Prayer: By your oath to uphold the Constitution, your privilege to raise a Point of Order, by the 10th Amendment powers retained by We the People, and by the right of petition for redress of grievances, I pray that you cosign/raise an Objection/Point of Order in Congress on January 8th 2009, with a member of the other House, on the reading of each State’s electoral certificates/of the total vote for Barack Hussein Obama II, per 3 U.S.C. Ch. 1, §15, §17, §19(a) (1), and §19 (c) (1), namely:
“We/I Object/raise a Point of Order that Mr. Barack Hussein Obama II, is not qualified to become president per the Constitution Article Two, §1, having “Foreign Allegiances” by birth and adoption, by renouncing US citizenship, and by failing to provide unambiguous evidence that he is “a natural born Citizen” without other allegiance, election of a President who does qualify having precedence over other business of this House per Amend. 20 §3 and 3 USC 1. In particular:
1 Mr. Obama having had conflicting “Foreign Allegiance”(s) cannot become Commander in Chief having sole allegiance to the USA, and thus cannot qualify as “a natural born Citizen”.
1.1 Barry Soetoro, a.k.a. Barak Obama, has first allegiance to Indonesia, having Indonesian citizenship with renunciation of US citizenship, by adoption/legal acknowledgment by Lolo Soetoro Mangunharjo, a citizen of Indonesia, per Constitution of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958, Art. 2 (1), as required to enroll in Indonesian schools, per school records and travel to Pakistan in 1981; and
1.2 Mr. Obama had first allegiance to the British Crown and to Kenya, being born a citizen of Kenya through his Kenyan birth father Barack Obama, Sr., per Chapter VI. Sections 87 and 97 of the Constitution of Kenya; and being a bipatride under the U.K. Nationality Act of 1948.
2. Mr. Obama failed to produce unambiguous evidence that he is a “natural born Citizen” born to US citizens “in the allegiance of the United States” and he retained that exclusive allegiance.
2.1 Mr. Obama has failed to exhibit unambiguous original evidence that A) he was born to two US citizens “in the allegiance of the United States”, while meeting statutory citizenship requirements, and that B) he retained exclusive allegiance to the United States, including his original vault-version birth certificate and all other legal birth certificate versions and passports; and

This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro into the Catholic school made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. The document lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, and shows his Muslim step-father listed the boy's religion as Islam.

It is likely that Obama's step-father Lolo Soetero indeed adopted the young Obama and made him an Indonesian citizen. That seems to be what the document says.

From what we now know of the extensive "family" arrangements between Soetero and Mrs. Soetero-Dunham-Obama, if Soetero actually adopted Barack Obama, then the fact of his birth in Hawaii is meaningless or irrelevant. He would have had to apply to become a naturalized citizen after being adopted.

There is no question that parents can change a child's citizenship, and allow him to be adopted by a foreign individual. Once a child is adopted, the old citizenship is terminated and the adoptee becomes a citizen of his or her new country. Thus, in a practical sense, a mother or father can "choose" their child's citizenship if they permit an adoption by a non-U.S. citizen.

The school record raises a rebuttable presumption that Obama was adopted by Soetero and became a citizen of Indonesia. Obama is therefore not eligible under the U. S. Constitution to be a candidate or hold the office of president.


So what does this mean? Well, aside from the fact that Obama has serious legal issues regarding his illegibility to become President of the United States, it also confirms something that most of us already knew; Obama is a BOLD FACED LIAR.

His lies are not only confined to the fact that he told the Illinois Supreme Court that he never had “any other aliases” (i.e. Barry Soetoro), but also to the many years that he has been pandering this falsehood to the American people through his speeches, official statements, “Fight the Smears” website, and other official Obama documents. Needless to say, if the Illinois Supreme Court applies its own rules, Obama has to be IMMEDIATELY disbarred.

Per the now confirmed school registration document (above), we can now FIRMLY declare that Obama was in fact (at some point) a practicing Muslim and that he also possessed (or his family claimed that he possessed) Indonesian citizenship. These factor don’t say anything by themselves, since being either a Muslim or an Indonesian are NOT “evil” things, by any stretch of the imagination, but they do expose the fact that Obama’s entire premise for running for President has been predicated on a falsehood. He is a FRAUD and a LIAR!

It was in 1968 when Barack Obama joined her class, and she likes the idea that he soon might become the world's most powerful person.

"We hope and pray that he will become the best US president of all time," says Darmawan.

