Columbo was not politically correct nor was he the typical capitol hill "New Castrati" milk toast wimp.

Columbo represents many Americans that the "political elite" destain and ignore out of their arrogance and dumbed down ignorance.

I would like to see just one "ass-backwards" Sherlock Holmes investigate why the 535 members of congress are sitting on their hands and not investigating the validity of barack obama's US citizenship.

Peter Falk, TV's rumpled Columbo, has died

LOS ANGELES – Peter Falk, the stage and movie actor who became identified as the squinty, rumpled detective in "Columbo," which spanned 30 years in prime-time television and established one of the most iconic characters in movie police work, has died. He was 83.

Falk died Thursday in his Beverly Hills home, according to a statement released Friday by family friend Larry Larson.

In a court document filed in December 2008, Falk's daughter Catherine Falk said her father was suffering from Alzheimer's disease.

"Columbo" began its history in 1971 as part of the NBC Sunday Mystery Movie series, appearing every third week. The show became by far the most popular of the three mysteries, the others being "McCloud" and "McMillan and Wife."

Falk was reportedly paid $250,000 a movie and could have made much more if he had accepted an offer to convert "Columbo" into a weekly series. He declined, reasoning that carrying a weekly detective series would be too great a burden.

Columbo — he never had a first name — presented a contrast to other TV detectives. "He looks like a flood victim," Falk once said. "You feel sorry for him. He appears to be seeing nothing, but he's seeing everything. Underneath his dishevelment, a good mind is at work."

NBC canceled the three series in 1977. In 1989 ABC offered "Columbo" in a two-hour format usually appearing once or twice a season. The movies continued into the 21st century. "Columbo" appeared in 26 foreign countries and was a particular favorite in France and Iran.

Columbo's trademark was an ancient raincoat Falk had once bought for himself. After 25 years on television, the coat became so tattered it had to be replaced.

Peter Michael Falk was born Sept. 16, 1927, in New York City and grew up in Ossining, N.Y., where his parents ran a clothing store. At 3 he had one eye removed because of cancer. "When something like that happens early," he said in a 1963 Associated Press interview, "you learn to live with it. It became the joke of the neighborhood. If the umpire ruled me out on a bad call, I'd take the fake eye out and hand it to him."

When Falk was starting as an actor in New York, an agent told him, "Of course, you won't be able to work in movies or TV because of your eye." Falk would later win two Oscar nominations ("Murder, Inc.," 1960; "Pocketful of Miracles," 1961) and collect five Emmys.

After serving as a cook in the merchant marine and receiving a master's degree in public administration from Syracuse University, he worked as an efficiency expert for the budget bureau of the state of Connecticut. He also acted in amateur theater and was encouraged to become a professional by actress-teacher Eva La Gallienne.

An appearance in "The Iceman Cometh" off-Broadway led to other classical parts, notably as Joseph Stalin in "The Passion of Joseph D." In 1971 Falk scored a hit in Neil Simon's "The Prisoner of Second Avenue."

Falk made his film debut in 1958 with "Wind Across the Everglades" and established himself as a talented character actor with his performance as the vicious killer Abe Reles in "Murder, Inc." Among his other movies: "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World," "Robin and the Seven Hoods," "The Great Race," "Luv," "Castle Keep," "The Cheap Detective," "The Brinks Job," "The In-Laws," "The Princess Bride."

Falk also appeared in a number of art house favorites, including the semi-improvisational films "Husbands" and "A Woman Under the Influence," directed by his friend John Cassavetes, and Wim Wenders' "Wings of Desire," in which he played himself. Falk became prominent in television movies, beginning with his first Emmy for "The Price of Tomatoes" in 1961. His four other Emmys were for "Columbo."

He was married to pianist Alyce Mayo in 1960; they had two daughters, Jackie and Catherine, and divorced in 1976. The following year he married actress Shera Danese. They filed for divorce twice and reconciled each time.

When not working, Falk spent time in the garage of his Beverly Hills home. He had converted it into a studio where he created charcoal drawings. He took up art in New York when he was in the Simon play and one day happened into the Art Students League.

He recalled: "I opened a door and there she was, a nude model, shoulders back, a light from above, buck-ass naked. The female body is awesome. Believe me, I signed up right away."

Falk is survived by his wife Shera and his two daughters.

"President" Barack Obama’s administration is quietly offering a quasi-amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants aiming to win reelection by mobilizing a wave of new Hispanic voters without alienating the populous at large, say supporters of stronger immigration law enforcement.

The new rules were quietly announced Friday with a new memo from top officials at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. The “prosecutorial discretion” memo says officials need not enforce immigration laws if illegal immigrants are enrolled in an education center or if their relatives have volunteered for the US military.

“They’re pushing the [immigration] agents to be even more lax, to go further in not enforcing the law,” said Kris Kobach, Kansas’ secretary of state. “At a time when millions of Americans are unemployed and looking for work, this is more bad news coming from the Obama administration… [if the administration] really cared about putting Americans back to work, it would be vigorously enforcing the law,” he said.


