Wind Turbine Death Rates Vs Nuclear Energy Death Rates

Wind Turbine Death Rates Vs Nuclear Energy Death Rates

Wind Turbines

Number of accidents: 966 From 1980 Until Dec 2010

Fatal accidents 67

Summary of Wind Turbine Accident data to 31 December 2010

Nuclear Reactors

In the USA From Jan 61 Until Mar 2011

Fatal accidents 3 In 1961 Explosion at SL-1, National Reactor Testing Station.

99 accidents at nuclear power plants from 1952 to 2009

In the last 50 years there has only been 3 deaths from a nuclear reactor and that was from a reactor that was in the development stage of testing. There has been NONE since then.

Compare that information with the wind mill/turbine death rate.

Nuclear power plant accidents

The environ-mantal waco's want you to think windmills/turbines are safer and can generate power at a rate that can compete with nuclear power.

The truth is turbines are very noisy, kill birds, and are not environ-mentally friendly.

Obama is a liar. Recently a nuclear project was halted because the government was going to charge an 11% interest rate to some propective business people to build a nuclear plant.

Normally only 1 or 2 percent is charged as interest.

This killed the nuclear plant from being built yet obama tells you he wants to build nuclear plants.

Obama will kill the nuclear option one way or another and tell you he is going to ensure nuclear energy plants are the future.

Its the same with his birth certificate. He tells you he has one but can't produce any validating evidence that he is a US citizen.

He says he can't go around with his birth certificate planted on his forehead.

He can't because he doesn't have one that anyone in the US can validate as his.
