(Obama was illegitimate from his birth and also not authorized by law, IE the US Constitution, to be president. He didn't complete the oath of office at 12:00 noon correctly. He can't present a copy of an Hawaiian long form birth certificate to validate US citizenship. Obama has presented an illegitimate forged document as his birth document. His illegitimate birth does in fact make him not authorized by the US Constitution to be president.

How you ask? Its because he has no valid documentation that will prove he was born in Hawaii as he says. His so called 'father" was a sham marriage contrived to help his "father" stay in the US and provide cover for his mother who had "barry"? out of wedlock.

Obama's problem is he can't prove his US citizenship therefore he can't validate himself as a legitimate president. Obama is totally illegitimate. Obama cannot be held accountable because he was born out of wedlock. He can be held accountable for the fact he has covered this information up and committed criminal fraud by posing as a legitimate president presenting a forged document as proof of his US citizenship.

Documents show marriage of Obama's parents a sham

The recently released immigration file for Barack Obama Sr. indicates the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service had doubts he and Obama's mother were married.

While Ann Dunham may have sought Obama Sr. as her husband and the father of her child, the record suggests the two never lived together as a married couple.

Documentation supports the conclusion that Obama Sr. and Dunham took part in a sham marriage that the Kenyan student thought might help him extend his visa and remain in the United States to continue his education.

Economic necessity and his desire to complete his studies as soon as possible forced Obama Sr. to remain in Honolulu during the summer months, both to take summer classes and to work part-time.

The arrival-departure record also documents that one of Obama Sr.'s visa extensions expired Aug. 8, 1961, four days after Barack Obama Jr. was born.

This is further documented in an Immigration and Naturalization form filled out by Barack Obama Sr. in Honolulu Aug. 31, 1961, when Barack Obama Jr. was less that one-month old.

The INS form filled out in the month Barack Obama Jr. was born, Obama Sr. incorrectly lists his wife's name as "Ann S. Dunham" instead of "Stanley Ann Dunham," and he neglects to mention that he had any children.

Obama Sr. also listed his address at 1482 Alencastre St. in Honolulu, a bachelor apartment he never shared with his wife or child.

A memo to the file written by William Wood, apparently an INS official, indicates that Obama Sr. and Dunham were not living together. The memo lists Obama Sr.'s address as 1482 Alencastre while noting that his spouse was living with their child at the home of her parents.

On the 1962 INS form requesting an extension of his visa, Obama Sr., evidently on his way to Harvard, did not list Dunham as his wife or Barack Obama Jr. as his son.

On an June 6, 1963, application from Cambridge, Mass., to extend his stay until Aug. 9, 1964, Obama Sr. again made no mention of Dunham or Obama Jr:

A memo in Obama Sr.'s immigration file April 12, 1961, provides additional confirmation that Obama Sr. gave no indication he was living the life of a husband and father.

The document memorializes a phone call from a Mrs. McCabe, identified as a foreign student adviser at the University of Hawaii.

The memo begins by expressing McCabe's concern that Obama was married to Stanley Ann Dunham Feb. 2, 1961, even though he had a wife in Kenya.

Given Barack Obama Jr.'s birthdate of Aug. 4, 1961, Ann Dunham was presumably pregnant with Barack Obama Sr.'s child while he continued to pursue other women as he lived alone in his bachelor apartment near the university.

The last paragraph of the memo further makes clear that the INS had become sufficiently suspicious to doubt that the marriage between Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham was legitimate:

Recommend that Subject be closely questioned before another extension is granted – and denial be considered. If his USC (U.S. Citizen) wife tries to petition for him make sure an investigation is conducted as to the bene-fide (sic) of the marriage.

Clearly, Barack Obama Sr. and Dunham were not living together as husband and wife after their supposed marriage and while Dunham was pregnant.

Additionally, Barack Obama Sr.'s "playboy ways" gave the INS reason to suspect the marriage had been arranged to provide Obama Sr. a U.S. citizen wife that would enable him to extend his visa for family reasons.

