Editors note:

Pennsylvania

Its getting complicated because of the Stein lawsuits. Let me try to explain it so I and you can understand what may happen.

Stein filed a request with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation on Monday, meeting the deadline for a recount. Last week, her campaign successfully filed for similar efforts in Wisconsin, and this week she will file for a recount in Michigan, where the deadline is Wednesday.

A reversal of the results in all 3 states would give Clinton enough electoral votes to win the presidency. Thats not going to happen.

In order to actually trigger a recount statewide in Pennsylvania, which is the goal, Stein needs to find nearly 30,000 individual voters and have them submit an affidavit requesting the recount -- that's three voters for all 9,163 precincts in the state. If she does find 27,000-plus voters to do that, they must file their affidavits by the end of business Monday.

If those requirements are not satisfied, there will be no recount in Pennsylvania -- at least not without a lawsuit.

A lawsuit would be the only recourse if the recount requirements aren't met. And any such suit would need to present evidence of voting irregularities to be successful.

That is not likely either.

So the recount and successful lawsuit in Pennsylvania is not likely at all.

Pennsylvania has 20 electorial votes.

Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Elections Commission agreed Monday to begin a recount of the presidential election on Thursday but was sued by Green Party candidate Jill Stein after the agency declined to require county officials to recount the votes by hand.

It will be a race to finish the recount in time to meet a daunting federal deadline, and the lawsuit could delay the process. Under state law, the recount must begin this week as long as Stein or another candidate pays the $3.5 million estimated cost of the recount by Tuesday, election officials said.

Wisconsin has 10 electorial votes.

There will be a recount in Wisconsin but there is a possibility it will not be completed by the federal deadline of December 13 if the Stein lawsuit is successful and it requires the ballots to be counted by hand.

If its not done by hand the recount will probably be completed in time before the december 13 federal deadline.

Michigan

The Michigan Board of Canvassers certified the Nov. 8 election results on Monday, affirming that Republican Donald Trump won the presidential race in the state with a 10,704-vote margin of victory over Democrat Hillary Clinton.

Here's what else we know:

Jill Stein, Green Party candidate for president, is expected to file a request for a recount of the election results by a 2 p.m. Wednesday deadline, said her attorney, Mark Brewer, former chairman of the Michigan Democratic Party.

The campaign of Donald Trump has hired two Michigan-based election lawyers — Gary Gordon and John Pirich — to represent them in any recount proceedings. They could file a challenge to the recount request within seven days after the request is filed.

If a recount request is made, a recount will begin Friday in the 19 largest counties in the state and will continue throughout the weekend. Smaller counties will be next, and the ballots will be counted in a central location in those initial 19 areas. If the recount goes on uninterrupted, it could be done by Dec. 9 or 10, said state officials.

If a challenge to a recount is filed, the recount will be paused while the Board of Canvassers resolves the challenge.

A recount in Michigan will happen. Michigan has 16 electorial votes.

Trump then would have seven days from monday 11/28/2016 to file written objections to the recount, Secretary of State spokesman Fred Woodhams told the Free Press.

The Board of State Canvassers would then hold a hearing on the objections and would have to issue a ruling within five days of the hearing.

"If the objections are overturned by the board, the recount can commence after the second business day following the issuance of the board’s decision," Woodhams said.

But Thomas said state officials don't want to wait on objections to start the recount, because it is important to complete it as quickly as possible to meet a Dec. 13 deadline -- six days before electors of the electoral college are scheduled to cast their votes for president.

If Trump files a written objections to a procedure of the recount he count be shooting himself in the foot.

This is because most likely the recount will be completed by december 13.

The wild card here is will Trump or Stein file written objections and how many?

If they are filed how long will the hearings last if several are filed?

Bottom line if the written objections cause Michigan to miss the federal deadline of december 13 for submission of electors Trump could loose the 16 Michigan electors!

I told you it gets complicated.

Lets again observe the likely outcome of the recounts that are a manufactured crisis waiting to happen:

(1) The electorial votes most likely will be submitted on time from Pennsylvania, that is 20 electorial votes for Trump even after a recount.

(2) The electorial votes for Wisconsin may not be submitted in time for the december 13 deadline, that is 10 electorial votes.

(3) The electorial votes for Michigan may not be submitted in time for the december 13 deadline. Michigan has 16 electorial votes.

If what i have concluded is correct that means Trump will still have 280 electorial votes minus Wisconsin and Michigan.

Stein who is a surrogate for hillary will have to stop all three states from submitting their electorial votes to congress on dec 13.

Pennsylvania is the "hanging chad" for the corrupt campaign of hillary this time.

Stein and Hillary are hoping the Pennsylvania "hanging chad" will be looked at and found to be in their favor.

The Stein/Hillary lawsuits are the other "hanging chads" that must succeed in all 3 states.

If Stein/Hillary were to succeed either in the recounts or the lawsuits is all 3 states the election would proceed to the house of representatives.

Then it would become more of a circus than it already is.

Trump would still win the election via the house of representatives but you and I know Stein/Hillary will be screeching and squaking along with every other radical liberal that the election was stolen when in fact the recount of the 3 states is a means to and end for the radical liberals. FAKE NEWS.

Is Trump going to win despite all of the Deception of Stein/Hillary...... YES!

What Stein/Hillary have produced is FAKE NEWS as they did during the election with the help of the state run national fake news networks!

Pennsylvania is the hanging chad for the corrupt campaign of hillary clinton.
