Chiyome Fukino, the former Director of the Hawaii Health Department, should be investigated for fraud and criminal activity

SECTION 1. Chapter 92F, Hawaii Revised Statutes

Chiyome Fukino, the former Director of the Hawaii Health Department, should be investigated for fraud and criminal activity.

Chiyome Fukino, the former Director of the Hawaii Health Department was the main person behind the conspiracy to commit identity fraud. She used her office to corrupt the entire election process and deceive millions of voters who voted for Obama thinking he was a natural-born American citizen.

Fukino was the main source of the Vexatious Requester Bill, legislation intended to keep Americans from using their legal right to acquire public records from the government. Fukino lied to the Hawaii Legislature about the amount of FOIA requests when she stated, “For more than year, the Department of Health has continued to receive 50 email inquiries a month seeking access to President Barack Obama’s birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website.”

Fukino also committed crimminal activity when she ordered her staff to do illegal background checks on the people making FOIA requests in an effort to deny them their right to information.

There were no more than 10 or 20 per month at its height and about one-fourth of them were specific requests to obtain a copy of his original, long-form birth certificate. The others were FOIA requests concerning clarifications of her obscure announcements in October 2008 and July 2009 and other related questions about his birth record file.

Fukino also lied to the Hawaii legislature that Obama had “posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website” when Hawaii never sent him a copy of that certificate.

Obama never posted anything legitimate on his campaign website and never had “the certificate” that people had requested.

Chiyome Fukino lied by saying that only family members could obtain a copy of his birth certificate when, under Hawaii Statute Law, election officials in every state could have ordered their own certified copy prior to the election. Requests for uncertified letters of verification from agencies with direct tangible interest were also illegally denied.

The media covered up Fukino’s fraud. They raised no questions and no objections to anything she said.