By the time he departed Honolulu for Cambridge, Obama Sr. seems to have abandoned listing the marriage and child, perhaps recognizing that the subterfuge of arguing the marriage was legitimate would no longer pass the suspicion and scrutiny of the INS.

No marriage license has been found for Obama Sr. and Dunham, and that the address listed in the newspaper birth announcements for Barack Obama Jr. was the address of the grandparents.

When Joe Morris’ father died of a heart attack in 1940, Morris had to find a way to support his two sisters and the stepmother who had raised him.

So he joined the Navy on Oct. 22, 1941, just weeks before the Japanese sneak attack on Pearl Harbor.

He was 12 years old.

“I had no birth certificate, so my sisters changed my age in the family Bible,” said Morris, now 83 and living in Columbia.

Although his grade-school principal refused to sign a Navy form “verifying” that Morris was 17, Morris convinced a retired Navy chief gunner’s mate in his hometown of Elizabethton, Tenn., to do it, and the boy went to sea.

On D-Day, June 6, 1944, Morris, then an old salt at the age of 15, was aboard the heavy cruiser USS Quincy (CA-71), in the middle of the largest amphibious operation in the history of warfare, Operation Neptune, the naval phase of the invasion of France.

“It looked like every ship in the Navy was there,” Morris said.

Today is the 67th anniversary of that epic invasion. And those who were there are rapidly passing away. About 1,500 World War II veterans a day are dying nationally and with them, their stories.

Perhaps more than the Army or the Army Air Corps, it was the Navy that turned what could have been disaster on Omaha Beach — one of five beaches stormed by British, American and Canadian troops on that fateful day — into victory.

American, British and Allied navies landed more than 160,000 troops in France on June 6, along a 50-mile stretch of the Normandy coast divided into the five beaches: Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword. There were nearly 196,000 Allied sailors and 5,000 ships involved in the assault. They included vessels of every description from the 30-foot-long Higgins boats that landed troops on the beach, to battleships that pounded German inland defenses.

Eight warships were sunk, as well as numerous landing craft. More than 1,000 sailors and Coast Guardsmen died — roughly one-fifth of all U.S. casualties on the first day of the invasion.

But aside from softening up German defenses and landing troops, destroyers and cruisers like the Quincy played a decisive and heroic role in saving troops on Omaha and other beaches.

Despite thousands of bombs dropped on the German coast in an attempt to knock out gun emplacements, many were still in action as the troops stormed ashore on Omaha Beach. So the cruisers and destroyers – smaller and more maneuverable than battleships — cruised up and down the coast in the face of German artillery fire to finish the job the Air Corps started.

Morris, who manned an anti-aircraft battery on the Quincy, remembers the adeptness of the ship’s commander, Capt. Elliot M. Senn — “a big red-headed Irishman,” Morris recalled — to guide the 673-foot-long, 13,500-ton ship close to beach for a better shot.

“He could handle that ship like an old fisherman could handle a rowboat,” Morris said. “He actually ran it aground, into the mud on the beach, to get closer to a target that he wanted to shoot at. We fired for about three hours running up and down the coast. We went to practically every beach at one time or another during the invasion. We shot until we ran out of ammunition.”

Morris also remembers seeing the Higgins boats circling below and heading to the beaches packed with soldiers.

“The roughest thing was to see a (Higgins boat) pull up (to the beach) and a shell go right through it,” he said. “Then you would see the bodies floating in the water. They just made a boat ride from the ship to the graveyard.”

Morris didn’t know it at the time, but his brother Howard, who was 10 years older than Morris and had left home when Morris was a small boy due to conflicts with their father, was one of those soldiers in the Higgins boats.

“But he was lucky,” Morris said. “He was in the second wave” and survived.

After D-Day, Morris and the Quincy would go on to assist with in the invasion of southern France on Aug. 15, 1944, transport President Franklin D. Roosevelt from New York to Malta on the way to the president’s Yalta Conference, and serve through the end of the war in the Pacific Theater, even shelling the Japanese mainland.

