To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee's statement of organization a copy of the candidate's birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.

This is a fact. Obama refuses to prove he is a natural born citizen. Only one of his parents was a US citizen at the time of his birth. The US Constitution requires the president to be a natural born citizen.

The US Constitution makes the distinction between the term citizen and natural born citizen.

You must ask yourself why?

Ask yourself what is a natural born citizen?

Ask yourself what is a citizen.

There is a difference.

A natural born citizen is a US citizen the was born to American citizen(s).
Both parents were American citizens at the birth or a natural born citizen.

A citizen only has one parent at birth that was an American citizen or is a naturalized citizen.

Also be aware that Obama has defined the term natural born citizen in S. RES. 511.

Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.

Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen' of the United States;

Whereas the term `natural born Citizen', as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;

Whereas there is no evidence of the intention of the Framers or any Congress to limit the constitutional rights of children born to Americans serving in the military nor to prevent those children from serving as their country's President;

Whereas such limitations would be inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the `natural born Citizen' clause of the Constitution of the United States, as evidenced by the First Congress's own statute defining the term `natural born Citizen';

Whereas the well-being of all citizens of the United States is preserved and enhanced by the men and women who are assigned to serve our country outside of our national borders;

Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President; and

Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Obama submitted and referred S Res 511 Apr 30, 2008 to the committee on the judiciary.

Apr 30, 2008 - Agreed to Senate.

Obama as a US senator voted in favor of his cosponsored resolution defining the phrase natural born citizen in the US Constituion.

Obama declared Mccain was a natural born citizen because he was born to American citizens(s) at birth.

Obama also defined the term natural born citizen.

Obama became a FRAUD the day he entered the presidential primaries because he had previously cosponsored and signed a resolution, S. RES. 511, stating a natural born citizen must be born of two US citizens at birth.

From obama's web site fight the smears.

"Smears claiming Barack Obama doesn’t have a birth certificate aren’t actually about that piece of paper — they’re about manipulating people into thinking Barack is not an American citizen."

There is a question also of this fact. Obama has presented to the world a short form certification of live birth and not a long for certificate of live birth that is issued by a hospital.

The short form is issued to persons born outside of Hawaii. This is a fact.

There is a BIG question as to where obama was born. Obama has presented no proof he was born in an Hawaiian hospital. Obama has presented no proof of the doctors signatures.

To question obama's citizenship, when he has not presented document evidence that can be verified he is a US citizen, is not a "smear" but an effort to see documented evidence obama was born in Hawaii in an Hawaiian hospital.

The "fight the smears" is a red herring. An effort to divert attention from the question of obama's birth that has NOT been verified.

When I or someone asks, where's the birth certificate, we are asking where is any documented evidence obama was born in Hawaii that can be VERIFIED!!!!!

There is none.

People have filed many lawsuits asking this question. Obama has spent millions keeping the answer from Americans. Why?

Ask yourself why obama has done this?

If obama has nothing to hide why fight his birth documentation in court?

It is because obama cannot prove he is a natural born citizen. This is a fact.

The other question as to where obama was actually born has not been answered by obama.

His certification of live birth only says he was born in Hawaii but as I said this short form is also issued to people born outside of Hawaii.

Obama has yet to provide any validation he is a US citizen.

Obama has declared through S Res 511 that he is NOT a natural born citizen like Mccain.