Darmawan was Obama's teacher while he attended the Catholic St Francis of Assisi school in Jakarta's up-scale Menteng district.

According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room.

One explanation is that Obama's mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama's father to meet his family. According to some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband's family because she was white:
"Obama's family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama's grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii."

However, by the time she wanted to leave Kenya, it was during the late stages of her pregnancy. She was not able to board a plane because the airlines wouldn't allow women so close to birth to fly. It is instead believed, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya as his grandmother apparently stated. Then, after he was born, his mother returned with him to Hawaii where his birth was REGISTERED on or about August 8th, 1961, in the public records office in Hawaii.

There is also a discrepancy in what hospital Barack Hussein Obama was born in, even if he was born in Hawaii. Reports by his own sister in two separate interviews state that he was born at two different hospitals -- Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital--in Honolulu.

Odd: Obama told reporters that his grandmother Madelyn Dunham was struggling from osteoporosis in Aug 2008

Barack Obama is a poker man, but his grandmother's game of choice is bridge. Duplicate bridge, to be exact. In poker, a good player can still bluff his way through a lousy hand. In duplicate bridge, different sets of players are made to play the same hands multiple times -- accentuating the players' skill while reducing the element of luck. Madelyn Payne Dunham never taught her "Barry" how to play bridge, yet she gave him the tools to BLUFF his way and get elected president.

She's also the "white grandmother" cited in Obama's speech on race. The woman who, though she loved him "as much as she loves anything in this world," once confessed "her fear of black men who passed by her on the street" and who was capable of uttering "racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe."

But it was another incident, one to which he was a party, that had a most profound effect on the biracial teenager.

Toot had asked her husband for a ride to work because a particularly aggressive panhandler had accosted her for money the day before. When Stanley refused, his grandson couldn't understand why.

"She's been bothered by men before," his grandfather explained, according to the memoir. "Before you came in, she told me the fella was black. That's the real reason why she's bothered."

Obama described the words as "like a fist in my stomach." It was a life-changing moment for him.

"Never had they given me reason to doubt their love; I doubted if they ever would," he writes. "And yet I knew that men who might easily have been my brothers could still inspire their rawest fears."

Obama referred to the incident again in spring 2008 when racially charged comments by his former pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, forced him to make what many now consider a seminal speech on race relations in America.

"I can no more disown him," he told an audience in Philadelphia in March, "than I can my white grandmother -- a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe."


In August, during a family vacation in Honolulu following his Democratic Party nomination, Obama told reporters that Dunham was struggling from osteoporosis that limits her mobility. He did not mention she had cancer. On Oct 21,2008 , Dunham's brother, Charles Payne, who is Obama's great-uncle, told the Associated Press from his Chicago home that Dunham, who turns 86 on Sunday, "has not been well for a long time. Then she fell and broke her hip fairly recently. She's unhappy with the condition that she's in, I can tell you that." Again no mention of any cancer.

Washington’s Secretary of State claims he has no duty to determine if a presidential candidate is even an American citizen running under his legal name. Yet, there is not a single document in the public record available for inspection that could establishes as a matter of law that Obama is 1) a natural born citizen of the United States; 2) an American citizen; or 3) that his legal name is Barack Obama.

The Secretary of State’s claim that “Barack Obama has publicly produced a certified copy of a birth certificate showing he was born on August 4, 1961” is patently false. Nothing in its original form has been produced publicly. The document provided by Obama says on the bottom border that “any alteration invalidates this certificate.” The copy is altered, its CERTIFICATE NUMBER having been blotted out with a dark, black line. The only document Sen. Obama has yet to produce to demonstrate his native birth in the United States is wholly deficient to do so.

The Secretary has a duty to determine eligibility. Article VI of the United States Constitution requires all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, to be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support the Constitution. Article I, Section 2 the Washington State Constitution makes the Constitution of the United States the supreme law of the land. The Secretary of State is “the chief election officer for all federal, state, county, city, town and district elections.” RCW 29A.04.230, and he is “required by law” to . . . coordinate those state election activities with federal law. Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution states that “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Our position is not moot. Amendment 20, Section 3, of the U.S. Constitution, states that “if a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify [bold added], then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”

Because the court could order the Secretary of State to set aside the votes cast for Senator Obama in the State of Washington because the Senator never established his eligibility, the case is not moot.