“We think it is an excellent step,” said Laura Vasquez, at the Hispanic-advocacy group, La Raza, which pushed for the policies, and which is working with other groups to register Hispanics to vote in 2012. “What’s very important is how the prosecutorial discretion memo is implemented” on the streets, she said.

The Hispanic vote could be crucial in the 2012 election, because the Obama campaign hopes to offset its declining poll ratings by registering new Hispanic voters in crucial swing states, such as Virginia and North Carolina.

To boost the Hispanic vote, the administration has enlisted support from Hispanic media figures, appointed an experienced Hispanic political operative to run the political side of the Obama reelection campaign, and has maintained close ties to Hispanic advocacy groups, including La Raza. For example, La Raza’s former senior vice president and lobbyist, Cecilia Munoz, was hired by the Obama administration as director of intergovernmental affairs in 2009.

On Friday, officials at ICE announced several new administrative changes to immigration enforcement.

The primary document was the six-page “prosecutorial discretion” memo, which provided new reasons for officials to not deport illegal immigrants.

(Obama is an illegal alien because he has not provided any validated proof of his US citizenship. An edited copy of a document using other birth documents presented as a valid birth certificate is not proof of obama's US citizenship. An abstract substituted for a copy of an original hospital birth certificate that could be validated is not proof of obama's US citizenship but proof he cannot validate his US citizenship.

When Joe Morris’ father died of a heart attack in 1940, Morris had to find a way to support his two sisters and the stepmother who had raised him.

So he joined the Navy on Oct. 22, 1941, just weeks before the Japanese sneak attack on Pearl Harbor.

He was 12 years old.

“I had no birth certificate, so my sisters changed my age in the family Bible,” said Morris, now 83 and living in Columbia.

Although his grade-school principal refused to sign a Navy form “verifying” that Morris was 17, Morris convinced a retired Navy chief gunner’s mate in his hometown of Elizabethton, Tenn., to do it, and the boy went to sea.

On D-Day, June 6, 1944, Morris, then an old salt at the age of 15, was aboard the heavy cruiser USS Quincy (CA-71), in the middle of the largest amphibious operation in the history of warfare, Operation Neptune, the naval phase of the invasion of France.

“It looked like every ship in the Navy was there,” Morris said.

Today is the 67th anniversary of that epic invasion. And those who were there are rapidly passing away. About 1,500 World War II veterans a day are dying nationally and with them, their stories.

Perhaps more than the Army or the Army Air Corps, it was the Navy that turned what could have been disaster on Omaha Beach — one of five beaches stormed by British, American and Canadian troops on that fateful day — into victory.

American, British and Allied navies landed more than 160,000 troops in France on June 6, along a 50-mile stretch of the Normandy coast divided into the five beaches: Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword. There were nearly 196,000 Allied sailors and 5,000 ships involved in the assault. They included vessels of every description from the 30-foot-long Higgins boats that landed troops on the beach, to battleships that pounded German inland defenses.

Eight warships were sunk, as well as numerous landing craft. More than 1,000 sailors and Coast Guardsmen died — roughly one-fifth of all U.S. casualties on the first day of the invasion.

But aside from softening up German defenses and landing troops, destroyers and cruisers like the Quincy played a decisive and heroic role in saving troops on Omaha and other beaches.

Despite thousands of bombs dropped on the German coast in an attempt to knock out gun emplacements, many were still in action as the troops stormed ashore on Omaha Beach. So the cruisers and destroyers – smaller and more maneuverable than battleships — cruised up and down the coast in the face of German artillery fire to finish the job the Air Corps started.

Morris, who manned an anti-aircraft battery on the Quincy, remembers the adeptness of the ship’s commander, Capt. Elliot M. Senn — “a big red-headed Irishman,” Morris recalled — to guide the 673-foot-long, 13,500-ton ship close to beach for a better shot.

“He could handle that ship like an old fisherman could handle a rowboat,” Morris said. “He actually ran it aground, into the mud on the beach, to get closer to a target that he wanted to shoot at. We fired for about three hours running up and down the coast. We went to practically every beach at one time or another during the invasion. We shot until we ran out of ammunition.”

Morris also remembers seeing the Higgins boats circling below and heading to the beaches packed with soldiers.

“The roughest thing was to see a (Higgins boat) pull up (to the beach) and a shell go right through it,” he said. “Then you would see the bodies floating in the water. They just made a boat ride from the ship to the graveyard.”

Morris didn’t know it at the time, but his brother Howard, who was 10 years older than Morris and had left home when Morris was a small boy due to conflicts with their father, was one of those soldiers in the Higgins boats.

“But he was lucky,” Morris said. “He was in the second wave” and survived.

After D-Day, Morris and the Quincy would go on to assist with in the invasion of southern France on Aug. 15, 1944, transport President Franklin D. Roosevelt from New York to Malta on the way to the president’s Yalta Conference, and serve through the end of the war in the Pacific Theater, even shelling the Japanese mainland.

But on this D-Day, those floating bodies that still haunt Morris.

“I’ll never forget it,” he said. “I wish I could.”

