SEC Tipped Off About Madoff Financial Fraud Numerous Times Since 1999 But Did NOTHING.

There were multiple failures of the SEC to fully investigate Madoff despite credible evidence presented to the agency over the years. Top of the list: financial fraud investigator Harry Markopolos tipped off the SEC numerous times since 1999, including a now-famous lengthy 2005 report detailing Madoff's Ponzi scheme and pointing out 29 red flags. Nothing was done.

"If the SEC had followed it up, they would have shut Madoff down and saved investors at least $14 billion," Jacobs said. "In my opinion, that was criminal negligence. It's like looking for the evidence in a murder, finding the evidence and then saying 'let's go have a cup of tea.'"

I believe the US government knew exactly what madoff was doing. Certain people were making millions in the government via the fraud madoff or they were being paid off with hush money. Harry Markopolos financial fraud investigator informed the SEC in detail about the madoff scam. Nothing was done to investigate or stop it. This is criminal. When criminals are in charge of investigating criminals this is what you get, corruption. Today has been the first year of the obama administration. It is in effect criminals investigating criminals and honest US citizens. The obama CON continues.

When obama was elected the fraud was given the "keys" to the safe deposit box of the US. As soon as he had the keys the madoff ponzi scheme was once again played but using congress. The US congress invested in obama knowing the scheme of "economic recovery" was similar to the madoff scheme. Madoff and obama are very similar. Both are con men. Both are criminal sociopaths.

They are devoid of feeling and can perform the most inhumane acts without an ounce of guilt or remorse. They also have the capacity to put on an act of remorse, which can throw one off and into believing they really do feel. It is always an act. They consider themselves superior to all others and hold themselves above humanity. They are exceedingly arrogant and always right. If crossed, they can move from an appearance of compassion and caring to a cold-blooded killer in an instant.

They can play a role very well. Life is a game and people are pieces on their game board to be moved at their will. If one doesn't play their game, they will have no use for them. Because they live larger than life and are highly seductive, many people find them attractive, particularly individuals who are a bit timid and believe they can succeed by “going along for the ride”. Sociopaths prey on the innocent. They are the true predators of humanity. The cost to the individuals in their web and to society is immeasurable.

He will smile and deceive you, and he will scare you with his eyes. You will be left much sadder but not a lot wiser, and for a long time you will wonder what happened and what you did wrong. And if another of his kind comes knocking at your door, will you open it?

This is EXACTLY what many Americans are thinking one year after the criminal sociopath obama has seduced them. A picture is worth a thousand words.