We did not fail to join an indispensable party. Complete relief can be accorded among those already parties. Obama has never claimed an interest in this action. Obama has no interest in this action, because even if the Secretary of State were to set aside the votes cast for him, Obama would still prevail in the Presidential election. The outcome of Washington’s vote is irrelevant to Senator Obama.

We stated a claim in mandamus. The Secretary claims that we have the burden of establishing that Obama is not qualified to assume the office! We have proved that Obama did not establish that he was a “natural born citizen” of the United States at the time of the election. He has not produced a single piece of credible evidence that he is an American citizen, let alone a natural born citizen, and he has not produced any document showing a change of his legal name from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama.

The Secretary is without any evidence upon which he can reasonably rely to shirk his constitutional duty. The Secretary of State has relied upon four pieces of “evidence” he believes to be sufficient to vitiate his constitutional duty to establish the eligibility of Senator Obama: 1) the Official Certification of Nomination from the Democratic National Committee; 2) the digital copy of the Certification of Live Birth posted by FactCheck.org; 3) FacCheck.org’s certification that that the Certification was genuine; and 4) the statement by State of Hawaii, Department of Health Director Dr. Fukino.

The Official Certification of Nomination from the Democratic National Committee says nothing more than that Senator Obama was “duly nominated.” There is no certification by the DNC that the candidate was eligible or constitutionally qualified to hold office.

FactCheck.org’s certification is meaningless, because the document they “certify” as genuine is deficient on its face as a matter of law. The digital copy of the Certification of Live Birth does not establish that Senator Obama was born in the United States, because of Hawaiian law HRS 338-17.8 which allows for people born in foreign countries to register their birth in Hawaii.

Finally, the statement by Dr. Fukino is that she has “personally seen and verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with policies and procedures.” She does not tell us that the document they have is a Hawaiian birth certificate; only that there is a birth certificate on file in Hawaii.

After reading this information on Hawaiian State Dept Of Health I don’t see how a Hawaiian Certificate Of Birth can validate who “Obama” really is, where he was born or who his parents are. It is to easy to change the information. He could be adopted, had a sex change, switched parents if needed or switched his last name to anybody. Anything short of DNA will not prove who he is and even the DNA probably would not match if one could find the real parents. Obama could have been born anywhere in the world and if his parents were legally married in Hawaii and lived in Hawaii 1 year prior to his birth his COB would be legal under “Hawaiian” law.

More cliff hanger questions: Were his “parents” legally married in Hawaii?
Did his “parents” live in Hawaii at least 1 year prior to his birth?
If not his COB would not be a legal COB.

He also could have applied for an amended certificate of birth.

So my question is how can ANY person with a COB from Hawaii claim they are a US citizen? Where does it state in US law a person born in a foreign country can be legally adopted an become a US citizen?

I agree, with out knowing what the original COB from Hawaii indicates there can not be a legal answer to the questions, “Is Obama a US citizen or is Obama a natural born citizen”

Suppose the US Constitution is effectively gutted in the first 100 days of the Obama Administration.

You simply come in and say international law is the precident and international law by treaty is going to be the governing law in the US.

The antique US Constitution which Obama thinks is racist at its beginning is not relevant to modern society and nobody wants it around here anyway is now going to be replaced by the universal declaration of human rights. This could happen by Congressional vote- by the adoption of a treaty in behalf of president obama. If this happens the US Constitution and its protection are gone.

The Berg case goes forward. Its is possible the Donofrio V. Wells case is not over also. The Stephen Pidgeon case is also yet to be heard in Washington State. All of these cases including the new Berg case are yet to be decided as of Jan 2, 2009

If at any time during which Obama is President he is found to not be a natural born citizen he can be removed from office. These cases will continue until hell freezes over.

It is possible Barry Sorento aka Barack Obama is at present a British citizen, a Kenyan citizen and and Indonesian citizen but not a US citizen. If this is true America has elected an illegal alien. I believe between Jan 8,2009 and Jan 19, 2009 the Supreme Court will hear a case to decide if Obama is a citizen or natural born citizen. If he is found to be a citizen and not a natural born citizen the Supreme court could rule in his favor or rule he cannot be president. The 1795 nationality Act is the law that should control the outcome of the courts decision according to Stephen Pidgeon because Barry's father was a Kenyan citizen at his birth if Barry was born in this country. If he was born in Kenya America has elected an alien under a false name. The DNC certified Obama but is a private company not subject to the freedom of information act unless they have crossed the line and are acting like a government agency. The DNC can also be sued in civil court if a law has been found to have been violated.
