Obama's teleprompter didn't tell the dummy to realize a book was thrown at his head. The dummy keeps smiling and does not notice the flying book.

Most normal persons would note the book about to hit them in the face and quit smiling or move to avoid the thrown object.
Obama is not normal but retarded. His "normal" actions are scripted. Anything out of the "ordinary" is a challenge for him.