According to Corsi Trump asked him about the book, its evidence and what is happening next in the effort to document whether Obama is, in fact, constitutionally qualified for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1's "natural born citizen" requirement.

When you see these words on tv, in the newspaper or magazines remember it means government control of land and your freedom using UN agenda 21 plan to spread the wealth around and destroy the middle class.

Greenville, South Carolina is a great city in a great state. The area across Caesar's Head Mountain to Brevard, North Carolina is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The people in South Carolina are hard-working, down-to-earth folks who appreciate their freedom, and their private property rights.

Few of the folks know that back during the 1970s, South Carolina was one of a handful of states that yielded to the Progressive push to require comprehensive land use planning. Senators "Scoop" Jackson and Morris Udall tried unsuccessfully to get Congress to adopt a National Comprehensive Planning Act. The same national initiative persuaded Oregon, Florida, and South Carolina to adopt statewide legislation.

South Carolina's law requires counties to develop a comprehensive land use plan, and to update it every ten years.

Even fewer folks know that this comprehensive planning initiative that swept across the country during the 1970s was caused by the United Nations, and promoted by an assortment of U.N.-accredited non-government organizations. The initiative culminated in the U.N. Conference on Human Settlements held in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1976.

This conference produced a 65-page report on land. The preamble to this report declares that:

"Land...cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice...

Public control of land use is therefore indispensable."

The United States officially agreed to, and accepted this U.N. Policy document when William K. Reilly, future- EPA Administrator, and Carla A. Hills, future- U.S. Trade Representative, signed the document.

This idea of government control of land use was dressed up with a new name in Our Common Future, the report of the 1987 World Commission on Environment and Development. The new name given to government control of land use in this report is "Sustainable Development."

Sustainable development was further defined at the 1992 U.N. Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro with the adoption of Agenda 21 by delegates from 179 nations who attended the conference. George H.W. Bush signed the document.

When Greenville's comprehensive was updated in 1994, very few people had even heard about Agenda 21, and had no awareness that eight of the nine plan elements closely matched the eight program elements set forth in Chapter 7 of Agenda 21. This match was no accident. The Clinton administration created by Executive Order, the President's Council on Sustainable Development expressly for the purpose of implementing Agenda 21 throughout the federal, state, and local governments — administratively. Tons of money was appropriated and distributed in the form of grants to local governments and non-government organizations, to promote "visioning" processes that led to the development of comprehensive land use plans.

In 2008, Greenville County once again set out to update its comprehensive land use plan. Both the process and product are well documented on the County's website: " Imagine Greenville County: Tomorrow's Vision Today."

Most communities that have developed similar comprehensive land use plans in recent years make their plan legally binding. It is the mechanism through which sustainable development is enforced in many communities. The Greenville plan makes a point of assuring residents that the plan is not legally-binding. It is offered as a guideline for future land use, but it is not legally binding.

It doesn't have to be. Greenville County has a legally-binding Official Zoning Map, and has already adopted most of the available regulatory codes offered by the International Codes Council.

The Comprehensive Plan is the public relations tool used to sell the sustainable development idea to the community. People are told that the Comprehensive Plan was developed from the ground up through citizen participation. The fact is, according to their reports, fewer than 350 people from a population of nearly 450,000 (.0008%) participated in the process.

The fact is that much, if not most, of the plan can be directly attributed to the recommendations in Chapter 7 of Agenda 21. The Chapter title is: "Promoting sustainable human settlement development."

It is unlikely that many of the elected officials, or even those who participated in the development of the Comprehensive Plan, were aware that what they were led to consider was initiated by the United Nations. It is certain, however, that the county's consultant, LandDesigIn, Inc. knew about Agenda 21 and sustainable development. On their website they boast:

"LandDesign and Audubon Lifestyles are united for change — embracing the International Sustainability Council's Principles for Sustainability that promote sustainable solutions for life and business that are reliable, practical, efficient and economically viable."

What's dangerous about sustainable development and Agenda 21 is not that it comes from the U.N., but that it promotes government control over the decisions of free individuals. Government-planned communities and government-planned economies were tried extensively by the Soviet Union throughout most of the 20th Century. The result was catastrophic. To promote the repetition of government-planned communities and government-planned economies in the United States, and expect a different result, is the classic definition of insanity.

Let the free market, powered by free people, decide where to build, what to build, and how to build it. Government's only legitimate job is to see that it is built to adequate safety standards.

Evidence reveals that Obama’s non-sequential birth registration number is the result of his registration being isolated because it was not a traditional hospital birth.

His number was assigned based on the birth being registered in a regional office not used by the hospital which Obama claims to have been born in, rendering the possibility that his “Certificate of Live Birth” Registration issued by the Hawaiian Vital Records office is merely a record of birth registration legally created by the Health Department under HRS 338-17.8, after baby Obama was examined by a doctor, at Kapi’olani hospital, who could attest to his live birth, post-delivery.

These recently discovered sources show that Obama’s birth registration number was assigned by the state’s main office of the Hawaiian Department of Health after his birth registration originated in a regional office not used by the hospital to register births actually occurring within its facility.
