Story Reports Questions Obama About His Natural Born Citizenship Status

Question 1:

How do you define the term natural born citizen?

Answer 1:

Mr. OBAMA submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary S. RES. 511 April 30, 2008.

Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.

Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen' of the United States;

Whereas the term `natural born Citizen', as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;

Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Question 2:

Let me be clear and use this same phrase you have used over and over. I am asking you barack obama did the S. RES. 511 April 30, 2008 that you cosponsored define just John Mccain as a natural born citizen because both his parents were American citizens at the time of his birth?

Answer 2:

Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Question 3:

If John Mccain had been born to just 1 parent that was an American citizen at the time of his birth would John Mccain be considered a natural born citizen?

Answer 3:

"Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens", John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Question 4:

You are just repeating the S. RES. 511 April 30, 2008 that you cosponsered. I take it you are saying if John Mccain was born to just one American parent at the time of his birth he would not be considered a natural born citizen.

Answer 4:

"Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens"

Question 5:

Let me be clear, does this mean you are not a natural born citizen because at the time of your birth only one parent was an American citizen?

Answer 5:

"Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens"

Question 6:

Did you commit FRAUD when you certified through the dnc that you were a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States to the state of Hawaii only and not to the other 49 states?

Answer 6:

"Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens"

Question 7:

Let me be clear, you are admitting you are a FRAUD?

Answer 7:

"Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens", John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Question 8:

You keep referring to your cosponsored resolution 511 April 30, 2008. It clearly says John Mccain is a natural born citizen because he was born to American citizens at birth. Why didn't the US senate pass a resolution confirming your naturn born citizenship status at birth like they did for John Mccain? Is it because you are not a natural born citizen?

Answer:

No answer

Question 9:

You have defined what the US senate and yourself consider a natural born citizen in S 511. Yet you yourself do not conform to this definition because only one of your parents was an American citizen at the time of your birth. Will you hold a press conference to explain why you should continue to hold the office of president when you clearly are not a natural born citizen as you have defined the term yourself?

Answer 9:

No answer

Question 10:

When will you resign?
