Muslims Exempt From ObamaCare Because it Violates Sharia Law?

The Senate health care bill just signed contains some exemptions to the "pay-or-play" mandate requiring purchase of Obamacare-approved health insurance or payment of a penalty fine. As Fox News has pointed out, for instance, the Amish are excused from the mandate:

So while most Americans would be required to sign up with insurance companies or government insurance plans, the church would serve as something of an informal insurance plan for the Amish.

Law experts say that kind of exemption withstands scrutiny.

"Here the statute is going to say that people who are conscientiously opposed to paying for health insurance don't have to do it where the conscientious objection arises from religion," said Mark Tushnet a Harvard law professor. "And that's perfectly constitutional."

(Isn't this just beyond crazy. Obamacare violates the US Constitution in many ways but this law expert is citing the fact that certain people can "opt out" of obamacare if they are conscientiously opposed to paying for health insurance because their religion says health insurance is forbidden. Muslims can opt out for instance.

My instant "religion" says I am opposed to obmacare because it would violate my belief that government is not a religion unto itself and obama is not my master.) Story Reports

Apparently, this exemption will apply similarly to believers in Islam, which considers health insurance - and, for that matter, any form of risk insurance - to be haraam (forbidden).

According to a March 23 publicationon an authoritative Islamic Web site managed by Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid, various fatwas (religious decrees) absolutely forbid Muslim participation in any sort of health care or other risk insurance.

(Wow this fatwa was just issued after obamacare was signed into law by the FRAUD obama. I think people should get some person to issue a fatwa that they are exempt from obamacare as obama's muslim brothers are. I need some other fatwas to be issued also like, not owing any taxes and not having to obtain any house or car insurance. Are muslims exempt from this also?) Story Reports

article confirms that the letter of praise sent to Obama for winning
the election (the 1st such US letter since the birth of their
country's government) was approved by Ayatollah Ali Khameneh’i. The
article says that Khameneh'i recently said relations with the US may
not remain cut, in a speech to the Zoroastrians (the very fact that he
spoke to that crowd is worthy of another post...but I digress). The
article says...

"...Mr. Obama must realize the important significance of the decision,
meaning that the man who has sent him the message is not Mr. Ahmadi
Nezhad, but the leader, and therefore his reply must be addressed to
the right man: Ayatollah Ali Khameneh’i, the man who in the Iranian
system, takes all major domestic and foreign decisions."

Then, it says...

"Meantime, and while waiting for Mr. Obama taking the helms in
Washington, Mr. Ahmadi Nezhad has called on Iranian experts in economy
to 'draw plans for solving the world’s financial and economic crisis
based on Iranian indigenous methods' and urged Iranians to 'present
the Imam of the Rightfulness to the international public'."

First, he says to prepare plans for solving the WORLD'S financial and
economic crisis. Then, he ways such plans are meant to get ready for
the rule of the Imam...while waiting for Obama to take office.

The aricle concludes with...

"According to Shi’a Muslims, Mehdi, their twelfth imam who went into
hiding in a well in the city of Samarra, in Iraq, when he was eight
year-old some 1.400 years ago, would reemerge when the world is
saturated with sin, corruption and injustice. This is why Mr. Ahmadi
Nezhad, in true believer in the powers and mission of imam Mehdi, has,
with all members of his cabinet, pledged to him in writing to prepare
his reappearance, due to take place from a well in Jamkaran, near the
holy city of Qom, 150 kilometres south of the Capital and the cradle
of militant Shi’ism.

"His relationship with the Waiting imam is such that according to his
close aides, when he went for the first time to New York to address
the United Nations General Assembly three years ago, the hided messiah
visited him while delivering his speech.

The Iranian leader just happen to meet the Hidden Imam at the UN
General Assembly in the USA. Does anyone know where Obama was on that
day?
