2010, the black juvenile larceny-theft arrest rate was 2.3 times higher than the white rate, equivalent to the 1982 peak in black-white disparity for larceny-theft.

Real satistics are normalized over the population. So the question would be, running into any random white, black, Native American, or asian, who would be most likely to commit a crime?

White people make up 80% to include hispanics. (Hispanics are white people?)
Black people make up 12%.
Asians/Hawiians/ Pacific Islanders make up 2.9
Native Americans make up 0.8
others 3.9

So divide the crime rate by population and you get:

7,117,040/80 whites=88,963
2,830,778/12 blacks=235,898
135,877/ .8 Native American or Alaskan=169,846.25
105,996 /2.9 Asian/Pacific Islander=36,550.34

So White people are about twice as likely to be caught than Asian.

Blacks are about 2 1/2 times as likely to be caught than Whites.

Native American or Alaskan is twice as much likey to be caught than Blacks.

(Remember this is only statistics on who is arrested not statistics on who commits crime. Corner boys are like ads telling you I am in training to do nothing and scam the system. I'm lazy and have no motivation to work and be productive. As long as I have the free gov hand outs and someone to do the work for me I am free to just hang out and do nothing. Its like retiring before ever workeing a day. I only have a baby momma of my own to use for a source of income. I want a job but don't want to work. If I get a job I don't want to be told what to do cause I know everything. Basketball, football etc are my source of self esteem cause I can quote the latest game scores or statistics. It make me feel like a real man to quote statistics or play pools and win some money, then brag about it.

My observation about these type of individuals is that they are boys who will always be boys. They tell others that they are a man and should get respect, yet they act like boys not a mature man. A man doesn't let a "baby momma" keep him up. A man doesn't think or act like a corner boy. Most corner boys never will mature because its to late. Barack obama is a prime example of a corner boy helping to incubate his own kind. Facts can lie and opinions are common. Opinions are valid and invalid, truth or lies. I have been labeled a troll by a black person in the past. This person's problem was that he could not or would not accept any comments relating to his race that were negative even if they were TRUE.