But on this D-Day, those floating bodies that still haunt Morris.

“I’ll never forget it,” he said. “I wish I could.”

(My dad also served in WWII and talked about going back on a tour to visit the d day beaches. He like Morris defended our freedom and fought the enemy.

Today the enemy is within our government. It has become corrupt. I'm sure they didn't fight to preserve our freedom so an illegal alien could become president.

A 22-page criminal complaint filed with the FBI detailing obama birth record FRAUD.

The criminal complaint charges that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.

"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt, An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software writes, "but this form is a created forgery." "The conclusion you must come to is that the typed-in form was superimposed over an existing original Certificate of Live Birth form,".

"In fact, since I found some of the form headings scanned in as binary and grayscale, the form itself is a composite but the person who created it did not flatten the image of the blank form and save it as one file before they started placing the typewriter text on the composite form," he says. "The individual(s) who perpetrated this forgery could not evidently find a blank form in the clerk's imaging database, so they were forced to clean up existing forms and overlay the typewriter type."

A "white-halo effect" around some of the printed and typed-in letters on the form convinced Vogt that the document was a forgery.

Vogt contends that the birth certificate released by the White House is loaded with binary and grayscale letters, "which is just another smoking gun that this form is a forgery."

"This is just another example of a cut and paste job," Vogt noted. "It also means we do not know what the real birth certificate number is, if there even is one."

Vogt concludes that the Obama birth certificate document released by the White House on April 27 is an "outrageous and obvious" fraud.

"You could truly call this a Frankenstein Certificate of Live Birth," he says in summary.

"It is a logical conclusion," he says, "that since President Barack Obama felt it necessary to have a Certificate of Live Birth forged for himself then we must conclude that there is in fact no birth certificate in Hawaii and therefore he was not born inside the United States, as the Constitution requires, and he knew it and others also knew it but wanted him in office for whatever reason."


Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."

Vogt owns Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software.

The resignation of White House counsel Bob Bauer is the result of the release of Barack Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," which he fears would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation by the FBI, Congress or the media.

Jerome Corsi, Ph.D said, "I think Bauer's resignation marks the beginning of the Obama eligibility cover-up starting to unwind."

Corsi he believes Bauer "felt compelled" to resign because of the growing substance to worries that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation.

White House counsel Bob Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate," Corsi said.

"When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud," Corsi charged.

Corsi said he had been tipped off early in February that a long-form birth document for Obama had been forged, and that the document was to be released.

"The information came from a mole within the Hawaii DOH who had been examining the vault logbook for months," Corsi explained. "Until just prior to February 24, no Obama long-form hospital-generated birth record could be found in the Hawaii DOH."

Corsi said pursuit of the "forger" who created the Obama "Certificate of Live Birth" already is well under way.

"The forgery consists of a composite of these various Hawaii 1961 legitimate documents, onto which was added Obama-specific information, with the result that the final version was composed in Adobe software,"

(What is interesting here is the information about White House counsel Bob Bauer sending Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.

The White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy. The Hawaii DOH participated in the fraud.

A certified long form hospital generated COPY of a birth certificate was not released by the white house.

The reason is obvious. There was never a certified long form hospital generated birth certificate to release.

Crimminal fraud has been committed by many people in the white house and the Hawaiian DOH.

Obama and his administration should be investigated for criminal fraud. Congress should investigate why congress failed to investigate the usurper obama.

If nothing is done to investigate obama our government will truly be a thugocracy.

It will mean the rule of law only is applied as needed to keep the truth hidden from the public. Leo Donofrio's original law suit challenging obama should have been heard by the supreme court. It was filed before obama tried to take the oath of office. Obama did not become president on Jan 20 because the US Constitution oath of office for the president was not said correctly at 12:00 noon.

(1) Obama is a fraud because he can't provide any proof he is a US citizen. He has only provided a "doctored" document that is not an original copy of a birth certificate.

(2) Obama did not take the oath of office correctly at the correct time as per the US Constitution. Therefore he never was sworn in as president per the Constitution.
